News Team Department Meetings.

We will be bringing back the Department meetings. These are much like a squad meeting for those who don't know. Now, the question is what do we hold the meeting on, and when? What works best for you. Keep in mind as your voting these meetings will be mandatory. Thank you for your participation.

I think it should be Sunday, because that's the day when people's articles are supposed to be published, and we can set up what's going to happen during the next week when the articles are due on Friday, revised on Friday night/Saturday, published on Sunday.

Don't worry about it. If you guys tried to have it on Sunday in the past it's no surprise it failed. 95% of Clan Ops Squad meetings are on that day. By the way... Your negativity is not helpful.

I would prefer it not be on Sunday if at all possible, because I do host my squad meetings on those days and it's kinda crucial for my squad to attend them. I would be free any other day except Thursday, because that's when our GEN's meetings are, as long as it's after about 7:00PM EST But don't let me become an inconvenience to any of you You are the people that pick! So pick what you must

At this current point in time the decision is as follows.

 

Monday at 8pm EST on XBL. Starting immediately. These meetings are MANDATORY. If you cannot make it, make sure you notify someone. Consistent absence from the meetings will result in removal from the team. Also, keep in mind if you cannot make the meetings i will be posting the meeting notes in a topic in this section. These meetings are vital to our success so i expect all of your participation. Thank you all for voting.

Are the meetings going to be longer than an hour long? Because I have Tournaments & Events meetings on Mondays at 9:00 PM EST.

I think that Mondays work out great because it's a day no one likes to host meeting and further most at 8 pm is a good general time to host meetings for not to late purposes. I feel that Monday is an appropriate day to do it due to the amount of votes shown,

Well, these meetings would have to take place in our Skype chat, due to not everyone having a Xbox to get into a party. Honestly, we just need weekly updates on what needs to be done and how to go about them.
