Outstanding Service Lv 1: Laze has been with me since Rapture had split into Elysium and before it split to Aesir and after the split, he has always been passionate for his squad no matter where he is and he was always willing to help any members and he had helped me defuse many situations before they got out of hand and he has all these ideas to help get members together and they work like a miracle. OS lv1= Laze is a member who has been around a long time he was recruited back in end of 2012 in my squad when i was a officer over him threw the time here i have been his officer twice and his Gen once as well as his CoFo he has always been a productive member who has constantly helped his squads to the best of his ability with recruiting/ training as a officer and being a mentor to some. he is always trying to keep morale high in his squad and come up with new ideas to promote activity and get the ball rolling. he cares deeply about this community and is very active all around id say he has earned the right to carry this award.
