Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Outstanding Service(lvl 1) Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): Ellis has done his time and worked hard to be where he is today. Even with knowledge he was taking over a squad on the verge of failing he came into GEN-ship with the desire to turn REAPERS around. Only a few weeks after he took over as GEN, things are looking so much better in REAPERS and our squad now has a very bright future. Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Bright Idea Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): A member of our squad went through an incident where his Girlfriend was injured on her way to work after being involved in a car accident with a drunk driver, and an event which I talked to Ellis about where a very good friend of mine was killed in an accident after being re-ended by a drunk driver, Ellis and I thought about trying to get KSI Against Drunk Driving started. Ellis took the idea to higher ups and we were given permission to put it in out bios if we chose. I have seen a lot more member with it in their motto and it is a great cause. Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Member Assistance Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): There is pretty much no questions or issues Ellis cannot help out with. He is a very knowledgeable General. Award-/-Achievement: (The award you are nominating this person for): Mad Max Reason-/-Evidence: (Please give reasons to why this person is deserving of the award you are nominating them for): Ellis defines insane and I think a lot of it has to do with having to deal with me on a daily basis, but that has not been proven yet. Apk. 34 Posted February 6, 2014 Report Share Posted February 6, 2014 I can witness for Member Assistance, EllisD has helped me on several occasions, one in particular was when I needed help while my squad had no General and I was having difficulties reaching a 7, I was being spammed by an ex-KSI member who I wanted to know if he was blacklisted EllisD helped me find out that he wasn't. Ever since he has been a legible source for help and a fast source of help. As for outstanding Service, I have known Ellis maybe a month and a half, but in that time Ellis has lost his General and been promoted to general himself ( which is stating the obvious I know) he's taking his squad out of the ditch it's dug itself into 1 step at a time but 2 steps a day. From what I've heard and seen since he's took over there has been an increase in activity and a divisional Game Night hosted yesterday with 3 or so full lobbies.
