Reasoning why the deserve this - Doctor deserves this award because he is the one and only Doctor. Doctor here has done everything a Co-Fo should do and make sure everything goes right. He has gone far beyond what he is required to do and doing more than two Co-Fos' combined. I have watched Doctor fix problems and drama issues maturally and quietly before they got to out of hand. Doctor has gone to each squad creating workshops and playing custom games with each squad. He has gone to each squad meetong to a time or another and hung out with some game nights and got to know some of the members. He host the Gens' meetings with the correct info and keeping it real. If there is a problem with an individual he would talk to them and give them great advice if it is KSI or personal. He isnt just a person or CO-FO he is a DOCTOR! Fixes every single problem and puts a smiley on your face:) He even puts together events to get more people intrested and get more into KSI. Yea i can go on and on and on about how awesome he is and how he really does deserves this award but my words wont describe everything he does. Hes just an all around hard working great amazing Doctor that everybody loves. Cant ask for a better Co-Fo then him. THANKS DOCTOR YOUR THE BEST!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! :3

Reason: Subject is a good friend of mine and an extremely intelligent man. He took control of Phantom when they were in Shaky conditions, members constantly dropping and activity levels were low. With his strength and the help of his finely picked and trained officer staff they were able to reverse the whole situation very quickly and start a new life for KSI Phantom SH. His dedication is proved every day through his hands on connection with everyone in his squad and his constant battle to bring in new recruits every day. I applaud Subject for everything that he has done i believe he deserves recognition for it.

Reason: KSI Fatalis is honestly one of the best members and especially Captains I could have ever asked for. From day one in KSI he was eager to join all activities, he was extremely social, and was always ready to learn more. After shortly changing his Gamertag after, He burned through the ranks with his hardwork and dedication blazing the way in front of him. He has attended every meeting, every practice, and almost every gamenight even if he did not have to be there. For Captain responsibilities he exceeded every requirement and strove to do more and more each day. Hes everything I could have asked for in a Captain and truly deserves recognition for his work.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Why not?  lol  Ilusion is by definition of of the most dedicated people in KSI, which he demonstrates daily by involving himself in whatever he can.  He is always there to help members, offer advice, or handle an issue whether it effects KSI or not.  Illusion has not only stepped into his role as a Senior, but has made remarkable strides to build an active and efficient productions team.  Spending countless hours training members on media equipment and resources we use as a community.  Illusion is someone the I not only enjoy working along side, but admire for qualities he possesses that make him a team player, role model, and loyal member of KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this -  Let me try and contain myself... and the only reason I have to is because when I come across a leader like Gwood in KSI it motivates me and gets me so damned hyped up.  Gwood was recently promoted to Director and within minutes of his promotion stepped right into the role.  Splitting HD into IO and taking EO under his wing immediately, Gwood has proven why he deserved the promotion in the first place.  Going out of his way to speak to members in all ranks, personally training and mentoring several people to give them the best understanding of their job, Gwood is the epitome of what a director should be.  He has recently initiated a challenge for 2 of his divisions who are close in members, to face off with each other to see who can be the one on top after two weeks.  Always coming up with new and clever ways to promote the core values of KSI, Gwood has committed to being a GREAT director, and has really shone this month!

Reasoning why the deserve this - Part of being a leader in KSI is learning by doing.  This is Cheddar's second time around as div leader, and I can honestly that the first time was awesome... but this time is just DAMN impressive.  Building a div back from from ruins, turning out leaders, and instilling KSI's core values into the members are all things that a div leader is responsible for but, its HOW the div leader does those things that sets CheddarBob apart from the rest.  He is NEVER afraid to get down on squad level and get his hands dirty recruiting, training, etc.  And that is the mark of a GREAT leader...never putting himself above the needs of the division, and working side by side all of his members regardless of rank.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Ahhhh.. MahStinky.  I'm just so down right proud of this guy.  Having recently taken a division of over 600 and lead it through a split, he hasn't missed a beat.  The division has fully recovered from the split and has established new goals and new programs to achieve them.  Every time a meet a new person from HD, I get more impressed by the standards they keep, and the amount of knowledge and respect the member have. Since becoming the leader of HD after Gwoods promotion, MahStinky has consistently stepped into the community, helping with several different aspects not pertaining just to his division but the community as a whole.  For instance, he takes it upon himself to help gather the lobbies for the div leaders meeting each week, and sometimes even take down div stats.  He is always available and participating in the 7's vs. KSI game night each week.  I cannot express how awesome it is seeing a leader like Mahstinky emerge of their own volition, he is another one that makes me HYPE about his future in KSI.

Reasoning why the deserve this -  I am so pleased to have gotten to know Acidvapor a little better over the past few months.  His working was always evident showing through each aspect he has had a hand in building in KSI.  When I think of Acidvapor a couple things come to mind, LOYALTY, COMMITMENT, MOTIVATION, and last but certainly not least RESPECT.  Acid has seen FI through many ups and downs as a division, but has never... not ONCE lost his drive for perfection.  With recent changes, I have seen Acid step up and really focus on taking his division to the next level.  He has been a vital part in incorporating FI into KSI as a community by volunteering his time, never having been asked, during the weekly updates and 7's game night with the members.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Everything... EVERYTHING that Doc does for KSI is the reason he deserves this award.  Doc is running a division as a cofounder and never complains, not once.  He knows what needs to be done, and does not hesitate to lead the charge in making it happen.  Doc is a valuable asset to SH's progression, and has literally held that division up on his own 2 shoulders with the help of his amazing Generals that he not only trains, but mentors individually.  Doc does all of this while maintaining our AAP dept as a co-head, AND being a Senior Forum Mod.  He is always reaching out to others through out the community offering advice, or suggestions to help better their programs. There's so much more to be said, but I hope that because Doc is Co-head of AAP that he is still eligible for this award because he truly deserves it.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Dethe is by far one of the most interesting people in KSI!  He's always got a fun story to tell.  His ease in speaking with people and building a rapport is only one of the many things that make him a great General.  For those of you who don't know, a few months ago Dethe's family lost their home in a fire.  Once he got everything settled, he came back to KSI the moment he had the chance.  Since then Dethe has come back and worked his way back up to gen of Predator EO, and it is apparent why he was promoted to cofo prior.  Dethe runs a tight ship, with some very great and friendly members that I had the pleasure of getting to meet.  He is always willing to play games with his squad, which sounds typical of a Gen but that's what makes this nomination fun.  I love how Dethe doesn't make his job more that it is.. and that's to lead a group of people to play the game.  But that doesn't take away from the amount of training and mentoring he gives his squad.  Dethe is completely deserving of this award!

Reasoning why the deserve this - I have had the pleasure of meeting and gaming with Catkiller and his squad over the past few weeks and I can't tell you how incredibly impressed I have been.  The composure in which Catkiller conducted himself as a captain is something to be desired in ALL officers.  Catkiller has not only helped build and maintain a squad with some of the most quality members I have seen in KSI as of late.  His members are all on the same page as to what the expecations are which is a clear testament to his ability to lead and gain the respect of his peers.  Catkiller also has offered prizes to his division as a whole, to promote division pride and morale.  If I had to make a squad today, he is the first captain i would choose to go with me.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Because he is AWESOME! lol No, really Ace doesn't get a lot of credit for the behind the scenes work he does around here. Albeit, he sometimes hates it, and strategically forgets to do things from time to time we would not have a lot of the toys and fun things on the forums that we do.  For example, our economy system... who would want to manage that?  Also, Ace is in charge of coordinating all of the KSI merchandise which is no easy feat.  Hats off to you Acey-poo, thanks for everything you do!  (that rhymed I'm awesome)

Reasoning why the deserve this -  I can't say enough... this man is currently serving the United States of America in Afghanistan and still finds the time and/or passion to give his everything to what he does in KSI.  Whether is comes from him donating to KSI to give back to the members, or spending hours putting things together for the AAP everything he does at this point is above and beyond anything that we as a community should expect from him.  Though clan ops misses him dearly, I am so thankful that he still finds the time to participate on the forums to keep himself involved.  Thank you Fasa, for everything you do, not only for KSI but for our country.

Reason why they deserve award: Even though I heard he messed in past, since he has been in Venom WI, he has excelled at being an officer. He runs our squads HH team very efficently and everyone on the team respects him. He helps out with game nights and takes charge when the hosts run out of maps. He apologizes to members that misbehaved and challenges members to go outside their comfort zone and expand the skills as officers amd SGTs. He listens to peoples personal problems and gives them advice on how to cope with it or fix it. Tempah may have messed up in the past but he has growne from that mistake and become a better officer and person than before.

He is someone you can count on for anything. Always making us all laugh and pull forward through the night to win in any match. Reminding us constantly about important information going on in KSI. If you know Nico you can Agree he Deserves this Award and you also can say he is the best General in KSI! Without him we couldn't be the OVERLOAD.

Reasoning- Since day one Adam AKA TURBO JESUS has taught me to Recruit, Train, and become a better member in KSI. He is my mentor. Ever since squad splitting he has been Working Hard as a wonderful Captain Recruiting and Training as much as possible to get us back up and running. Also Hosting and Maintaining Positive Game Play during Countless Gamenights. Additionally, creating and being a Captain in the Overload Grifball Team. He truly is the number one Captain in KSI. If anyone deserves this he is the one to get it!

Reasoning- Barely spending any time with this Lieutenant and growing more known to how much work this guy can put in any situation definitely shows his admiration for KSI. Although, he has moved on to a new squad I still see MADBALL13 flourishing with numerous Recruits and always making new friends. Whenever speaking to him - whether it's asking for advice or plainly playing a Gamenight he always keeps a positive atmosphere. He stands as a great role model and leader for anyone. He is a wonderful Lieutenant just ask anyone who knows him.

Reasoning- SAM/Chris seems to be a shy guy until we play Halo4, showing his true skills and eccentric attitude. KSI definitely benefits with him being in it. He has a bright future ahead of him as an overload officer and anyone can tell. His recruiting is almost undeniable. I can always rely on him for anything, if I need a helping hand.

All PVTs and CPLs can see Him as a team player and a person to talk to with any concern.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This member was recently promoted to the division leader of HD about a week ago ever since Gwood was promoted to a director he took the division up by the highest ranking divisional leadership and has took it to the right way the division of over 600 members he successfully did the division split and ever since then HD just keeps on improving dramatically with the leadership the division has as a whole and himself as the main leader. I've seen this guy go time after time out of his way to help out anyone in the division that needs it working with everyone in his divison and talking to them creating that bond with the division as a whole with making the right decisions that's best for the division during the last month he has been one of the best Co-Division leaders that I could think of and definitely deserves this award for all the time that he puts into this gaming community you go Mystique yay!

Reasoning why the deserve this - So even before I joined LS I heard that Lokii is an outstanding leader and I can truly say that they weren't kidding. since I've gotten in the division all I seen from Lokii is greatness within a leader and all expected attributes from him. His always talking to generals and officers within LS and making sure everything is running smooth and the division is improving little by little. His also not just a leader but a very important factor a trusted person and someone you can honestly call a friend. He has given me good first impressions on what the division is about. Plus his also active and playing with everyone and helping them out.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Has the Co-Founder of TW Payton has been putting in 110% of his time and work into his division. He always goes out his way to helping anybody out no matter what the situation is he has been one of the best Co-Founder in TW that I have seen for awhile. Has a Co-Founder he puts in outstanding work for his divisional leadership he has basically been running the division. Ever since Payton has gotten promoted to a Co-Founder the division went from 330-410 members with squads de-fluffed and splits happening he is truly a outstanding co-founder with a lot on his hands his a hard working guy, a true friend, my mentor, and my recruiter I wish him the best and hopefully in a couple of months TW division splits to create another fantastic division with the way its going right now I wouldn't doubt it good luck with TW <3

Reasoning why the deserve this - So.. Where to start with Nico since I have a lot to say about him. Well first off since my Promotion to Co-Founder this guy has been running Overload TW a squad I made and ran it very successfully since day one and I am very proud that I choose this guy to be the 2nd general the squad has ever had ever since the 1week of the creation of Overload TW the squad has been above the 70 member mark with no fluff members what so ever and it still continues even with the squad split that overload has recently had ever since him being in day 1 of KSI he has been putting in non-stop work and helping the squad out as much as he could and even has a general the squad has been doing fantastic and for 6months now overload has been one of the top squads in TW. This definitely could not happen without nico he makes sure there are game nights going around every night, a drama free environment and everyone is being treated equally with respect every time he gets online you always see him in a party with a officer helping them out in any way possible has a general he has all of the officers trust and respect and he isn't just a general his also everyone's best friend he definitely deserves this award I am proud to be his mentor his the best you can ask for. His doing such a outstanding job as being a general that he has about 2-3 lobby's every Sunday for the squad meetings which is very impressive I cant wait to see him become a 7 and seeing how he improves the division.

Ever since Adam's promotion to a Captain he has done noting but impress me in every way possible he got promoted whenever overload squad split and he ended up being the only captain in the main squad as a 4th Captain since the 3rd captain went to a different squad to help them out. He does all of his captain duties and is the right hand man of the general a very trusted guy and a lovable member he helps out every individual possible to the best of his abilities he has also mentored some of the outstanding officers that we have in overload currently. His also the Headhunters captain of the Grifball team and has done a aspectual job on it. His not much of a recruiter but an awesome trainer mentor and officer and he truly needs to get noticed for that. His also a very well respected leader and knows his stuff up and down whenever the point comes I can truly say that he would be a outstanding general since he knows his stuff.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Toxicrain has been a LT for a while now and I can definitely say she's a very big factor in Killjoy she is a main contributor on the rebuilding and maintaining of Killjoy I honestly can say am not surprised she's not a captain yet. Toxicrain is one of the members that would do anything for her squad shes an excellent recruiter and a very well respected person in killjoy she's always in a gamenight or hosting one and brings recruits in daily I cant wait to see the day to see her as a general and look at how awesome her squad is going to do.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Ever since day one Jbombshell has contributed a lot within the squad of Overload. I can fairly say that ever since the squad split she has decided day and night to bringing up the member mark back to what Overload state of squad she is an all time BIG recruiter and she just does not recruit someone and bam your in she dedicates a lot of time to souly just hanging out with her recruits and teaching them and mentoring them for the future tons of people that she has brought into KSI already have there gamer tag changed to represent KSI and are ready and wanting to become a officer she's a big part in overload I can definitely say that she's in the group of one of the best members that got recruited into overload I see a lot of big things in her future and she definitely wants to achieve most of them also a big part to why I think she deserves member of the month award is because TW requirement age is currently 17 and up and any member that she finds who is interested in joining she sends them over to a different division who acceptes 15 and 16 year olds like DM and thus far helped out a certain squad in DM referring about 10 members. She's also very social and goes to everyone's game night from any division she adds anyone she's see's. She's a very valuable member I can go on and talk for paragraphs about how much has she done
