Worm takes care of business and problems with a calm and cool head, one of the best attributes of a great leader. He is constantly on Xbox and gaming with members from all over KSI. Really proud of this guy and the sky is the limit for him!!!}

Honesty has a connection with his Generals that is second to none. He seriously cares for the entire division and he stops at nothing to make HD even better. By far the best Co-Founder in KSI and HD is very lucky to have him!}

He has 2 successful squad splits under his belt and Vanquish has some of the best members in HD! Vanquish is definitely one of the best squads in HD solely because of Kalakoi's dedication and commitment}

Aizen always seeks to help members throughout HD, no matter what their problem is. Blackout has lost a great Captain, but HD has gained an even greater Leader.}

Reasoning why the deserve this - I'm not sure where to start with this guy. I've seen a lot of amazing KSI members in the short time I've been in KSI, but this guy is an inspiration to me as a General. The leadership in EO is not at it's greatest, I can admit that, but there is one person in the Division that needs to be recognized for the amount of work that he's done to keep this division going and that's KSI The Light 7. This guy is unbelievable. He works any second he can dispite his job and IRL things going. And he even works when he gets off Xbox. He buys mircosoft points for people who need name changes, he deals with almost all of the situations that arise in EO, he even buys games for people to get the division together. He personally bought me Black Ops 2 so that I can be included in BL2 game nights with the Div. He also gets with every squad in the Divison so he can make sure they are okay. I've seen so many CoFo's who only take care of the squads they're over, but not this guy. He gets with not only the Generals, but the people who make up the squads and helps out or just has fun in CoD or Halo with the squads in EO. With all of the work that he does and all of the seriousness he goes through to get the situation done with correctly, he is a teddy bear at heart. He has always been there when I needed advice or help. He always tries his hardest to help people feel better and overall help the morale of the Division. Once again, this guy is an insparation to me as a someone aspiring to be a leader in KSI and I will always look up to him for help and as a Co-Founder. He deserves this award because he doesn't ever go around talking about how much he does or anything like that and he needs to be known for the amazing Co-Fo he is. <3

Reasoning why the deserve this - now theres a reason why hes 2nd inn command in this squad if anyone ever needs help and im not there for him they go to him and he will handle it and then let me know and if i cant attend the squad meetings i could always count on him to run it and he does a real good job at it and if i cant attend the generals meeting i could always count on him to get them notes for me so thats why i think he deserves this award

Reasoning why the deserve this - now where can i start off with this guy well he does everything a officer is suppose to do hes always there for his members he will even mentor a couple of people and he will always be having gamenights and if anyone was having trouble with the forums he will go to them and help them and the same thing goes for if someone needs help recruiting or training he will be there for them and if u ask me he is one of the best LT's i have ever seen in my whole career in KSI

Reasoning why they deserve this -

I believe KSI CH1CKENW1NG deserves this award because he is a hard charging general that gets things done, solves problems, and always has an answer to anyone's questions. He has done nothing but amazing things for his squad. He does a good job hosting tournaments and knowing where other tournaments are being held and when they are. He is one of the best of the best generals out there. I see him going further with his position within KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Chicken deserves this award because it is obvious he truly cares about the well being of his squad, and takes control of every situation when it is needed to resolve any and all issues that people have.  He likes to take the time in meetings to answer any questions people may have, and take time to meet new recruits.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Where do i start, well i dont talk to Gwood much but when i do its a good time, hes a really funny guys and hes awesome to play with. but now to the important stuff, Cody busts his ass to make sure that everything is done properly and that everything runs smooth. if he starts a task you better believe itll be finished. he helps with no questions asked, he doesnt care about what rank you are he will play and talk to you no matter what. Hes an overall awesome leader and he deserves any award coming his way. Keep it up man!

Reasoning why the deserve this - He has been around sinc i got here, and although i dont always agree with him I know that he will get whatever job someone throws at him done. He has an Awesome leader and although not everyone likes his kind of leadership, he makes sure that things are get done and that everyone he plays with is having a good time. He earned his spot as well and i think this is why he deserves this Award!

Reasoning why they deserve this - OMG! THIS GUY!! Please excuse me for a moment while i go clean myself up.....okay so wow ive never thought id meet someone or have someone by my side who is as loyal and as dedicated to doing something and doing it right as this guy. I completely and utterly trust this guy with my squad. if im going somewhere i know for a fact that my fan will be fine and s*** wont hit it. He does everything that his rank asks of him and he goes beyond that. As a general i can definitely say that without this guy by my side i wouldnt know what my squad would be like. but i could go on all day giving this guy credit. all i know is that if theres any captain that deserves this award its him. Reasoning why the deserve this - Well Well Well.......This girl is really something else. She came into KSI unsure if she would even wanna stay, and now she is the Captain of my HC headhunters team. She is sooo motivated and dedicated to getting litterally anything she sets her mind to done. Not to mention she is beyond funny, she really gets along with the members and she loves what she does. Cant wait til the day when i see her name have KSI in it. but for now she does anything she can to help out and keep a smile on peoples face. This is why she deserves this award. Reasoning why the deserve this - Doctor deserves this award because he has been working insanely hard this past month. He has worked his arse off making sure every squad has proper leadership, gamenights, meetings, officers/training, and most importantly Fun

He is also our only active 7 in our division and not to mention his forum activity. He is currently acting General over a squad and their activity has gone up a whole lot. He holds gamenights for every squad and tries to meet every member and promote activity and name changes while answering any questions newer members have. He has also pulled in a nice amount of recruits over the past month, he is doing an amazing job and I know he will keep it up

Reasoning why the deserve this - LadyLioness has been an all around beast this past month. She has been training, recruiting, performing uniform checks, assisting members, setting up gamenights, posting meeting notes, and promoting some name changes. We had 4 name changes in the last 2 days of August

Reasoning why they deserve this -

I think Doctor 7 deserves Founder of the month award because  He is the only active founder in Phoenix right now in our division, so he is the main person everyone goes to to fix thier problems. He is also acting as General over a different Halo squad along with his duties of a seven in our division. He also been helped with recruiting and training of new people in Phoenix. He is also hosting meeting and workshops for Phoenix and making sure everything is running smoothly. He is doing an outstanding job doing his current duties and taking on more then a seven should do.  He has gone outta his way to make sure SH is running. This is why i think Doctor7 Deserves this award.

Reasoning why the deserve this -

I think that Kilimanjaro deserves General of the Month award because, he has kept Phoenix running after we have ran into several road blocks with our squad. With his help we have thrived as a squad and came back stronger than ever! He has also mentored me and taught me all i know about KSI, and has done this with many others.  He has also came up with many ideas to make people more active and fun for everyone. With him making more things fun and being active himself, our squad has almost gotten to a squad split, because we have more active members with HIGH moral! He has been recruiting like crazy and training others and doing a lot to help everyone in our squad he has bent over backward for the people in here. He sends out squad tag messages daily updating everyone on what is going one and not just one but several a day. This keeps people informed and in our loop make people feel like the are apart of things. He is also on everyday playing with new people on our squad tag the privates and corporals  and everyone in general. He works hard everyday to make sure officers are doing their jobs and Sargents are wanting to more forward in ranks and helping others. So in my opinion he is more than deserves General of the month award.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Illusion much like every other time i voted for him to win this award he is a VERY active member and always makes sure things get done even though things may not be the most convenient for him. He will come down from his spot and play with the lower downs in the divisions and every time I see that happen i say to my self i want to be like that some day in the future. Illusion is a wonderful KSI role model to those who are new and to those who are old. Illusion if you are reading this dont stop doing what you are doing you are doing an amazing job and I thank you for this.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Impy, you maybe busy with real life stuff but I appreciate everything you do for this division. When ever I have a question though how rare it maybe you normally 123/10 you will have an answer which normally, using the same statistic 123/10 times the answer will turn into a speech. But either way i get my answer and i will always feel motivated after I am done. Impy thank you for trying and doing your job to make sure your divisions improve and succeed. Hopefully the 7s and I can do you and illusion right by splitting GZ.

Reasoning why the deserve this -Fallen is a good div leader in my opinion because he legitimately will go to any extent to help out his members. Once or twice he  as asked me for advice on halo squads and what this tells to me is that he isn't afraid to ask for help when it is needed this is a great quality of a leader. I see him play with his members as often as he can which I'm sure they more than appreciate.

I see Bacchus working extremely hard to complete WI's goals and i can tell just by the way he acts that he will make an great div leader some day, hopefully someday soon lol. Reasoning why the deserve this - THANK YOU ONI!!! Oni you have no idea how much I appreciate all the hard work, blood, sweat, and determination that you put into this division. If you were not here I probably would have gone bald by now. You are the definition of a great leader. Heck in my opinion you are 10x the leader I ever was and I respect that and i hope you keep going in KSI and never let anything stop you. Reasoning why the deserve this - Lottie has done some amazing work with her new squad and I am very impressed with what she has done with that squad. She is very close with all of the members of that squad and I can see great potential all around that squad which i know will make that squad a power house in GZ. Reasoning why the deserve this - Sith earned this award due to the fact that he has been busting his bawlz making sure conquest is functioning properly even without a general. He added every member off of the squad tag to make sure they all could recieve the messages that he sends out. This shows dedication and a true passion for KSI. Reasoning why the deserve this - Peach is a very dedicated and active member in this community and everyday I see her out playing with her squad and even members in other squads and divisions. She trys ( and succeeds ) to throw these spectacular game nights everyday along with some of her other officers. She truly makes conquest shine bright and I'm sure the other members would agree with me in saying great job orange. Keep up the amazazazing job.

Reason why they deserve award- KSI Baccus has been a excellent leader of Wicked Intent, he played a huge role in the LGC split from WI after KSI Ninja 7 stepped down from Division Leader of WI back in June. Since that month, Wicked Intent has stayed at Flagship status and the division numbers are approaching 400 because of his guidance and knowledge. He has helped KSI 30thMidget and my own brother KSI Sad Tempah shape into excellent officers and leaders of Venom (the squad I call home) and we are almost at a squad split!!! He created the WI Officers tag so that all the officers in WI could keep in contact and get to know each other.  Honestly I have never met Baccus personally, but I don't have to, to see the great work he is doing. I always hear positive comments about him from officers in Venom.

Reason why they deserve award- Again like KSI Baccus, I have never personally met Protocol 7, but does not mean he has not done an excellent job as Co Founder.  Protocol 7 I hear runs Wicked Intent's COD squads efficiently and at one point had to be general over two successfully before he and Baccus found the right officers for the positions.  He takes his responsibilities very seriously like a "7" should and knows when to have fun, too.  From the few WI COD members I have met like Apollo 7000, they say nothing, but great things about him.  He makes sure SGTs are recruiting properly and that no blacklisted members get into the squads he overlooks.  He even pops on the Halo side of WI a few times to help mentor Venom and Crysis officers. 

 

General

Reason why they deserve award- KSI Hermosa really really really deserves this award.  She takes charge of Killjoy TW with the upmost pride and knowledge that you find in "7s".  She is not afraid to tell a member when they have made a mistake and she does it kindly so the member does not get upset.  She is kind and understanding like she has been very supportive of me and has helped me shape my officer skills.  As a general she makes sure everyone in her squad and outside her squad is not left out like she invites me to her squad's game nights all the time even though I am not in her squad or division.  Without her, I would be playing alone sometimes on Halo 4 bored lols.  Hermosa you are an amazing friend and someone I can honestly call my mentor.

Reason why they deserve the award- Adam has been a great mentor and friend since I joined KSI.  He helps run Venom with Tempah and Ghost Prod. He leads by example as a captain and everyone in Venom respects him.  He gets online when he is needed and plays to have fun which is what KSI is all about.  He makes sure us SSGTs and SGTs are training and recruiting properly along with making sure new members have the correct security settings. He also connects with members on a personal level by asking how people's days are going.  Plus he helps run the SWAT and forge teams too.

Reason why they deserve award- Blackhorse acts like and performs duties like a captain does. He is polite, professional, and calm like a Captain or higher should be. He never gets upset with members and is a friend to all.  He helps KSI FlyingGuppy run the grifball team successfully and is a highly respected member in Venom.  He is always coming up with good ideas for Venom and is always eager to help train new members and assist in running game nights each week.  He even learned how to do meeting notes without Tempah having to help him through it.

When I first joined KSI, I didn't have many friends and she went out of her way to friend me and play with me constantly.  She always takes the time to read my messages about my day and problems and helps me with problems.  Officer wise, she is a prime example of what a captain should be.  Helps run Killjoy effectively and without her, Killjoy would not be the squad it is today.

Reason why they deserve award- KSI Kat is pretty much my twin sister, someone I just want to be like lols.  Since I joined KSI, she has helped me learn lots about he forums and met many people in KSI.  She not only leads Plasma EO but also is on the T&E staff and helps organize and lead tournaments.  If she was not on the forums, it would not be as active as it is most likely.  She has made herself a household name in KSI, like almost everyone knows her.  She is constantly promoting the forums over xbox and sending messages about upcoming weekend warfare events.

Reason why they deserve award- Again and again I keep nominating KSI Bacchus for "of the month award" because he has been crucial to WI's growth. After many members left after the LGC incident, he didn't flinch and give up. He stayed clam and kept our division at Flagship status and we are almost at 400 members!!! He is a fun guy to talk to in parties and I give him 200% respect. Plus I really am humble to him for letting me into his division after I messed up in SH and has allowed me to be a leader again and here I am first captain of Venom WI thanks to him. He has always told me to don't worry about past mistakes and just move on which is what I have done since joining WI.

Reason why they deserve award- Like Bacchus, KSI Doctor 7 seems to go above what is needed to help his division. As far as I know, he is the only active leader SH has so he works hard day after day to make sure SH succeeds.  He is also a force on the forums making sure people are not messing with our website and running the AAP department successfully.  He is the most professional member I have ever talked to in KSI (both Global and United) since I joined gaming communities in May of 2011.  Plus he is forgiving and forgave me for the mistakes I had done in SH.  He even sent me a friend request last week and let me tell you, I have really missed his leadership/friendship since joining WI and that friend request filled that empty space up. I know he can help bring SH back to its former glory that I always hear about from older members. Keep the good work up buddy.

Reason why they deserve award- KSI Protocol 7 is a very mature and professional leader. He doesn't think of the big things when the small things like recruiting properly and training of officers needs to be done first.  He makes sure every member is enjoying themselves in game nights and that people are behaving themselves. He is not afraid to help correct members on the Halo side of WI either I am a witness to this when one of Venom's members were out of line and he conducted himself very well like a "7" should. He has a hard job making sure the COD squads are doing their jobs and he overlooks them successfully. Members like KSI Rhythm and KSI Apollo 7000 are always saying good things about him which is always a good thing when the members you look over like and respect you as a leader.

Reason why they deserve award- People have come to me and asked why did Midget get promoted so fast. It is true, he was only general of Venom for a month and a half, but within that short time, he has lead Venom to almost squad split status.  Not only that, but I am amazed at how he is always calm no matter the situation.  I have seen so many generals get upset in stressful situations but not him. He has never once yelled at a member for doing something wrong and in return those members respect him. Everyone in Venom and Crysis respect him and in return that was one of the major reasons why he got promoted to Co Founder.

Reason why they deserve award-  KSI Adammar 7 or as many people in Venom simply call him Adam is a very good officer.  He is what a captain should be, professional, have a sense of humor, and the ability to connect to other members in the squad.  He has developed good friendships with KSI Ghost Prod, Sweetpea, and Altigue just to name a few.  He has great respect for me and Ghost Prod and is not afraid to ask us both if he can assist us in any way, shape, or form.  He helps run the SWAT team with Ghost Prod successfully and always brings good ideas to the table to better Venom.

Reason why they deserve award-  It was really hard to decide who deserve a nomination since there are multiple members in Venom deserving of this award, but I think Blackhorse deserves it more. Since he was promoted to LT in mid August, he has been a voice in our officer staff. He always comes up with great ideas, was the driving force in organizing a weekly schedule for Venom and is always eager to help the SSGTs train our new members. This member I consider a really good person, too. He is kind to everyone and has nothing bad to say about anybody.  He helps KSI FlyingGuppy run a successful grifball team and is not only active with our squad but also the forums. I persuaded him to apply for the news team since he is interested in helping KSI in other ways and I know he would be a huge impact on the news team.

Reason why they deserve award- Lets see, I have known KSI Sweetpea for most of my life.  We were together in KSI United 2 years ago and in July she finally got an xbox and I recruited her into Venom. Since then, she has been one of the most active members in Venom. She has a disability which does not allow her to speak, but that does not stop her from being an active voice in Venom. She is constantly sending out messages about upcoming game nights, meetings, and forum events. She is always welcoming the new members and getting people active on the forums. She even recruits even though she cannot speak which is amazing.  And people not just in Venom but throughout KSI adore her and view her like a role model.  She constantly praises me for teaching her about KSI, but I think its the other way around.  She listens to people's personal problems and is not afraid to help them out.

He is always calm from what I have experienced and I have never heard him raise his voice, and if he ever has it definitely wasn't unjust. I have known KSI 30thMidget since I was originally recruited into Malice. He has always been a great and unique leader, always finding a way to handle a situation well and with respect, even we he was LT. I knew he would be a General one day. As a General, 30thMidget did extremely well and I think that most people couldn't have done what he has done/ He stepped up to the challenge, accepted it full on and became one of the best Generals I have ever met. He always handles things professionally and he also knows when to have fun, but to be serious. He took us all the way to almost a squad split in a very short amount of time before he was promoted to Co Founder. I have learned so much from him.

He was working his tailbone off to make Venom a fantastic place. He is always respectful to everyone, no matter what rank. Whether you be Private or General, he treats you with the utmost respect. Tempah drives me to better myself as an officer and is always there to give positive feedback to every situation. He always drives everyone in Venom to give their 110% and always sees the best out of a situation. Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI FlyingGuppy and I joined KSI about the same time. We have been very good friends since that happened and also know each other in real life as very good friend. The only reason I add this is to stress the fact that I am not pulling favorites, but putting him on this list because he really deserves it with his dedication and hard work. Guppy has put so much work into Venom. He started the Venom Griffball team back up out of the ashes and also helped Co Captain the Dominion team when it was still around. When LGC poached a ton of people from Malice, Envy, and Venom, Guppy was at the G14 Classifieds fixing Venom and rebuliding. He was always asking what he could do to help and does to this day. Guppy is the kind of guy that is always willing to train new recruits and help them on their feet. He always shows kindness and has the good of Venom at the core of all his intentions.

She is always active on the forums, and always doing her best for the best of Venom. She is the posterchild of kindness in Venom and reminds us all that we need to really care about people and not let them end up as a number. She is always urging the use of the forums and for the officers to be the role models for everyone in Venom, and more importantly, KSI in general. Lol She started out in a dying squad and was almost right away running it and a LT then a CPT this member is truly outstanding She transferred to Echo where she became General. Echo is a Halo Reach squad people.... Halo Reach! You tried running a Halo Readh squad lately? She is kicking it in the butt. Echo was in the rebuilding process when she took over, now they are borderline splitting with no visible end to the butt kicking going in there. Reasoning why the deserve this - Even though Midget just was promoted to Co-Founder I figured I shoudl put him in the spot as for General. I believe he deserves this because before he came to Venom I did not know much about him, or did I know who he was, but from the time he joined Venom he began helping and talking and getting to know people and how to help people if they get into situations with another member. He’s a good leader which shows in the choices that he makes and how he chooses to do so.

Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI Sad Tempah is truthfully an amazing Captain. I didn’t know much of him before he was captain because I really dindn’t talk to him much then, but after having a conversation with him the compassion that he shows for his squad and others squads to thrive to the best of their ability is purely amazing. He is an unbiased person who will listen to both sides instead of believing one side over the other, he listens to both and makes the best judgment call whether of not his friend is on the worse side of it. Hearing how excited he is and how happy he is to be a part of Venom, and even KSI in general have showed me that this truly is a family and that he respects each of us as we were one of his own siblings which is how we should be, even if we have problems he shows that we’re a family and ties can be fixed and broken ties can always be strung back together stronger than they were before.

Reasoning why the deserve this - BlackHorse and I joined maybe a couple days apart and starting in different squads, him in Malice, and I in Venom. He has shown that he has some of the best leadership skills I have seen during my life, and one of the best problems solvers between people I’ve ever seen. He’s the type of person where if he knows somethings wrong he won’t do it, and if he sees someone doing something wrong he’ll warn them and tell them not to do so. Even when LGC came he’s one of the members that didn’t leave he chose to stick with KSI even though so many of the new friends and people he grew to love left for them. He’s hard working and dedicated and if asked to do something he does it to point, and won’t fight back about it.

Reasoning why the deserve this - In the time that I’ve talked and got to know Sweetpea there’s nothing that she’s done that doesn’t help the squad. From being active on the forums and being active through Xbox messages there’s nothing she’s not informed about. She is always willing to talk about problems and talk about things that might need to be fixed. Between hosting a weekly game night and keeping updated on members she’s always meeting and learning new people, and making sure no problems occur between those people.

Reason: He runs Overload great. He tries to make everyone be more active outside of Halo, like the Forums, The Youtube channel, & Facebook page. His GameNights are always fun. He's a good guy, can't get mad @ him lol. He's also a good person to talk too.
