The reasons why i think Zombygal should get the nomination for best co-founder of the year is that she works super hard as a co-founder, she is in control of four squads which are Hope, Justice, Legacy, and Conquest. not only that but she helps the squads in so many different ways, which can be very stressful for her, not only that she is acting general for my squad Justice as of right now. She helped the squad Hope get to the reaching point for it to split to become the new squad Justice. She is always helping out the generals for her squads and is always trying to make sure that the squads survive. She is a great hard working member of the KSI and deserves the best co-founder of the year award.

Seraphim and I have had our arguements and disagreements but in the end of the day he has great potential.

Along with shivah I have watched these two members achieve more and go further than I ever could in KSI.

I think of Seraphim as a friend and a great leader, he talks to his members on a daily basis and can still maintain a healthy

Reasoning why they deserve this – Jess has been like a rock this past year for KSI and for myself, in training she has took us to new heights in LEAD, in leadership she has made so many sacrifices in her personal life, as we all have I know, but with Jess it's more like KSI is more than just a community. It is also more than just a few friends. KSI is her passion, she makes you feel like, well, that this is her “baby†and she is the Mother that takes care of it all. I feel blessed that she is here, but more than anything I am blessed that she is a great mentor to me and all of KSI and the community.

Reasoning why they deserve this – KSIdocness7 gets my vote on this one due to the fact he is a Motivator, Planner, Precise, Inspiring, Honest, and he is Goal Oriented.

Docness lets people know what is to be expected of them, then he helps them reach that by having himself or his staff available. He is very upbeat and makes sure that everyone around him are keeping it upbeat. He and his staff meet weekly to discuss the plans for the next two weeks and the past week, if anything when wrong he picks them up and inspires them to do better.

All of this is done with the Divisional Goals being set and discussed, he and his staff are a dream to work with. Carry on Sir.

Reasoning why they deserve this – As founders go I had a hard time making my choice between Oracle and The Light. The deciding factor came down to time in position and projects, while The Light is just getting started with his career here in KSI, he has all the right tools and is well on his way to becoming one of the best we have seen in a while. Keep up the great work brother!

 

Anyway this is about Oracle, she has shown me that nothing slows her down, not even me. She is always online in some form or fashion. Oracle organizes the weekly FI meeting and usually keeps the guys on the right path. She is accessible to her staff and the squads, and she utilizes her time very well to stay on top of everything inside the division from security to just someone quitting. Oracle is going to be a great divisional leader and its not going to be very long down the road.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Vitul has had a rough go of it for the last few months but I have to give credit to him, he has marched on and tried to make the best of it. He has been with me since day one in KSI and has worked hard for me, never asking why or ever saying we cant do it. Vitul has always been an “OK I'll get right on it†type of guy. He's dedicated to the cause, and he is loyal to KSI.

He is now a cofo again and I'm sure he is going to be one of the hardest working cofo's in KSI, one of the best trainers, one of the best mentors, one of the best recruiters, most of all to all of us a best friend, go get'em bud.

Reason: He is a person who always realizes what is needed to be done, even if it's after the matter, and tries to redeem himself and other wrongs. He's got over 100 recruits under his belt and is still out there fishing and has his trainer award for a reason as well. He's a good, loyal friend and doesn't mind telling you "Yo, that's not how this should go" or "Hey man, don't say that here". He has made a lot of mistakes, sure, but he's also made up for them too in WI. It's not hard to talk to him on a personal or official level and get a serious honest response, even if it is jokingly.

This post will not do this man any justice, so before I start, I apologise.

Where do I begin.. Well I suppose the start is always a good place!

When I first joined KSI, Jezrein was that scary Co-Fo who was kicking ass, and keeping everyone in line, that was when I was a Sgt. Now I am a 1st CPT and he is the Co-Div.

He has made me see reason more than once, when I have disagreed with my general, co founder and founder. His attitute towards his divisional members "squaddies" (as I call them) is phemominal. Even when someone interupts his conversations, who has also broke the chain of command by going to him with a small issue, he will listen to the issue before sending them away to the proper person.

Now I have a great deal of respect of this man. He has brought the division back from a bad place, his experiance and guidiance has influenced us all in squad leadership posisitions and whether we like it or not we can see it.

KSI Jezrein 7 has gone above and beyond with his KSI career and I beleive he should have recognition for what he has acheived and continues to strive to acheive.

You have to ask? My goodness I shall have to set this right!

KSI Shivah 7 is my rock in KSI, i honestly have so much to say about this woman I could spend the rest of the week typing and still have more to say!

I'll start off by saying this: She is the most hard working Co Founder I have seen and heard of. My personal day to day interactions can attest to this claim. I have known her for 3months now. She has been my general and now my co founder. She has gone out of her way to teach and and nurture everyone under her, the time and care she puts into every individual is absolutely astounding!

From day one in my KSI career I have been looking up to her and essentially trying to make my standards like how she had hers. She is my moving goal, I am aspiring to do all that she has done. That is how much she inspires me.

When I give my speeches in workshops for SGTs and LTs, I use alot of phrases, they always ask me, where did you learn all of this? My answer is either A. Shivah or B. The forums.

Every time I get given a situation to handle, its 9/10times what she has taught me, that helps me get through it with everything ending well and everyone being happy.

This is someome who makes a massive impact on everything she does, now she is in Divisonal leadership, I cant wait to see what impact she has, we can already see her influence upon generals to do their best and continue to aspire.

I cannot wait to see how far she gets in KSI, personally I have the utmost faith in her ability and beleive it will get her to places I can only dream of at this point!

Reasoning why they deserve this -

What can I say about this guy? Well from his promotion to 4rd captain he led the squad legend on his own for a couple of weeks and kept it afloat. He has risen to the greatest challenge a captain can possibly walk into, especially being a pretty fresh faced captain. I wish I could have helped this guy in his fight for his squads survival. He is a genuine nice guy and I have the most respect for him as a fellow captain in my division.

If Camp ever called on my help at any point, I would definatly make time for him.

He should be recognised for the challenges he has risen to in his time as a captain.

I call this individual "Jelly". He deserves this award because as a Lt he was THE model example. I have been told I was like him when I was a Lt.

Reasoning why they deserve this -THOR was an individual with a rough start going into the Founder rank, getting adjusted to the flow of members and duties needed. But as months progressed he as worked his butt off to Learned more and do more for His division, He is very sharp when it comes to knowledge in DR. There isnt a day where he doesnt know the Division numbers or Recruit tag. He's taken 101 and 102 to make himself better as a Leader, So i know without a shadow of a doubt he wants to be here and help his Division, at the end of the day its what i like about him. He has never slacked off and been too lazy to do something no matter the time or day. Im always seeing him send out messages daily and about KSI affairs. He is a very superb contribute to members in need, handing out Microsoft points for people to change their name. He is truly in all corners of his Division.

The reason i believe this founder deserves the "of the year" award, is because he is respectful to others, he has the kind of person that likes to help others in their time of need, and the kind of person that isn't afraid of telling you what you need to hear. i am grateful to have him as a founder he is a great man with a lot of potential. he is my inspiration of achieving great things he works so hard and he does ask for anything in return. i think we need more like him, i have seen how hard this man has worked over the past months i have been  in KSI and at times i had those points to where i thought i couldn't do it, but i started looking at those that are doing good to see what they were doing and when i was introduced to The Light 7 the first thing he said was "hello sir" i knew after that point that this individual had a strong built character of a person. he was very polite it shows respect and i believe KSI The Light 7 truly deserves  this award. I believe Cowgirl deserves the "of the year" award, is because she always gives out her best. I myself was worried about her being General over our squad not because of her just because of what all our squad has been trough and i really want too congratulate her because i think she is a wonderful gen one of the best i should say I'm glad she was able to straighten out most of our squad and with tat being said if she can do that then i think she can do anything she sets her mind to do i think her involvement in the squad made an impact on others as well and our gen is not the best in the world but she does at least try to do her job to the best of her ability and i think thats all we could ask of her. i have been watching onsucide ever since he was a corporal and i think he deserves this award because he has great enthusiasm he always shows up on time to meetings he lets others know ahead of time if he will be late or if he cant make it he takes the initiative to host game nights this one has potential i like him he is doing an amazing job wish i had more like him. he is a good leader he likes to have all the information so that he can share it with others if they had missed it for example the other night right after officers chat we were getting ready for squad chat i had tried multiple times to join in on squad chat and my Xbox wouldn't let me he had sent me a message not to long after and said "don't worry ill fill you in later sir" its the little things that can be the ones that are most appreciated. and i would like to commend him for taking the initiative of doing as he had done. I believe that Terrors deserves this because he is has dedicated so much time to KSI and Recoil. Him being General hasnt been easy for him or myself. But I have seen first hand that he has handled it like a pro. He does do a lot for Recoil. He sometimes spends hours trying to figure out why his numbers dont match, but he always figures it out. I cannot tell you how dedicated this man is to KSI. I know from what I see. Its like its his second job. And he really enjoys it. Reasoning:  Invisible's time as Captain with Nitro squad of FI was incredibly productive.  With a lot of motivation, support, and direct recruitment; Nitro reached a Squad Split into Clutch.  There were so many UK members, in fact, Clutch became Forced Induction's first all-UK squad.  This, in my opinion, is a monumental achievement and I truly feel like Invisible contributed to this goal A LOT.  He was, and still is, insanely active - always being there for the squad.  When I was first recruited into KSI, he personally took me under his wing and answered a multitude of questions I had and those questions were always answered nearly immediately after being sent out.

 

Every single week, a game night was organized by him - sometimes there were two in a week and multiple members attended because they were crazy fun.  Overall squad productivity was through the roof and furthermore, these gamenights were held at "America-friendly" times despite a 4-hour time difference with the east coast.  Gamenights were being hosted at roughly 1-2 AM for his clock and many of them were on weekdays - that shows a tremendous amount of dedication.  These gamenights are what really got me involved with KSI and made me appreciate being a part of this amazing community.  I applied and was accepted to the KSI News Team after I attended the first gamenight and began a solid recruiting spree.

 

On top of recruiting, and organizing bundles upon bundles of fun, Invisible still managed to keep order and discipline.  He followed rules, ensured we all knew how to recruit, was always there to answer questions - all in all, Invisible truly did everything expected of a Captain and a hell of a lot more.  I honestly feel he deserves this award but even if it's not presented to him, I'll still think of him as "Captain of the Year."  He really whipped me into shape, so to speak, and made me love being here.

 

 

 

For General of the Year:

 

KSI TwistDFistS - Current General of Nitro squad within the Forced Induction Division

Reasoning:  From what I've gathered during my time within Nitro, TwistD had a lot of things to take care of when ORACLEx7 was promoted.  There was low activity, motivation, overall membership, etc.  Since taking over, Nitro steadily rebuilt itself into a stable squad - leading to the split into Clutch, on October 30.  Every great story needs some kind of low-point, however and like a classic epic, this story sees its low-point just before the end.

 

In the weeks leading up to the split into Clutch, certain Officers decided to transfer out of Nitro or leave KSI entirely for miscellaneous reasons.  This left more than a few Officer positions needing someone to fill them.  Sure, TwistD could have promoted members who have been in Nitro for a while - but he didn't.  He took an extraordinary amount of time to adequately ensure these replacements were well-trained and truly deserving of the title.  There was a tremendous amount of pressure on him to simply select Officers and get a quick squad split but he made sure to do what would be best in the long-run.

 

Somehow, TwistD has managed to remain incredibly active on Xbox 360.  This is made it very easy to train up-and-coming Officers but understandably, it had to have taken a hefty toll on himself.  Unless you've actually been in a squad with a major time conflict like the 4-hour difference between the east coast of America and Europe, you might not understand how hard it is to be on at the same time as your Officers.  This requires staying up late, despite needing to get up for work in the morning or for class and TwistD did this every night to ensure his Officers were trained.

 

Lastly, the guy simply has a likable attitude.  Squad meetings are laid-back and chill and still extremely informative.  Everything that needs addressing gets brought up.  The good, the bad, EVERYTHING important and that's very helpful for new members.  He does so in a very friendly way, too, but at the same time if you don't do your stuff - the hammer comes down.  That's when you get the Private Chat invite.  Now, I can only imagine what goes down during those but in the few instances where I've known it to happen, the particular member immediately corrected whatever it was they were doing wrong.

 

If there's anyone deserving of the General of the Year Award, it's got to be TwistDFistS of Nitro.

I think she should be nominated because she has made our squad what it is today. When ever one of us have questions she is the one to answer it. She is always there for our squad no matter if we have personal issues that we need help with or we just want to talk. She has worked hard to get the squad to were it is today and she has helped every one in our squad at least once. She is the best gen that can ever come to a division and im glad to have her as a gen. she has a real potential to go higher then a general and i have no doubts she that she will. When ever there is a problem with the squad she always brings it up to me and the other officers and gets our point of views on it before making a decision. She has given every person in the squad inspiration and continues to do so everyday she comes online. She leaves no members behind no matter what there rank and when another squad has a problem and needs advise she is always there to help them out. She is a great leader and i would really like her to see her get this award as a surprise to her for the great job she is doing.

Reasoning why they deserve this -for me I feel like no one else besides jezrien could have turned LS into what it is today he is truly a remarkable person the way that he teaches talks and inspires people sometimes all at the same time is surreal even after coming through the ranks again when I was gen he always left an aspiring person fallowing in his footsteps he always will help you make the right decision but also very careful to let you make your own decision's and your own mistakes. I think also the reason he is able to be a mentor to so many people is that he always knows what they need to push them to points were they themselves though impossible even if it ends up with him being hated and jezrien know also what the division needs and requires to grow and no matter how stubborn it is to not do so but I believe hell push and push until we split.
