KSI Luftwaffe captain MAYHEM ET.

KSI Luftwaffe is the leader of what i consider to be my family MAYHEM. Luftwaffe is one of the most driven and responsible people i know without him I am sure there would not be a mayhem at all. Luftwaffe sets up all our head hunter meatings (which we have at least twice a week if not three times) and makes sure everyone is doing their part.He also hosts game nights for all of KSI almost every sunday night. also he has recruited 35 people this month and trained 39. last but not least he is a good roll model for all the KSI members under him for example, iv been in KSI for 3 weeks and am a 4LT and am trying as hard as i can to be even half the leader he is.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Mental has faced trouble after trouble and has pushed through, doing what it takes to keep Behemoth alive. He was dealt a bad hand at squad split, and from there on faced challenge after challenge that arose. Mental pushed all the way to 90, and the drama arose again and Behemoth was hit hard. Even after losing more than a third of his squad and most of his officer staff, he is still pushing his squad forward. He will do anything for his squad, and has done whatever it takes to make Behemoth successful.

I dont even know where I would be if I havent listened to him while moving from a cofo to founder. He just never stops putting in work that for sure and a lot of ppl can see it to.

Reasoning why the deserve this -  Greg is a newer Director and to me hes outstanding. He trys to do everything he can. Also he always ask if he can help. He makes sure his Divs are the doing great but as long that I have a outstanding Director that keeps trying and getting things done an just keeps moving forward an never stops I am all good. Lol

Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy will be a great Senior. He is just like Heero. He just keeps trying never gives up. What I hate the most is idk what to tell him to improve on. There is nothing I can tell him to improve. He makes sure his squads are great an doing the best. God this guys just knows what he is doing and you dont have to tell him a thing. He learns everything without even asking a question. He just trys toooooooooo much but thats nothing to complain about.

Reason why they deserve award- Jiggy got founder in the most unexpected way...he went from 1st Captain of Phoenix to Founder of SH in one night when the senior directors thought it was in the best interest of SH as a whole...so far he has done a great job as founder...yeah he doesn't have Halo 4 yet but he has done his best job to still help me get my squad active...he has told me to keep my head up eventhough my squad is going through rough times. I nominate KSI Jiggy 7 as founder of the month...hella nice job dawg

Reason why they deserve award- Frozen has stepped up game to be an amazing co founder in Shadow Haven...since my co founder has abandon me he has stepped in as my co fo and been a huge mentor towards me...shows up to my meetings, helps run a game night for my squad, and always tries to help me get my squad active again...todat during our generals meeting he helped me come up with ideas on how to get my squad active even though he is not my co founder and barely plays Halo 4 all while he has family in his life to attend too...thank you very much Frozen and I nominate him for Co Founder of the month.

Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI AIRBORNE 7 is a member of Divine reign where, no matter where you are or what squad you've heard him speak to you in a party or show up to a meeting. Just defining everything a CO-Div should do, i cannot name a single thing that He has not done, he as gone above and beyond to host Divine Reigns Monthly tournaments AKA top squad challenge.He levels himself with her peers mutually, making everyone comfortable with coming to him with issues no matter the severity. He is another one who places the well being of this division over himself, he always consults me on plans of development for DR and things to be fixed.

Reasoning why the deserve this -Osiris, coming from underneath KSI Fadez 7 another successful General, without a doubt carried on that torch of leadership within his squad Rapture, Osiris is a textbook style General, i never have to remind him about adding members to Access Denied or squad tags, He is always aware of his Officers actions. There isnt a week that goes by where either KSI Osiris is in the Thursday meeting or he has a Captain show up for him, ive never had to hunt around for someone to represent his squad which is a sign of how active they really are in my eyes. He is well on to his first squad split with Rapture having over 90 members.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Greg has stepped up going from the div leader of one division to taking the director spot left open when roman stepped down. From the moment greg has taken this position he has shown outstanding concern and help for all of his divisions. Even with everything he has to do he still makes time for members and helps them with any issues they may have.

He uses this knowledge to push squads further and help them recover from anything that may have set them back. By mentoring the newer officers he has brought new life to these squads and his division.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Since KSI UBeeDum's arrival I have been under his wing Learning what I need to know to be a Captain. As soon as he got here there was a Headhunter's Team formed. Then began the SGT's meetings to build us into officers. There are daily messages and game Nights as well as Mornings. Reason why they deserve award:  KSI Subj3ct 115 runs the SH Forge team he helps tempah with the squad and has been a good metor to me he helps me with my swat team and is a person to look up to he is truly a great friend and excellent officer.

Reason why he/she deserves this Award- Provides constant and accurate feedback to his Generals about members, blacklisted members, important information, etc. on a day-to-day basis. Serves as a mentor for not only leadership in KSI but also in the outlooks of life. While never required of him, he always goes the extra mile in his works to improve KSI. Reason why he/she deserves this Award- Even through rough times and scarce opportunity, Osiris has pulled through to not only establish a rapidly growing squad, but a successful squad whose members can not simply be "de-fluffed" and many of who show much promise to be contributors to the KSI Community which can be said for Osiris' work in mentoring those members himself.

Reason why he/she deserves this Award- If anything should be said about this captain, it should be that he is extremely dedicated to KSI. Secondwind does not give up, even with his own limitations, he is always gaming with his members, recruiting, training, and going beyond the call of duty. In my own experience, where Valkyrie was hurting for a number of recruits and getting them trained, Secondwind personally trained a number of recruits and pushed a few recruits our way, a completely self-less act. Great guy to be around, I believe everyone should get to know him.

Reason why he/she deserves this Award- Has proven himself to be a benefit to the DR Division, he went through a squad split and immediately put himself out there getting 25+ recruits and helping people in and out of his squad. He was given the opportunity to be a lieutenant, he passed the test, and continues to his job better with every day.

Reason why he/she deserves this Award- One of my own SGT's who I can vouch for , without favoritism, has been an active member though only a SGT. He continues to recruit, regardless of how much I chew him out on his mistakes, he always fixes those mistakes and takes my criticism for the better. Unlike other members who I have seen, he learns from his mistakes and for that I nominate him Member of the Month.

Reasoning why the deserve this -

This guy is a true freaking leader. Through all the Poop that was going on when he re entered as founder in EO he has held is together and still has found time for gaming and most importantly having fun. Through the short time of him being here there has already been a significant amount of activity. People have started to recruit and have fun again because of that positive energy he brings not only to the ones he talks to but I also believe that it carries over to the gens and then the gens pass it down to the rest of their squad members and makes this division fun to be in and enjoyable but also the great strong division it always has and will be to come.

Reasoning why the deserve this - From the time I joined in Ground Zero under Illusion's command, Illusion has been EXTREMELY instrumental in my success here in KSI. In my tenure, through all the ups and downs, Illusion was always there lending advice, that worked everytime. He dedicates every second of his personal time to this community, and has helped shaped the future of KSI. I am so proud to call him both my mentor, and my friend.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Forsaken has always been an amazing member. Though it took him a while to settle in, Forsaken came up in my squad, and took all the training he could get his hands on. When my squad fell, he stayed when all hope was lost, and helped me rebuild Void AV from 21 members all the way to a squad split, in less than two months. He took the squad that split from Void (Now under the command of KSI BeheldX502), Fury now leads AV as most active, and largest squad in the division. They have gone from little over 30 members to now 74. Forsaken had 3 officers leave after the split, and quickly took to the challenge, never allowing his squad to drop below 30. A mere month later, Fury is 74 members strong, with a officer staff, and leadership throughout the squad. He has surpassed all expectations, and crushed with a defiant might every obstacle that dare place itself in Forsaken's path. I am beyond honored to know he calls me is mentor, and I cannot express into words what it means to me to see someone I trained and mentored, to be a better general than I ever could have been. Forsaken is exactly what EVERY member of KSI should strive to be like. He definitely deserves this award, and more than any award that could possibly be given.

Reasoning why the deserve this - When Reeses returned, we placed him in Fury, to help them grow from the 30 members they were at. is former experience, ranging from April of 2012, to now, was a key ingredient to Fury's success. He quickly jumped back in, and worked his ass off to help grow the squad. From training SGT's and the other officers, to helping recruit, Reeses has been invaluably to Fury and Forsaken. It brings me great joy in knowing I trained Reeses, and he came up in Void. The day I hand him the rank of General when Fury splits, will be a day of extreme joy, for he has earned it many times over.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Forsaken has been through a lot during his tenure here in KSI. From a division merge, to a squad falling to 21 members, to rebuilding the squad, to a squad split, and so much more. The entire time however, Forsaken never seemed down, and never thought once about giving up. He has stayed strong, and positive and has trampled every obstacle he's faced, with extreme patience, and wisdom. He is a model leader, and dedicates all free time to his squad. He has trained more people in our division than I care to count, and he's always there for anyone. Regardless of their rank, squad, or division, Forsaken is there for whoever needs him. Everytime. He is truly a model member, that everyone should strive to become.

EO got how do I put this nicely creamed like crazy!!! When we heard that he was coming back I was overjoyed of his return! He helped us bring hope back! Vicious is filled with great info and has personaly helped me with tips on becoming a new GEN of Semtex. He goes above and beyond and is always fair! well collected person. Always calm no matter what the situation and has helped us clean up EO.
