I have a few problems with the system here.

As Co-Head of AAP I do not agree with everything that is going on.

Things I have not agreed to when put in place or talked to before they were put in place.

• I did NOT agree to the divisional award of the month.
  
• I did NOT agree to the banning of Airborn.
  
• I did NOT agree to the "No awards will transfer from the old forums".
  
• I did NOT agree to the "No self nominations".
  

I am Co-Head of AAP, not "Keep my mouth shut while changes are made when luci says so of AAP"

I'm sorry if this offends anyone but things have got to change. There are so many more simple ways to do things than what you are doing.

There is so many things that just don't make sense what so ever.

im just gonna point out I put crap up for the staff to look thru and feed back on. and alot of the Time Prophets the only one about to give feed back,

The self nominations Have been set to no self noms since before you became co-head.

The No old awards re issue, was to Stop people demanding all awards back without potentialy looking at was the correct level given for specific things.

Airborn Was banned precicly for the reasons Of Being asked NUMEROUS TIMES to stop trying to incert himself on how things are running, which i might add he is still running his mouth on in a PM that i have been ignoring.

The of the months as a Division thing Clearly Put under your section, that means you are over that. As i stated.

(this is me prity much stating It fell under YOUR project zone, so its based there now.)

3000+ members, and 8 a month get to be told their special.....Fair treatment and equal opertunities no?

and as I stated to Specific people who are determined to undermine an effort to actualy Make aap runn better and Fairer, if it doesnt work, we scrap it or look into how it was flawed in the first place. << the entire point of looking into divisional of the months

But hey, its not like people vote on the of the months now becuase they know they wont win against certain people.

With you saying the division awards are put directly under me. I still did not put my input on this matter. I do not agree with that at all.

And with me not being around that much. I really didn't want to put this out there in the open, but since everyone decides that me not being here for a week means I'm giving up on KSI.

I was gone for a week because one of my friends passed away, and my cousin hung himself. Leaving his 10 month old baby girl without a father and a druggie for a mother. Among other things, and that's why I haven't been around the last week or 2.

I do NOT want the division of the month things.

I DO want the old awards to come over to this site in an easy way. People want their old awards back, they post a form in the AAP stating what they had, a screen shot, and their old forum name for us to verify. And all we need is a few people to verify who they were on the previous forums.

I understand why airborn was banned, but i don't agree that he can't still nominate people who deserve these awards.

I don't agree with no self nominations because if a member joins a head hunter team or what have you, they should be able to nominate themselves for the award.

Those are my opinions. And those are what I strongly believe.

And you say it's my job to override you. Well this is me doing so.

Im taking a break from peoples crap becuase the primary reason I have been more agressive with how its run is becuase outside influences have been attempting to crap on any little change thats proposed to improve AAP.

in all honesty Certain people have already gone out of their way to ensure the divisional of the month awards Will never happen so to be honest, regardless of how much i want the system to Be Fair, As always its not going to happen.
