I have sat in on many of his Orientations and he does a great job with informing the members about the rank structure, making sure they know who thier officers are, squad meeting times and dates. He also makes sure their privace settings are correct and explains the importance of our forums as well as weekend warfare. 11thDoctor has proven to me he deserves this award. KSI 11thDoctor has orientating people ever since when I was a GEN and I can witness to the great job he has done while orientating. Following the guidelines without flaw and just informing all the members of everything they need to know. He was always there when I needed someone being orientated.
