I haven't known link very long but in the time that I have known him, he was always recruiting new members, asking for assistance when he had any questions and was always willing to go above and beyond the his duties to ensure that his squad was successful. He also made sure that the members he recruited were never left alone always inviting them to gamenights and into parties to meet more members than just the ones in hope. As his recuter i have seen him grow from a rct to a 2LT of a squad that just split off of hope and is doing very successful split. when he has questions he still comes and asks and learns more everyday. if it was my choice he would have his own squad. he is very outgoing and continues to impress me everyday. he have my vote for this award.
