Reasoning why they deserve this - Prophet has been an amazing co founder this month and he isn't even over me. Though he's not on xbox constantly, he uses the time he has in the best ways possible. He's ran workshops, for generals, and for anyone who is willing to improve. He always has great things to say and is very encouraging to out division as a whole. Without prophet, our division won't be the same and therefore should win Co Founder of the month.

I do not know Prophet personally, and I have not spent that much time with him to be able to tell you stories of him, like I did with the others. But I can tell you that Prophet has been nothing but a benefit since he rejoin KSI, and most importantly LS. From giving away money for name changes, to setting up training lobbies, you name it Prophet has done it. He has even continuously encouraged us to nominate our fellow members in KSI. To tell you the truth; he is the soul reason why I am here right now. Without Prophet LS would not be running as well as it is.

During my time in Echo I had seen many Generals lead that squad. All of them had different styles of leadership; some, better than others, But they all fought their hardest to keep Echo alive. Their is nothing different with Scotland, He has worked his butt off to get to where he is now and he does an amazing job at it. I am happy that I could see him grow and progress in KSI and be able to teach him what little knowledge I knew at the time. I can just say that no one deserves this more than him; he has earned it.

When I met Hybrid I did not think much of him( I know that sounds harsh but I mean well). He got under my skin a little bit. But after Hybrid became a Lieutenant, he realized his immaturity and changed his ways. Even though it took time Hybrid became a very mature young man and did a great job as an officer. Once Fallen Split Hybrid Became the only, and the newest, Captain in that squad. He did his best, and is doing his best, at the position he is in. I am proud of Hybrid and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for him.

Moabz came into LS split squad with a little bit of an hesitant nature. He was the newest Lieutenant and was trying to get his feet on the ground. Quickly he got the hang of things and became an absolute machine, recruiting everyday, training people left and right, doing so much more then I could of ever expected. Then soon it was just me and him. his fellow Lieutenant left him and I am his only Captain. And even though it is hard for him at times and he has a lot on his plate, he continues to press on. He has proven to me a hundred times over that he deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI ZOMBYGaL 7 is one of the most hard-working members I have seen around! She goes beyond her job as a co-founder, and is always there when we need her, or just to play with us in our games nights. There hardly goes a day by without us seeing her in Pride's and/or Valiant's games nights, and this is even more impressive when you think of  the fact that while she is from the US, both Pride and Valiant (two of her three squads) are European/UK-based squads. Regardless of how she's feeling, or how hungry she gets, she takes the time to help us and kick back to have fun with us, and we can ask no more!

Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI Ethre is in charge of Pride, a squad that is great, and has great potential, but is struggling to grow at the moment. We have started to move forward however, and this would not be possible without the dedication and hard work of Ethre. He is always there to help us out, train and inspire us all, regardless of rank and regardless of whether he's actually on the Xbox or not. I love Pride, and all the spirit that we have hidden in the squad, and there is no one that represents this better than Ethre!

Reasoning why they deserve this -shift has been a very dedicated member upon changing his name he has been a great recruiter in his squad he games with other members and helps out in any way he can. he has showed his loyalty threw times of unfortunate trials and stands out he is active on the forums and wants to be more involved as much as he can. he will talk and game with any member and assist them if he can with the duties he knows of. he asks questions from officers and makes sure he does things right he is easy to get along with and wants to go as far as possible i feel these are the quality things that make him eligible.

Squad: Nitro of Forced Induction

Reasoning: I've been absent for around 2 weeks now. Justy has been filling in wonderfully. Normally this would be left up to our CPT but he's had RL issues of his own.

Specifically, Just has held SGT. meetings every Wednesday. He has attended FI division meetings every Thursday. He has attended Generals meetings on Wednesdays. I've requested numerous megs to be passed down via Kik and he has spammed every member of the squad. He's hosted squad meetings 3 nights a week. He has the most KSI-dedicated work ethic and attitude of any member I know since he was transferred to my squad about 4-5 weeks ago. He's definitely made an impact on the squad dynamic with his amazing attitude and is a model for every Nitro member, including myself. This guy's legitimately my hero.

Even before mother nature installed an in-ground pool in my bedroom (flood) Justy has been filling in here and there in Generals meetings and Divisional meetings, as I've been completing internship hours.

To summarize... He has essentially been Nitro's General for the past two weeks and he's done a damn good job.

Reasoning why the deserve this - When Ellis has took over REAPERS, we were sitting at between 20-25 members. After a month and a half as GEN he has completely cleaned house of our officers who were inactive and helped get more people trained for officers. We are sitting at 50 members as of today. He has fought through great adversity, and some doubt and proven a successful GEN. I truly enjoy being a CPT under Ellis. Him and I have a great working relationship. We have become friends on and off xbox and it makes the problem solving techniques go much smoother between us because we are so in-sync on everything.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Rebel has done an amazing job has CPT in WARLORD. He stays active within his squads, and keeps in contact with others in DL. The amount of time him and I spend in parties just comparing how we would handle situations or talk about something going on is unreal. It is great to have someone at the same rank as you in the same division to kind of bounce ideas and thought processes off of, while also growing as an officer. Soon enough his squad will split and he will get a GEN which he has truly earned. I have no doubt he will do great things as a GEN and be able to further his KSI career.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Airborn, as of late has shown great improvements and really became an asset to our squad. We had very few trained officers and needed a great deal of help for myself doing officer duties. When asked to stepped up to the plate Airborn has definitely made life easier for me giving me the chance to take some time to relax and also, being a former Director, he has helped me learn a lot that will help me further myself in KSI. We are in constant communication on either XBox or kik and don't do much in the form of training people or working on SGT who show true potential to further their KSI careers unless we talk about and agree. I have faith that with his help, we will have so many well trained SGTs that our squad will have great future KSI leaders.

Reasoning why they deserve this - During the month of february, he has shown high dedication into his squad. The squad cronus has grown quickly over that month due to him motivating his members and making sure the squad is very active with the activities he puts out for his members so they may have fun and meet others. Powers, even though he has an Xbox One, you would rarely see him on it due to him being on the 360 so he may be there for his members. Reasoning why they deserve this - What to say about BMP.  Him along with KSI EllisD have gotten a squad that was sitting down at 25 up to 50 in a month and a half and has been working for some of that time as the only officer in Reapers and doing his job and more.  He is a great guy that knows his stuff and isn't afraid to go out there and talk to people.  I'm in a party with him most nights after everyone else goes to bed while I'm waiting on my General to get on and just talk about whats going on in DL. Great guy to get to know and some one that has more then earned his current rank and will be a good general.

Reasoning why they deserve this -  He came into Warlord as a transfer from another division and took over for KSI Southern 7 when he got promoted to COFO. He had  to get used to the ways of how we ran things in Warlord and still keep the squad running and he has done just that.  Good guy that loves to go and joke around with and just have fun which is something that is good to have in someone that rank.  He has kept this squad running even with all the issues we have had to deal with since he became Gen over us and we are now close to a split and thanks to his leadership we have made it this far even with changes that have happened within the squad.

She hosts her own personal game nights, and they are very much successful with full lobbies and lots of fun. Not only does she do an awesome job as a Founder, but she does a great job as Acting General for Overload. She always sends out reminders when asked to without any hesitation. She's also the tag holder of TW's recruit tag and is always keeping an eye out for new members who need to be trained. Reasoning why they deserve this - He did so good this month helping members through the Overload squad split, and dealing with the troublesome situation we had in the passed couple weeks. He was constantly dealing with a plethora of drama we had this month, and he did it respectfully and was chill about it. Being the highest ranked Captain in our squad, he had to deal with the heart of the drama, and he did it 95% by himself, and he did such a great job. I admire his determination to become a leader and how well he's working at it. He organizes the weekly schedule for Overload, helped establish Overload's SWAT team and is Co-Captain of Overload's Head Hunters team. Swift is always looking out for new recruits and members to train. He's always on our tail about that stuff, and that's what we need!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Of course Shivah! Shivah has been an amazing founder. She is always open to everyone in the division and has yet to get annoyed with me when i come to her, stressed out over something. She's just worked with me to get the best result possible that can benefit the whole division. She is a constant presence in the division and everyone loves her (in case you haven't notice the influx of "Shivah's Pokemon" name changes. She won Cofounder of the Year last year and she hasn't slowed down as a founder. Under Shivah's guidance, Last Strike is well on it's way to hitting flagship by the end of this month!

Reasoning why the deserve this - I don't usually nominate for these awards but Kazekage has proven to me, without a doubt that he deserves this. He started February with Desolate when they split from Fallen. Over the month of february, LS grew 30 members, 20 of which is thanks to Kazekage! They started with 30 and grew to be a force to be reckoned  with. In three short weeks, he grew the squad to 50, and has held full lobby meetings. He kept the squad stable immediately after the split which we all know is extremely difficult. He has promoted learning and growth in his squad by taking workshops himself to be a better leader and sending his own members to workshops so they can be the best they can be. He is a solid member and I don't doubt he can go far in KSI if he really wanted to.

Reasoning why they deserve this - UranicSum really surprised me last month. He transferred from echo when we were worried his lack of activity in the squad was due to boredom. When he got to Journey, he was up and raring to go. He was the sleeper that Journey really needed to get back on track. Before he got there, Journey was sitting at 35 members for a good 2 months after getting hit and dropping from 50. I transferred Uranic over and he started recruiting up a storm, hosting game nights, etc. He has been a positive influence on the squad and has motivated them to up their game and they are now on their way to full recovery thanks to him. Journey started this year in the red and stagnated for a little but now that Uranic has challenged the squad to meet his example, i have no doubt that they will make a comeback better than ever. Journey will probably be finishing this week with 50 members and i couldn't be prouder.

Swift sometimes is the laziest but when its time to work he goes and over achieves and it is shown by him being the only higher up since that incident a few weeks back he has brought KSI Overload back into the spot light and has Overload shining brighter than it has in a long time. Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy was trained by me personally. he knows what he's doing to the nth degree. he is in charge of our training department such as PVT, cPL, and SGT training because he knows what he is doing and goes beyond what he is supposed to as a founder. yeah, he has th e recruit tag but he also mentors others inside of the division to make sure they are doing what they are supposed to to makje the division work . Static is one of my go to guys if i need something done in FG. i can always rely on him to make sure a message gets passed along or if a squad needs help in any sort of way.

what can i say about streets. this guy is the best as what he does. He's been such a success in FG i appointed him head of general oversight and trainign for FG which i consider the most important department in FG at this time. Reasoning why the deserve this -this guy has been an amazing general this past month and the past couple months. Powers has been an essential role in FG and has gone beyond his duty as a general and is basically being a mentor to more people than just his squad. since he has taken on general of Cronus, he has built up the squad to be a powerhouse in our division. he filled the squad tag in two months and just split his squad. he has more potential officers than what he knows to do with. this guy has been more than a success since his return in KSI and return as a general. whenever we need a potential general trained, we always send him or her to powers to start their training process and if he gives an A okay on them, we continue the process. So powers definitely desereves this award more than any other general i have ever met.
