A generals position a few months ago and he knows his way around no doubt. Way back in ET he was working his ass off non stop. Always training people mentoring and sharing his knowledge of true leadership to everyone. From ET to HD to IO this guy has truly been a nice, caring and knowledgable KSI member. He works his butt off all the time and is now running an extremely successful squad. This guy no doubt deserves these awards! Sorry I added it late but also I would like to nominate him for headhunter as we'll. He has always been involved in headhunters and is one of the best cod players I've ever seen. Threw out his very busy personal life he still makes time for his squad. He takes time to play with his squad to make sure they know that he is there for them. Conrado was my General. Threw out his hard work and time spent with me answering question and showing me the ropes, he helped get me ready for my Generals spot. Conrado is an outstanding leader and anytime I had any issue or concern he was always available to listen to me and provide an answer. Not only is he an awesome leader but he is also a great friend. He knows when to be serious but he also knows how to joke around and have fun with his squad. I cant think of anyone who deserves this award more than him. His service is none other than outstanding. He makes sure without a doubt! that his squad and his officers can do well off even if he isnt around, if something were to happen to him and he had to go away, there is no doubt in my mind that the next person in line after him, and the next person after that person, and the next and so on, could perform just as well as him. He teaches as well as learns from his own members. He makes sure that he is having game nights keepin his family(squad) together and he does it so prestigiously that i cant explain it. This guy is definitely the next best leaders and he definitely deserves this award. As for trainer, i cant witness for that because he only has 20 trains and the award states 30+ are needed. He was gone for a while but when he came back that guy worked hard then any other person that I have ever seen come to KSI, leave, and then come back. He has taken a squad that was at one point at its knees and near closure to a shining example of what you want every KSI squad to be, he choose not to take a General spot for very long and instead continue to improve as a member until he understood KSI like the back of his hand.
