Reason-/-Evidence:  OTM/ OTY awards are always a hassle for the AAP staff. Job duties consist of the AAP staff sifting through numerous nominations and witness testimonies. Normally the regular Of The Month nominatins aren't too stressfull, however the Of The Years as you can assume are much more difficult.

 

KSI El Pollo 7, on his own initiative,  created and implemented a sorting system to assist the AAP staff every month with the OTM and now, the OTY nominations. The system has completely reorganized and sorted all categories of nominations, nominees, and witness statements. To give you a more clear picture take the following facts into account.

 

During the OTY 2014 Awards there were

150 posts to sift through

143 members were nominated for awards

268 witness testimonies for nominees.

 

As you can tell, there is ALOT of information for the AAP staff to go through to be able to properly award the most deserving members. Instead of going page by page, and trying to sort through all of this information, KSI El Pollo 7 came up with the following system which has completely changed the way that we collect information in the AAP. He did this completely on his own, and dedicated his personal time to come up with this tool to help KSI members receive the awards that they deserve.
