While I was general, Herbert was more than happy to train people on a daily basis. He would go in and message the members on the recruit tag at any chance that he had, even if they were offline. When he gets in there and trains, he really keeps their attention and go over these things quickly and concisely. Even now, I still see him working his arse off with doing these things. He helped me and i have done a few workshops with him which always run smooth and efficient. He is a great guy to talk to and will always have a quote for you to remember haha.
