Ever since I met him, he's been a perfect example of a General in KSI who does his job. When I first met him, he was actually dealing with a situation that had to be dealt with and he managed to solve it with perfect leadership and professionalism. Not only is he a good leader, but he is a fun guy to hang around. He hosts tons of game nights through out the week and gets his entire squad as well as the rest of KSI involved. People love to be around him and have fun on multiple games with him. As a General, I know a good one when I see one and CrazyLogic is a prime example of a KSI General.

Impy is a wonderful member of the director staff and no matter what he dose he is always making sure that his divisions run smoothly. He may not always have time due to real life issues but I swear he tries his hardest to make sure all of us are doing our work

He may not always know the right thing to do but when he dosent he either gets advice and gives 300% of his time and effort to make sure things get done in his squad. Reasoning why they deserve this - Flatliner is a wonderful member to have in my division he makes sure orders and requests are carried out and when it comes time to get stuff rolling he more than gets it rolling he makes it avalanche. When is time for fun however there is no man i can think of that is more chill to hang out with than him. He is an outstanding role model to those in this Division and i am more than proud to call him a Captain but not only that a friend.

Reasoning why they deserve this - What is not to say about this young man. He shows dedication and initiative to KSI and his rank, and in my opinion has set the bar at a level only matched by few others with enthusiasm and pride. At only 16 years of age this officer and gentleman is just that, and a darn good one. Where ever life might take this kid, whether or not KSI had a part in his being an outstanding leader; I have no doubt, KSI or not, that this young man has bright future for himself and will do well no matter where he may go or what he may do. Though not my General or even in my first line leadership or Chain of Command for that matter, this officer has set to make a difference in KSI and that's just what he and his squad has set out to do. In doing so, KSI xSMANx has reached his role as a recruiter, trainer, and mentor to not only his officer's and squad  and not only on XBL; but included all of his division. Whats more is he didn't stop his inspirations there, no he continued to guide and mentor to those who want to know more about being a better individuals in KSI as well as officer by introducing them, like me, to the forums. However, he has also made a point to be active on the forums as well and is always excited to see interaction and make conversation in his division and also mentor people on and about the forums. I believe whats sets this outstanding most deserving individual from your normal every other day officer is his willingness to be readily available almost instantly 24/7 through various means of communications, not only that he has answers. There is very few people who put in this kind of time and energy  into a game and community. This is the least, at this point, we can do for this young man by showing our appreciation for his outstanding service and unwaivering commitment to KSI

Reasoning why they deserve this - Captain KSI Vengeance6 is an upcoming all star and I believe there is no better way by showing this officer that his hard work is seen even though its mostly wood work in the grain. If there weren't foot soldiers to the hard dirty work we would still be fight world war one. With that said this foot soldier has big expectations and eagerly meets them with  his head held high. Business is business but in this industry you need time to have fun and what better way to do that then have a game night every day of the week. This guy has got his priorities straight to keep a squad going in the right direction and has what it takes to make a squad happen.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This particular officer was recently dealt a nasty hand and now as a 2lt has a Co-Founder and then a squad to answer too. As almost the highest ranking member in his squad at this point, this guy knows he has a lot of work to do and has no problem with it. As a lieutenant now in a small sense having to be a general without the G14 and squad tag is working on bringing whats left of a defeated squad back to the reigns of victory. This gentleman should be widely recognized and encouraged to keep up the good work and get it done.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ever since first working with this natural born leader when I became Co-Founder back in late August, I knew he was going to go places I probably could never get to because of his knowledge, experience, sturdy mindset, and a very mature personality. He knows what he is doing and knows what to do now and in the future. One can say he came from a military background but that's not the case. While some people fear him (in a good way), I have props for him.

Reasoning why the deserve this - When I was deciding to promote who to General of Venom WI, it was a really, really tough decision. Thinking back on it and everything I have seen up until now since I made my final decision, I knew I made the right decision. Ghost Prod not only knows how to manage but he also knows how to interact and socialize very well with other members in his squad, even non-officers. I sometimes see him as like another version of me, a clone in a sense, because he is calm, understandable, striving for more, and fun. And he does it all without hesitation and ignorance, without confusion and selfishness. Not to mention he calls me Dad (which is a little weird to be honest but I don't mind it at the same time because I did say he was like me didn't I?).

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sure I talk to and game with this very outgoing and bubbly person once in a while but out of all those times I hung out with her, I could tell she has a very pleasing life; one that is very bright. She may act like a girl but when getting to know her, I found that she is a woman of great compassion and inspiration. Those two findings put determination and hard work to shame. I am truly envious of her vibe.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Although recently promoted to Captain, during his duty and service of a Lieutenant, I always wondered why he was not promoted to a Captain sooner. He may ask a lot of questions on how to improve himself and what he can do for the squad, but that does not bother me one bit because that just goes to show he really wants to give it his all everyday, taking it up the next level everyday. When I found and recruited him, it was like I found the most lean and healthy fish I caught out of the entire ocean. I am grateful for all he gives and has to offer

Reasoning why they deserve this - I am not much one for news of just about anything but Sad Tempah's articles make me want to get in the know of news. His short, sweet, and simple news articles I can handle (considering most people do not like reading), understand, and get intrigued in the story. I am mostly a reader and writer for short stories and poetry and in the creative writing world but he is one of few people I read up on when he writes something new and is published that is outside of my reading and writing norm. Not to mention the stuff he writes is not the usual gaming stuff but rather what is going on in the entertainment world, which I will be going into soon because I am majoring in music. He is a good resource on such news.

Reasoning why they deserve this - How do I even begin with this? This woman contributes so much on a daily basis to KSI, it's insane! If there were a KSI no life award, this Senior would have it! She is always in and out of parties, dealing with situations across all divisions of KSI. As well as performing her duties as the CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer) on the Board of Directors. From getting new leaders trained, and other duties as a senior, she does a lot! To top it all off, she handles these issues with such finesse, you would think that she was born to be a leader in this community. I don't see this leader letting up any time soon, as she has such a large role in the community! Bravo to her for what she has done, and I hope to see the awesome work ethic continue from her!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Huckleberry has to be one of the most kind, selfless people that I know. I find it amazing how much time he puts into his divisions, and KSI as a whole. For example, with his involvement in the live streams. He offers up Hoodies and games if we reach a certain amount of members watching the stream! He is incredibly easy to talk to about KSI and actual life issues, and he is very knowledgeable about both! He cares about not only the members in his divisions, but also those all throughout KSI. This guy has enough involvement in the community, that we have a filter on the website named after him out of respect.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Let me just sit down and tell you about Docness, he is the man with the plan, and when I say plan, I mean that he has everything thought out for the next year. This man is leading a division with such fervor and professionalism, it makes me look and say, "Wow, that's where I want to be, I want to emulate that". He is constantly thinking of way to improve the quality of Forced Induction, whether it be through officer meetings with Divisional Leadership, or tournaments within the division to instill fun and activity! I can see this leader being a senior director some day, or even going above and beyond to attain a spot on the BoD.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Purge has been doing a wonderful job being a General. He recently got promoted about two to three weeks ago, and has been doing a lot of work for his squad non-stop; organizing events, hosting meetings, hosting game nights, training the newly promoted officers, making the new schedule for the squad, and always being around for assistance. He's really active, plays with the members, gets to know them personally, and works well with them. We recently just got through a squad split, and it went extremely well. Without Purge, the squad split would have been a mess. He worked extremely hard for a long period amount of time to get where he's at now.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Not only has Sweetpea been extremely active with her squad, she has been very involved with members outside of her division, including myself. She's attended my game nights and has invited me many times to her own. I believe she's been showing a great amount of leadership and commitment to KSI. I get messages from her at least once a day, getting reminders (that are extremely helpful, by the way) and welcoming new members. This lady is ALL about motivation, always cheering on and supporting her fellow members. She's also been doing a wonderful job as a new member of the Tournaments & Events staff. She's doing things that a Captain should be doing as a Lieutenant. She's has a great spirit and is one of the sweetest girls I've met in KSI, hence her name, SWEETPea.

Reasoning why they deserve this - SwiftFox, SwiftFox, SwiftFox. This member joined in early August and he is almost the same rank as me already. He's shown SO much commitment to KSI from dealing with drama to funding the little tournaments. He's held a Corporal Showdown and has hosted many game nights, making it really fun for the members. He's gotten to know many of the lower ranking members personally by inviting them to parties and playing with them constantly. SwiftFox does a phenomenal job recruiting for his squad and is always looking out for his fellow members. The dude's a beast at recruiting/helping, actually. He gets a lot of stuff done in a short amount of time. He's a wonderful asset to his squad.

reason why they deserve this- I am still fairly new to Memories and for the time I have been here all I can say is this....I found another family to call my own again. JBOMB took me into her division and showed me the ropes and introduced me to the others since then I have no regrets to joining. She works her hardest to keep this family together and help us with whatever problems we may be facing at the time. We have are fun from time to time but when it is time to handle business we get things done. In a way she is like a mother wolf watching over the pack, if someone messes with one of her own then there will be a price for that poor soul to pay. Same for us , you mess with our pack leader, you will have more than your fair share of a miniature hell coming your way. That is why she deserves this, this is why we will follow her through hell and back with no remorse nor regret....THIS is why she is our captain!

what to say JBOMBshell is the best captain there is according to me, she runs this squad amazingly and never any problems she always keeps everybody in line nobody ever gets out of line, she never struggles to control the team she always gets things done when she says she is going to do it she does it without hesitation, overall she is the best captain there can ever be hands down.
