But for OS 2 she has done amazing things for her division. She has built it up multiple times and has trained up all of the leaders in there. She leaders by example, she is always on helping her guys and puts there happiness before her own. She is a great division leader and has earned this award. She always is there for everyone and gives chances for people when others have given up on them. And always puts her people before herself and specially for there happyness. KSI Paratroop 7 104 Posted May 1, 2014 Report Share Posted May 1, 2014 I can vouch for her committed award I have been with her for her whole career in KSI. As for outstanding service I can easily say she is one of the most outstanding leaders within this community. There is no doubt in my mind that she won't get that award due to her resume within DR, CO, and helping in other divs. She's currently the division leader over Covert Ops, and she has held that div together through the tough times of being poached and the easy times. Without her leadership over it, it might not be here today. She is always playing with lower ranking members and helping with GT changes furthermore helping CO become successful. One point in her career she held every squad tag the div had. She does have a mouth on her but that helps her get through the heads of some of the stubborn people. Every leader you can think of is as unique as the individuals that make up KSI. There are many different styles of leadership and exponentially more complimentary attributes that people mention when explaining what a good leader or good worker is. Bubblez style of leadership and her work ethic is most defintely unique as compared to all other leaders here in KSI. Unfortunately, in order to accurately witness for this, I'll have to put just a little bit of CO's business out there in order for you to grasp just how outstanding this particular member is. Bubblez has been leading Covert Ops since she put on 7. From the jump she was already working at the division leadership there which very few in KSI experience first hand. Despite having a hell of a learning curb to hurdle as leader of the division so early on, she did flawlessly. Ask this woman anything about KSI standards and she'll damn near regurgitate policies, ratios, and other guidance verbatim. Being the longest standing division leader in KSI currently, she's always been the face of CO. It's hard to talk about CO and NOT mention Bubblez simply because she's involved in everything. From game nights, to training of ALL kinds, squashing silly issues, to creating the GLCO for COD Ghosts and leading IT by example bringing them to platinum, we all simply understand talking about CO is synonymous with talking about Bubblez. She is the mother-bear of the division. The division is her precious. At one point in time in order to protect her division and maintain operations she had every squad tag, the recruit tag, and still running her division effectively. From my experience, she's the first and only to have done this minus the old heads in Jess + Chaos + Apoc's time years back perhaps. Under each exceptional situation Bubblez has encountered, she has fought and most of every brutal battle there is. Through her experiences, her training is much more than reading over some slides, or covering something "by the book" she explains why things are in place, why these practices are followed, why we function the way we do (more specifically CO) and shares her wealth of knowledge with all who come to her seeking it willingly. Bubblez is also a huge advocate for her members - to a fault. Every leader should advocate on the behalf of their members, but Bubblez will fight tooth and nail until the bitter end for any one of hers. This has caused some friction previously because she fights ferociously for her division. Through her undying loyalty to KSI and CO, that division will forever have some serious longevity. With the calculated leadership changes being put in effect currently to better strengthen the division, they're headed in the right direction. Remember the Avengers quote by Ironman? "...We have a hulk..." well what these other clans/communities fail to realize is that we have a Bubblez. Fear us. All in all, Bubblez is a seriously dedicated member and valued leader of this community through her actions. Respected as a force throughout KSI as a force to be reckoned with, she's a strong member that stays on the grind all the time. Thank you for all you do Bubbz. There's none quite like you. Although I have been in CO for only 6 months, I have seen Bubblez work her magic time and time again. There has never been a moment when she doesn't know what's going down under her roof. She is one of the most organized Div Leaders I have ever seen. She puts her but on the line because she believes in this division. FrosHandle 120 Posted May 22, 2014 Report Share Posted May 22, 2014 Ill take my time and witness for this amazing leader over CO While she was watching us over in CO she would be constantly sending out messages through out the division telling people of game nights, meetings, welcoming new members, and just trying to get a squad going for fun. She talks to members as if they were her own, trying to get down to what problems your having to how your day went, just to get to know you better, Sometimes she'll be the most stern person there is trying to motivate her squad/division, other times you think you've known her for 10+ years. Even though when things looked grim, she would bring us out of a slump with game nights and just pure fun lobbies that would make us see that as a division we can rise. The way she communicates with her squad mates is great sending messages just saying hello how are you to telling us how awesome we are doing, she would tell us what we needed to improve on and what we were excelling at, taking new members and making them apart of an amazing squad, she has done way more then anyone could ask for and is very respected in CO Much love goes to Bubblez Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
