He take in to account everyone opinion make every feel like equal in the div. Not olny is he a good leader he is a good trainer he trained me and made me who i am today in ksi and i would not wont any other div leader in ksi that why i think he deserve the award. He is a natural born leader who has a very bright future beyond co division leader. This guy works harder then anyone I know. No one else better suits this award. He really truly deserves it. He never ceases to amaze me on how calm and collective he keeps himself. He really truly overdoes his job and HD would be nothing without him.
