He take in to account everyone opinion make every feel like equal in the div. Not olny is he a good leader he is a good trainer he trained me and made me who i am today in ksi and i would not wont any other div leader in ksi that why i think he deserve the award. Worm is an amazing leader, i have no doubt that he deserves this award, back when i was still in HD he helped me with anything i needed and he is awesome with motivating people. Unless massive support and reasoning will sway me to keep this nomination at the same level. Note, that this needs support from the Board of Directors.
