Reasoning why they deserve this - Huck was my director for a long time. When get got promoted we were all a little worried that he would be to good for us "little" people of KSI. To this day Huck still takes time to help me with any question or problem I may have big or small. He strives to be the best he can be,not for himself, for KSI. For every single person from RCT to Sen. Dir. He makes sure people know they are appreciated for their hard work. He is the ideal example of what every KSI member should strive for.

Reasoning why they deserve this- Oracle is IOs newest Founder. She jumped in head first from the sec she transferred in. She got to know all of her Generals on a KSI and personal level. When she came in she made sure that we didn't feel like she was taking over but instead was here to help and guide us into success. She is amazing at what she does. Either it be just getting active with her members and going to game nights or laughing our butts off in a kik chat.  She is an amazing leader. She takes time to help with any and everything no matter the day or time of night.

Reasoning why they deserve this - From the second I recruited Happy he has been a sponge. Ready to learn and help with any and everything. He goes out of his way every day to talk to everyone in the squad to make sure they are actively playing with KSI members . He makes sure that NO ONE IS LEFT BEHIND. He plays with all of the new recruits to make them feel welcomed and show them what KSI is really about. He is a SUPER active member! Happy has a great personality that makes for a great CPT. He knows how to handle things the proper way and he makes sure it is always done right. He will be a great leader in KSI one day.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Drunken has been one of the best assets to my officers staff. He will ask a question and makes sure that he keeps the knowledge to know how to handle things if it happens again. He makes sure to keep the squad active and is willing to take on the work load no matter how big. He is always willing to help. Sometimes he has more work than a LT should have but he is willing to take them on the better the squad. Even throughout a difficult time in his life he wanted to stay active with the guys.

He talks business when he needs to, but can joke around and have a good time just like everyone else. Even though he is division leader, he still finds time to get recruits and help old members find their way back into the arms of KSI. Spending time with him is great, but once there is a problem, he is all business. He takes himself out of the equation when solving major problems and puts KSI first.

Reasoning why they deserve this - He puts in his time for individual members to come and talk to him about his problems, even when he has a lot going on, even when his personal problems outweigh that of the individual's problem. He puts his members before himself and goes out of his way to make them feel like they are appreciated and valued. He makes sure to thanks the members for a job well done and congratulate as many people personally for promotions and compliments he receives about them. He is a wonderful human being and has amazing leadership skills and handles problems exceedingly well.

Reasoning why the deserve this - She has had to deal with a squad split, members leaving, filling up her officer staff, and building up the strength of her officer staff. Even after losing her highest ranking captain, she still fought through the pain and is still fighting for her new squad. Even with the doubt from other members, she still fights forward and doesn't let other's negativity bring her down. She is strong, and she is a strong leader, She does what is best for for squad and even though there is a lot going on, she still finds time to go recruiting, by herself and with her members, and even puts in her effort on training and promotions to cpl. She is willing to listen to problems that members have, whether they be personal or within KSI and handles these problems maturely and uses her best judgement. She is all business when need be, but with the curtains down, she is an amazing person, an amazing friend, and an amazing general.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Even with the loss of his best friend in KSI, Vandy still puts forth is 168% to his squad and makes sure that he is doing what is best for them. He fights for recruits, aims for quality (not quantity), puts his time into his fellow members, trains like a boss, and promotes when he can. He wants what is best for KSI, what is best for his division, and what is best for his squad. He sees problems, he does everything he can to fix them. He makes his own maps for game night and puts his own time and effort into making them absolutely flawless. He spends time with other squads, makes new recruits feel welcome, and finds time to game every day, even after he gets off work. He truly cares about his fellow members and will go out of his way to prove it.

Reasoning why they deserve this -- For all the time I have known Harmony (formerly KSI Nikki Pepsi) she has been nothing but dedicated to KSI, and that has especially held true this past month.  She has done a fantastic job of keeping a positive attitude and doing everything she can to help all the squads under her command - especially considering the recent squad split and even more recent batch of security-risked former members - whether that be with recruiting, training, or just giving advice.  She is a great friend to all members and is always passionate about KSI's goal of creating a welcoming environment to all gamers.

Reasoning why they deserve this-My Second in command and Best friend. When Ever I Need a job done she there to do it. Weather its training or Promotions she does it. She keeps track of all incoming New RCTs and checks up on them to make sure there having fun. She is my Promotions and Training Officer as well. When Im away from my squad I Know that any problems that arise she will handle in the best mature non bias way as possible. She I will also dub as a future Gen one day as well. Reasoning why they deserve this- KSI Ghostex has been putting in mad work since he became an officer. From getting involved with the HH team and setting up matches where ever he can to helping me train people to become officers. He shows up to every meeting and game night and is committed to the squad Cronus. This guy is every where and will go out of his way to help who ever he can. Hes committed and is already ready to learn what it takes to be a general. This guy shows serious commitment and even though he's only a Lt, he acts like a Captain about to get a general position. Overall the guy is a great Lt and deserves this award because of how involved he is with his squad.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This member is truly the spark and the lifeblood of FI. With about two or so years of experience bear has been a role model to many by training, mentoring, and answering any question brought to him with 100 percent accuracy. Personally, he has helped me in gaining a more comprehensive understanding of KSI and encourages me to do my best everyday. The best part is, he is a sergeant. He understands all points of view from the 7s to the recruits, something not many can say. He brings life to the forums and helps many people with their questions in general chat, headhunters, FI div section, and pretty much anywhere someone could post a question to. He has loads of knowledge to share and does so with every person he meets including my self and others of which I have witnessed. When looking at knowledge, strength, and integrity, Bear makes up all of these. The most knowledgeable person I know regarding KSI is Bear, the one who is never down is Bear, the one who is always active is Bear, and the one will tell you the truth even if it hurts is Bear.  When someone teaches you about yourself without talking about you directly, it is a sure fire signal that this person is a leader.  His representation of our three ideals combined with his helpfulness, hilariousness, and seriousness all come together to form one outstanding member.

Reason - well where to start? I am really suprised she hasnt won this already,

From the day i was recruited ive watched tea overperform in her rank as general. There is nobody she will not help, for example tea gets guys from other squads and divisions coming to her when they could just as easily go to there general, sweettea is like an encyclopedia full o ksi knowledge, i stuck by tea and without her lessons and wisdom i would not have managed to be an efficient captain. Everyone in paradox looks up to tea as a mother and she even has one adopted ksi child! :o anybody thats spent time with tea knows that she is the perfect example of leadership. The guys in paradox hold no secrets from tea as she sits and listens and understands. Nobodys problems are too hard for tea to resolve! I would not have had such a great ksi experience without tea, nor many other people too. Thank you tea.

Reasoning why they deserve this - MrHuck is amazing! He puts in SO much time & energy is crazy. He has helped me with several issues this month and got every single one of them handled extremely quickly, one of them was a really big issue. He even invited my son & I to his family night with his youngest son, which I thought was awesome because usually those are just for family. He's been my mentor for almost 3 months now & I have learned so much from him & about him this month and it's been wonderful. I have also been able to shadow him and see how he handles situations. The way he handles members of all ranks is so impressive. He's constantly helping people out and "teaching them something" lol. If you've hung out with Huck, you know where that comes from and it can be a scary thing to hear. Haha!! His lessons are always given with love though. He never talks down to someone and he's one of the most positive people I've met.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sworn is always there for TW no matter what does on. He is always trying to make things better & think of new ideas for us. He goes to members' game nights all the time as well so everyone gets a chance to hang out with him & he makes it so much fun. He's able to put the serious side away while in game nights so everyone just has fun. He does 1v1's with anyone who wants to just so people have the option to hang out with him solo to get to know him or ask questions. He does a great job mentoring & I shadow him all the time. He is able to always stay calm no matter what goes on, which is something very rare. I've never once seen him yell, even when he was being yelled at. He treats everyone with respect also which is extremely important in being a leader. Sworn has done an amazing job in TW & I can't think of anyone who deserves this more than him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Madball is TW's newest CoFo and we couldn't wait to bring him up with us because of how AMAZING he did as a Gen. He has done a great job as CoFo over his 3 squads & acting Gen of 2 of them. He is always trying to get to know his officer staff and members better. He shows up to game nights with his squads. He's always offering advice on how to improve as well. He's done a great job with going through friends lists and sending out messages on blacklisted members and making sure they get removed. He's all over his squads' sections on the forums as well. HE's a great new addition to our awesome 7 staff and I know we will see many more amazing things from him in the future.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Stinker has taken his squad with his officers not working & over half his members fluff and he has completely turned it around. His fluff is almost completely gone just from this month & his officer staff is amazing again. He has been great with motivating them. He's been recruiting himself as well. He's listened to the advice he was given and changed how he was doing things for the better. He has a great new positive attitude which rubs off on his squad. They are consistently doing game nights now & activity is on the rise again. I am extremely proud of Stinkerkins & I feel he has definitely earned this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Prospin has done an AMAZING job stepping up in his squad. He's been here around 2 yrs. and he has grown so much! I am so proud to have this member in one of my squads. He always puts his squad above himself. He's even told me to promote people over him & admits when he hasn't been putting in the work to deserve a promotion. That just goes to show his character & the amount of love he has for his squad. He's constantly stepping up & handling situations that arise like a Gen would do even when he was a LT. If someone cancels a game night, he takes it happily. If someone needs help, he's there to give it. If someone needs training on recruiting, being a SGT or on an officer's duties, he's there. He's always looking for recruits & bringing in quality members. He's always reaching out to members to make sure they don't go inactive or feel left out. He's always helping me with stuff that comes up or needs to be handled & letting me know what's going on as I've spent the month of April being his acting Gen, CoFo & Founder. lol He does his duties & he doesn't need to be checked up on. In fact, he even comes & apologizes for slacking even when I don't agree he has been. He is that Captain who has stood out to me this month out of my entire division & I'm so happy to have the chance to work with him & watch him continue to grow.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Jez came into Overload as a SSG and has spent so much time with me trying to figure out how to best serve this squad & repair it. I've spent hours and hours talking with him about all the details, listening to his plans and watching him step up. He is an amazing leader in general and I could not be happier to have him in Overload. I know that he will continue to go above and beyond the call of duty to make this squad amazing again. He's our 1LT and he is the one who created their schedule, he's helping with training everyone, he's doing game nights, he's going recruiting, he's bringing in great people to get this squad going again. He has started up the Forge team as well to increase activity. He's also helping his squad with forums questions. He is just such a hard worker & deserves the credit for everything he's doing for this squad & everything I know he will do in the future.

Reasoning why they deserve this - While you may not see him as much as some of the other amazing forum staff members, this guy is EVERYWHERE on the forums. He works his butt of to make sure sections are clean & nice. He's helped me with a member issue from our TW section & I mean I asked him about it and he handled it within 2 minutes. He's my mentor (forums & clan ops) and he has given so much of his time helping me, going over things with me, sharing personal experiences, offering advice & helping me in any way he can. I've witnessed him helping several other members out as well with forums stuff from questions about AAP, unbanning someone from sections, how to use the forums in general to figuring out if new accounts are actually from banned members trying to sneak back in. He is extremely fast and completely thorough in everything he does and I feel he greatly deserves this award this month.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Nighthawk is probably the most amazing member I've met. He is CONSTANTLY putting in work no matter what rank he is sitting at. He always puts his squad before himself. He will host a game night every single night of the week is he feels it's necessary (like he is doing this week). He is always trying to come up with new game types & ideas to make his game nights more fun. He jokes around with anyone & everyone. He is extremely thorough in everything he does & if he has a question about something, he will not hesitate to get the answer to make sure he's doing things properly. He is always out recruiting and will do so until he gets the number he's set for himself for that day, even if it's 3-4 in the morning. He shows up to Gens meetings even when he doesn't need to because the other CP is coming. He is always positive & always looking for new tips & advice on how to improve his squad. He is always trying his officers & SGT as well. He shows up to game night for all the different squads in our division too and even spreads out to other divisions as well. He's also well known on the forums and is a gigantic helper of our TW section activity posting in every squad & the div chats every day. CHEVYDOG is a great general! any time I have a question he is quick to respond on KIK, any time of the day. I'm not sure when he sleeps. Reason why they deserve award- "Speak softly and carry a big stick" explains what Midget is.  He never raises his voice when dealing with trouble makers and knows when to law down the law in the least cruel way.  He gets respect from everyone in Wicked Intent and under his leadership Wicked Intent has grown by 2 squads those being Fury and Despair.  He took immediate action when Venom was collapsing and now Venom is on the rise again.  He is always open to new ideas either for single squads or Wicked Intent as a whole.  He is always available to contact through kik and is someone that will listen to your personal problems if you wish to open up to him.  He is one of the most polite people I have met either through xbox or real life. Congrats Midget hope your will continue your good work the further you go up the KSI ladder.

Reason why member deserves award- I have known Grumpy 7 for almost a year now and this fella is one hell of a leader.  He is polite to everyone from generals to 7s to the simple recruit.  Like Midget he is open to ideas, always available through kik, and under his watch, Crysis split to make Fury. He asked if he could be the new co-founder for Venom because he didn't want Venom to fall and since he took over, Venom has been on the rise with a brand new positive attitude.  He is well respected by all the leaders on the Halo side of Wicked Intent and is someone you can go to for help no matter what.  When you ask him to do something he does it ASAP and doesn't take forever. And the most importantly, he plays with the squads he over looks and gets to know the new members.  You deserved this award bud, congrats.

Reason why member deserves award- Direguard should be the model for all generals in KSI.  Under his leadership, Crysis IS the most active Halo squad in ALL of KSI.  Crysis has about 8 fully active teams: Headhunters, Grifball, Regal, Race, Slayer/BTB, Forge, & Team Objective.  He is day after day playing with his squad either on Halo 4 or other games such as WSOP or Colonial Marines. In my almost 3 years of experience in gaming communities. I have never witnessed a weekly squad meeting achieve 3 lobbies worth until I attended a Crysis meeting.  It was amazing to see all these active members in one squad.  I truly don't think Crysis has any fluff because of Direguard and his ability to get people motivated and active.  Everyone in Crysis respects one another and works together.  Crysis game nights are always at least 2 lobbies full of Crysis members.  On the side he helps me with ideas on how to improve and grow Venom even when he has Crysis to worry about.  Under his leadership Crysis split to make Fury WI for its first ever squad split.  This award is long overdue for this member, congrats Direguard.

Reason why member deserves award- Along with Direguard, Hatter has been a HUGE reason why Crysis in my opinion is the BEST Halo squad in all of KSI.  She makes sure all members in Crysis are playing together and calls many of them by their first name and creates a truly FAMILY like atmosphere in Crysis which I believe makes many of Crysis's members stay in KSI and motivates them to be active with Crysis.  She helps run multiple teams in Crysis and makes sure they are active.  She is there to help with any problems and even invites Venom member like myself to participate in Crysis game nights and team practices which is awesome and something I haven't seen before.  Along with Direguard & Grumpy, I try to model my leadership after her and hope one day very soon Venom will be a like Crysis.  Hatter87 deserves this award hands down, no questions asked.

Reason why member deserves award- KSI Jicast has been a big help in rebuilding Venom, he came back to Venom after leaving because at one point Venom was going through some difficult drama periods.  He came back after I asked if he could help rebuild Venom and wanted the challenge since rebuilding Venom is a HUGE challenge and going to take months of work.  He assists me in welcoming the new members and making sure they fit in, he is always open to ideas in improving himself as a leader in Venom and KSI.  Always wants to learn more about KSI and is constantly asking questions.  Because of him, a couple new members have decided to change there name to KSI and hope to be officers one day.  Thank you Jicast for your hard effort and patience with the slow growth of Venom.
