She stepped up in such a HUGE way when her squad's General & captains up & left for Ghost KSI. She helped pull all the officers remaining together & get them focused on how to best protect the squad. She sat in a party with officers till like 2 am making sure everything was done that she could do. Since then she has put all of herself into holding game nights, recruiting, coming up with creative game nights like Netflix Movie Mondays. She has stepped up and covered for fellow officers multiple times voluntarily, hosting 4-5 game nights herself sometimes. She is always looking for new ways to help her squad & improve the experience for her members. Her Gen was replaced & took a LoA for a couple weeks and she has been stepping up yet again. She hosted last Sunday's meeting & took over squad notes all on her own. She has proven herself to be a great leader. Member Assistance: Through all this I've been her acting general, CoFo & Fo so I have witnessed firsthand her helping different members with different situations, volunteer to cover a game night, fix their mottos/bios/settings and such things. KSI Flow 7 138 Posted April 2, 2014 Report Share Posted April 2, 2014 (edited) I would LOVE to witness for all of these 2 awards she is being nominated for, KSI Doreah is a spectacular officer in Overload she always gives it her very best no matter what. Shes one of those members that would wake up at 4AM just to help out somebody from her squad. She makes it a priority to be at every squad meeting. She makes every body feel welcome does all she has to do to get the job done one of the best officers i seen and a very loyal KSI member when her General, Captains and other members decided to leave our lovely community to join Bills or whatever they call themselves now a days she didn't leave and has been putting in major work in the squad to keep it going. She has set alot of goals she wants to accomplish in this gaming community and i know that through out time she will meet all of her goals. Decided to edit my post to make it a bit more clear that i am witnessing for both award as i noted on my first paragraph that KSI Doreah goes above and beyond to help members within her squad from answering any questions within her knowledge "Assisting them" with any problems that they have and proving solutions. She has also personally" Assisted" me with a few answers about a few new members within the squad. Tavie 70 Posted April 6, 2014 Report Share Posted April 6, 2014 Being her 3rd Captain, I can witness for both. Member assistance? All of the time. Outstanding service? Much of it. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. She has been extremely active within the past few weeks and has been stepping up as a Captain. I will proudly admit that she has been doing way more than I have and I'm one rank higher than her. Doreah is setting a great example for the lower ranking members by being active, and always helping her fellow members when needed. She's always available, looks on the recruit tag for recruits to be trained, recruits, and answers questions to the best of her ability. She's been hosting meetings when her higher officers aren't available and when something needs to get done, she gets it done and she's fast to do it. This lady has been showing great motivation and pushing members to recruit and get to know each other more, which is always needed and appreciated. She's been doing SO much for Overload, it's insane, and she's been carrying Overload on her back for the passed few weeks. This woman is an outstanding officer and definitely goes above and beyond for the squad. Doreah is a wonderful asset to Overload, and without her the squad would be dying.
