Since he became General he has been improving the squad, helping people with issues, he sends out mass messages alerting everyone in the squad about events. He has been helping me improve myself as an officer and person. He attends all events and meetings, he never misses a leaders meeting. Reasoning why the deserve this -    He has helped myself basically run the division and in the past month our division has exploded with numbers and activity. He has helped out squads that had questions, helped myself in resolving issues without me even asking. He is constantly trying his best to keep not only his squads, but all the squads in perfect order so nothing is failing. As a result from our divison split about a 2 and a half months ago, we are already at 415 members

Reasoning why the deserve this -  This member deserves this award because he has one of the strongest if not the strongest squad in FG. His members are constantly active and he has built his squad up to 86, the largest squad in FG in about a month and a half. This member is always finding ways to better his squad and shares his results and ideas with other gens in the division. he always comes and asks what he can do to better his squad. He has trained his officers on how they are to handle issues and even sergeants since you can only have 8 officer spots he has SGTs doing this work (except training of course).

He is mature and he handles everything with the grace that he should. He doesn't back down from difficult situations. I know if i ever needed something i would have him on speed dial. Reason for nomination: I nominate fallen on founder of the month because he has been the one running FG since the division split happened. Reason for Nomination: I nominate Vadmac on General of the Month, because he has turn my sour taste of KSI around from before he was General. I became a KSI member under Jupiter 7 and once she left Menace, my experience of KSI went from a group of HALO friends to a dictator ship and I was on the verge of leaving KSI due to the General at the time. After speaking with other members of Menace regarding our newest General (Vadmac) I decided to not leave KSI. I am pleased to say that, because of Vadmac's hard work he was able to turn around a declining squad on the brink of merging with another squad to a squad that is returning to its former glory days within a short time frame. Thank you Vadmac for all your hard work.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I know this isn't SOP, but I really want to give a shout out to both of these guys for taking the reigns for the past few months.  I know with my being absent, that these guys have done a truly outstanding job holding down the fort.  I know with my entire heart that they have nothing but KSI's best interests at heart.  And even though we don't all always see eye to eye, I'm so honored to have these guys as my right and left hand.  As a team, they make things so easy for me to keep my head on straight and not freak out like I would have 2 years ago.  Thanks for standing beside me, and even holding me up in some the hardest times of my life.  Love you guys!!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Impy is not just an amazingly positive KSI member who is awesome to game with, he is by far one of the stand out Leaders of KSI.  Always looking for ways to better communication within KSI and to help educate others whether it be on the forums or in his position as Director.  One of the things that is so special about Impy is that his ability to be a level headed leader transcends through all departments he's affiliated with.  Being a Director in KSI is grueling, stressful, and often times so demanding that it's hard to make time for anything else.  The fact that Impy performs his duties so well as a director while maintaining the same standard in his other responsibilities flawlessly is admirable and inspiring.  His consistency is remarkable.  Shout to Impy holding down his multi-tasking swag... I see you Impy.

Reasoning why they deserve this - The simplicity of the reason this man deserves this award is awesome.  Metal deserves to be Div Leader of the month because I cannot tell you how knowledgeable, strong, and INTEGRAL his leaders are in ET.  This man has built an army of some of the GREATEST leaders within KSI who hold every quality we look for and expect from those in charge.  The ease in which his division communicates, executes, and builds makes me so honored to even know them, let alone get to claim that they are members of KSI.  You couldn't ask for a more diverse yet, compatible group of leaders.  Props to Mr. Metal for living up to his name and being a BEAST!!!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Pshhh.. Talk about come back kid.  This guy, I can't even explain the strides he has made as an individual and leader within KSI.  Being faced with some of the most challenging situations in KSI, Ninja not only comes out on top... but busts through his goals like a raging mad man singing "OHHHHH I wanna dance with somebody, I wanna feel the HEAT with somebody...".  His humor balances out the stern hand he has in enforcing the rules of KSI, and demanding nothing but success.  I'm so proud of what WI has become today, which could never have happened without Ninja and his team kickin' ass and taking names.

Reasoning why they deserve this - You know how they say it's the quiet one's you gotta look out for?  Cheddarbob is like a little mouse ninja, scouting the house while everyone is asleep and running back to tell his mice pack where the goodies are.  He has taken a division in ruins and built a foundation to be proud of.  DL is stronger than it has been for quite some time, and trusty ole Cheddarbob with his humble ways has made it so.  They are a div to look out for, getting the right training in place and setting the pace for another long and sturdy run.  I'm telling you, sometimes I wonder if CheddarBob is Abe Lincoln reincarnated.  Such an honest soul, and a strong mind, and a passion for his people.  Go on with your bad self CheddarAbe!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Recent instances have allowed me the pleasure of getting to know one of the most eager cofo's we have in KSI today.  His eagerness is not for rank, but to help and offer the most helpful guidance as a co-founder that he can.  It is refreshing to see a leader thinking outside of the box of common solutions, and trying to put together the most efficient and balanced decisions as a leader.  This guy is lookin' for a come up, and he is freakin' awesome.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Tempy deserves general of the month for maintaining one of KSI's founding squads, and splitting it for the 22'nd... that's right I said TWENTY SECOND time.  It always makes me proud seeing Phantom hold down that Halo swag, whether it be turning out leaders, or housing some of the most TALENTED Halo gamers I've ever seen.  Tempah is definitely grasping what being a General in Halo is all about by keeping his members active, training his officers, and allowing his members to have a BLAST gaming.  Which is simply what KSI is all about.  Tempah's squad under his leadership is a prime example of the roots of KSI as a community, beasting on halo... reppin the KSI name... and making us look awesome on youtube.  It takes a pair of big feet to fill the shoes as a general of Phantom where 3 of our current board members and 2 of our senior directors started their KSI career.  I guess Tempah got them Michael Jordan genes cuz he is rocking them big ole shoes like a BAWSE!

Reasoning why they deserve this - This little Kitty is someone I like to call an exception to the rule.  Having been recruited below the age limit of our rules (Naughty recruiter!  lol) she has taken her limitations like a champ.  Understanding that we can't make exceptions for fear of having to do so for so many other people, she strives to be as helpful and to do as much as she can given her circumstances.  Recently I've found out that she has been a member of every squad currently running in DM, working as an officer to help those squads become successful.  Between taking lead classes to learn more, and utilizing all of KSI's resources she has come to be a key piece of DM and I can't say how thankful I am that she has taken the lemons we unfortunately handed her and made some bomb ass lemonade.  Here's to you little Kitty, thanks for all you do for DM and for KSI and proving that one day our rules would turn around and bite us in the butt.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ohhhhh Herbert the Pervert... you are a rare man. lol  While Herbert is mostly known for his uncanny "Herbert" impressions, in his squad and division he is known as a well seasoned leader and comedian.  Herbert takes his role as LT and executes every aspect of his duties with the utmost confidence and humility.  I don't know if it's the veteran Marine in him or just his amazing personality but he brings life to any game lobby he's in.  Knowing when to be serious, and when to make you laugh so hard you almost pee your pants.  (I speak from experience)  I'm definitely gonna keep an eye on this guy, mostly because I know he's gonna be a asset to KSI's leadership team but also because I don't want to find him hiding outside my windows.  Semper Fi, Herbert! Ooorah!

Reasoning why the deserve this - GAHHHH This guy.  He's everything I wish I could have been... everything I want to be... and just all around one of the most GENUINE, SINCERE, INTELLIGENT, FUN, MOTIVATIONAL, INSPIRING, HONORABLE, HELPFUL, DRIVEN members I have EVER had the pleasure of knowing since I have joined KSI almost 3 years ago.  If I could clone him, and put a Docness in every squad...in every division... in every program we have in KSI I would.  Docness just makes me so freakin' hype about being a part of KSI that I can't even stand it.  He is someone who reminds me on a DAILY basis why it is I continue to do what I do here in KSI.  I cannot say enough about him.  I'm calling it already... MEMBER OF THE FREAKING YEAR!!!  Sometimes I wonder where divisions like DL and FI would be without having had Docness on their six.  I say this with unashamed pride, I love you Doc... I truly do.

He is an awesome Div Leader as well as a great person. Very approachable and easy to talk to, there when you need him. He works very hard to keep DR progressing forward.

Great Co-Div. works very hard for his division and it shows. Very active in his division, also there if you need him. Puts in time with his members.

Not only was he a very active Gen over Valkyrie, he's also a very active Co-Fo. Stays in touch with his squads daily and is very involved but not overbearing or micromanaging. I can't wait to see what he does as Co-Div and Div Leader later. Great guy and a great leader.

KSI Osiris v1 created Rapture after the Valkyrie split and has done an excellent job building the new squad. we have quality members and are growing beyond expectations. He is a great leader who is very active in his squad. His door is always open and is always willing to listen to his members and take advice or suggestions.
