SH is not exactly in its glory stage, short handed hear and there, a kink at some points, but he has push and pulled us through this low stage of SH and helping up rise again. He has taken his time to come down and help us in anyway he can do to a short hand of 7s. I, especially, have gained loads of info of how to run a squad efficiently and healthy from when he would speak with us. Without some of his valuable info and suggestions he has to offer, phantom would be a different squad. This man is overly deserving of this award for what he has done for me and SH as a whole. Well to start, he is the go to guy, the person SH members want to know, a co-fo who gets to know his members and want to help as equally. He has only been i SH for about a good month and already is doing an amazing job. I honestly think he is one of the best co-fos ive had in a while. He has already help me with some of my Phantom struggles and we have gotten stronger out of it. The most devoted, organized, (nerdy) KSI Member on the forums. A senior forums mod and he worked his BUTT off trying to get there through modrating his sections ect.. A devoted member to the AAP aswell awarding awards and overwatchig it for spam ect Clearly a forums addict with a countless # of days online and over 1000 posts. I have on multiple occasions seen him only get 2 to 5 hours of sleep because he wants to talk to every member and get rid of all problems before he sleeps. He not only helps the squads he is over but also all the squads in DM with his 24/7 guidance. He also provides advice not only on KSI issues but he helps people with life issues as well. Just ask any member of DM and they will tell that if there is anyone in KSI to talk to about personal issues its Havoc. His ability to make u laugh in the of worst scenarios is astonishing and puts a smile on your face no matter what hardships you have.
