I remember back before I knew Mr Terrors, and would only see him at the Gens meeting. When it came time for everyone to speak about their squads, everyone would give brief but important details and be very quick. Terrors however, always gave us a detailed long explanation of how his squad was doing. Honestly, Terrors has dedication that I haven't seen in so long. His passion for his squad is always apparent and shown and he constantly doesn't hesitate to help out new members. I'm incredibly proud of everything this amazing man has done, and can't wait to see what else he will achieve in the future. I have came to several of his squads game nights and he is usually there he welcomes me and any of my killjoy friends in and explains the games to us.i have never heared him be disrispectful to anyone. If some one says something out of line he atops them immediatly and they automatically appoligize to every one and to him because they respect him and his authority. I have worked with him several times when I had a recruit that would have rather been in the cod squad he helped me find some that would take care of him and train him for me. I love going to his squads game nights because there all so respectful to me and my guests and to each other because that's the way he wants them to be. Even when the squad he was in was failing and about to get merged he looked at us and said wait I got this. That is exactly what he did he turned that dying squad around to a squad that is now thriving gaining new members steadily and have non stop game nights an fun. He has always taken his time to help rcts as well as any New member that arrives in his squad. His communication skills are up to par, and he seems to overcome any situation that comes his way. Terrors has show exceptional leadership. I Am fortunate to have worked with him and he has Proven to be to a awesome mentor to his officers as well as members in KSI. KSI JILL 48 Posted October 20, 2013 Report Share Posted October 20, 2013 I herby Witness for his Outstanding Survice award. Terrors has worked very hard to get to the Gen spot he is in. I was a Officer in his squad when he was goin up the ranks. He woul always take charge to make sure people are doing what they needed. And when all of us as officers were to slack of he would pick up his work to cover our slack. After that he would take charge and make sure we were being the officers that we needed to be. While I was the Gen if the other BOP2 squad in TW I watched as Terrors took it upon himself to step into that leadership position, and turn Recoil around. He helped turn Recoil around from a squad that after a major loss to a squad that is able to retain members. Terrors has the respect of his members, and has taken great care in finding the officers that will excel to help him. He puts everything he has into KSI and his squad to make sure his members are happy and active. He's always there when someone needs him. He is a wonderful General and has picked awesome officers and worked with them to make them the best they can be. He is always giving of his time to anyone who needs anything.
