KSI Jezrien 7 31
Want to be the first to know about upcoming tournaments or matches? Looking for new people to test your skills against? Longing for a public record of your countless triumphs to boast about? Whatever your reason, make sure you check out and make an account on our brand new Weekend Warfare site (http://www.ksiweekendwarfare.org). I’ll be covering some of the main features of the site in this article to illustrate just how useful it is. After you've perused the site a bit, you should register and start taking advantage of its tools. Once you’re logged in, you can click on ‘Profile Manager’—in the top right corner—and begin setting it up. There’s a section for personal, contact, and gamertag information, as well as a spot to give additional information about yourself and your interests. This gives you the ability to customize it as much as you’d like. Now, on to the exciting stuff; setting up your teams! Clicking on ‘My Portal’ will bring you to an overview of your reminders, teams, stats, and friends. If you've already decided on a teammate, go ahead and click the ‘Create Team’ button. When creating a team, you’re only required to enter a team name and time zone. However, you also have the option to add in a clan tag, team/clan website, team logo, or a personalized blast to other clans and teams, allowing you to set your team apart from the rest. Are you in need of a teammate to fulfill your destiny of reaching number one in the Hall of Fame? Not a problem. Under the ‘Free Agents’ area, you can search for a member by selecting a ladder, or register yourself. If you decide to register, you’ll be asked to enter details such as the ladder you are looking to participate in, what days/time you’re available, why you play, and several other specifics. This helps to ensure better pairing, which may increase your chances of success. Another handy feature is the Match Finder, located under ‘Cpanel’. With this, you can search for matches by ladders and dates. If that’s not quite fast enough, there’s also something called a War Light. Turning your War Light on indicates that you’re looking for a quick match. To turn it on, just go to your Team Profile page and scroll to the bottom. Otherwise you can search for War Light matches by ladder, which can be found under the Cpanel as well. I’ve barely scratched the surface of everything you can do with this site. Head on over and see for yourself what else it has to offer. If you have any questions, you can find a list of the staff on the site. Good luck to you and your teams, and most importantly, have fun gaming!
 Awards
