However, have any of us thought to ourselves "How did Halo first start?" It's been over ten years since Halo: Combat Evolved first hit shelves and made us gamers laugh and yell, stay up for days ingesting nothing but pizza rolls and copious amounts of Mountain Dew, and have one or two friends stay over for months on end, just to immerse ourselves in the wonderful, and to this day, still exciting game Bungie created with the help of 2k for the PC. Originally, Halo was supposed to operate much like Halo Wars, which is a real time strategy game. It was not until Microsoft stepped in to play that Halo became the FPS we know and love. Not many players are old enough to remember that Halo actually stemmed from one of Bungie’s earlier game series called Marathon, which Microsoft later put on the Xbox Live arcade store. Halo has come a long way in terms of gameplay, dialogue, story, and cinematics, going from block people with block heads and a voice that sounded like it was recorded in a Denny’s bathroom, to the stunning skyboxes, beautiful terrain set on alien constructs the size of small planets, and scripts that make us weep, jump for joy, and yell a horrifying amount of swear words at 4 in the morning. Bungie went through great lengths to ensure their product was glitch free since one of their earlier games made thousands of computers crash due to a programming error, which helped lead them to Microsoft's bittersweet embrace. For some of us, Halo was our childhood; for others it was a release from school or work; but for a small few, it was a quest for galactic domination. It honors me to inform you about a small portion of backstory for the company that truly loved each and every one of their fans just as much as they loved making games. KSI Jezrien 7 31
The article looks good. I edited the weird font, text size, and colors that your kindle set up. Considering both of my Co Heads are away I am going to go ahead and approve this application. Welcome to the team.
 Awards
