He shows extreme dedication and respect to all members, and gives members every opportunity to prove themselves. He not only gives structure to DM, he gives us a leader we can look up to and respect.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Jupiter has been awesome since i first met her. Her merit system was a creative and courageous way to boost activity. Answering any and all questions people may have, showing friendship, patience, and respect towards not only the squads under her, but everyone. She gives us goals, aspirations, and unity even during bad times.

Reasoning why the deserve this - A general who performs his duties as a respectable, self-confident leader who not only brings Lethal together, but also teaches us to be the leaders of tomorrow. Not only giving us hope, but giving us the honest truth on the things that we need to do. When showing and enforcing the code of conduct he also educates us on how we can improve not only ourselves, but our entire squad.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Not giving up and showing determination even in times of struggle. Gremlins shows awareness and self responsibility, he shows that when he makes a mistake that he is willing to admit it and do his best not only to make amends but showing that he will work on improving himself. Being friendly and welcoming to those around him regardless of rank or standing are some of Gremlins other respectable traits. At a time even where he felt hurt he showed that he can push himself to make the hard choices even when they are not beneficial to himself.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Although he is now a captain, Jumper stepped into the role of LT last month with the energy of a 5 year old hoped up on caffeine. He took his responsibilities and went above and beyond.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Words can't describe Kittens. Maturity, knowledge, strength, compassion, determination, respect, acceptance, friendly, kindness, understanding, and courage are only a few words on a long list about the almost indescribable KSI Kittens. She does everything that is asked of her and more. Most important of all is the fact that she never gives up, she never stops trying, and everyday she does so much to make Lethal, DM, and KSI a better place.

Reasoning why the deserve this - xVICIOUSx 7 deserves this award because he is an amazing asset to this community. His knowledge of KSI and how it operates and more importantly how to keep it operating smoothly is incredible. He is currently hosting a 101 Leadership Course and is director of divisions that are growing not just in numbers but in knowledge of operation.  There's not enough room to write about everything Vicious has done for myself and our Division. I still remember when I was just a Sergeant and always going to him and every other officer at the time trying to figure out what to do so I could move up in Rank ..what I needed to learn. V has been beside me every step of the way ! I don't know where i would be in this community if it wasn't for Vicious and Drac and for that i praise both of them for the Leadership skills they have given me not only in KSI but outside of Xbox also.

Reasoning why they deserve this: She deserves this award because of her excellent leadership skills, the way she handles diverse situations in the squad/KSI, and how she has made Atomic what it is today, with many active members, and holds many tourneys to give away MSP for GT changes. She is active with her squad, always there for them, in parties and games. She took on the task of rebuilding their HH team from nothing, and turning it into an active functioning team. She works with her members on becoming officers in the squad, and productive members of KSI. I have personally witnessed each of these events, and know she is deserving of this award.

Apoc is always there for myself and other members whenever they need advice or just simply wanna game, always willing to get his hands dirty just like everyone else does. He has given me so many ideas on how to improve things and allow me to think on my own and come to my own conclusions about scenarios or what have ya that benefits everyone positively. I greatly respect this guy for his hard work and dedication he has shown throughout his team here and it shows. Anytime I ever need anything done he's always the first to respond no matter how large or small the problem or concern is and most importantly I never feel like I'm being judged for asking a question no matter how dumb or interesting they may be.

This decision was really hard to make, I know all of the directors all work extremely hard and care a Poop ton about their divisions in ensuring they are operating smoothly and make sure everyone is having a good time. It's that being said over the last month or so Impyy has personally been there to show me the ropes if you will and made me really feel welcome on the director staff, he's always available to his guys/gals and by far is THE most innovative director when it comes to new ideas on How to make KSI run more efficiently. He's always a good guy to be around and always responds quickly when something needs to be discussed. Keep up the damn good work my friend

Reasoning why the deserve this - This man has proven to be more than just another member in a gaming community. Whenever I have needed help or an answer to a question, this is the man I can call upon because I know that no matter what, he will be there. But besides helping us when needed, Huck dose something for us that is not required in his duty but in his heart. He is like a mentor/father to us all. He is a man I certainly look up to and respect but not just for his rank but for his moral character. When my grandmother had her stroke it was Huck who was the one keeping me strong and giving me wonderful words to motivate me and help through the tough times. Also, when a member in our squad lost her friend and uncle, it was Huck there to help. He is always one to talk to because he dose not judge. He respects us all in our own ways and I truly respect a man who can sit behind and Xbox controller but through his words of wisdom and helpfulness, make you feel loved and make you know that he is honestly there to help you anyway he can. He is a true hero and an amazing mentor to everyone is KSI.

He helped with arguments, to training mistake. He honestly helped us begin to get our squad back on the train tracks while trying to run his own. Reasoning why the deserve this - Impy has been a great role model for me since the day I joined KSI. Even at the rank I am now, he has always thought me everything I needed to know to become a better leader. If it was not for him, I most likely would not be the Founder of Ground Zero. He always goes around party to party training people with his awesome motivational speeches. He continues to push people with great ideas, motivation, and most importantly FUN. Because no matter how much information he manages to feed someone, he does not forget that we are here for fun. I think that is one of the very important assets of being a great leader, and hes got it. More then willing to take the extra step to improve our division.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy... just an outstanding demonstration of what anyone expects out a Co-Fo. There is not one day that goes by that he doesnt communicate with the members in our division. He always knows whats going on with every squad, even if he's not the Cofo over it. He is very easy to talk to and has great humor. I dont think there is one person that doesnt like him. As much as i deny it, his whole vision of PMA (Positive Mental Attitude) is very helpful. It continues to spread throughout KSI and it seems to motivate people. I am glad that our squads get such a great example of a leader that works so closely with every member.

Reasoning why the deserve this -She is what any member would want to have as their general, and more. Dedicates every possible second to KSI and is always more then willing to learn. Despite the numerous streaks of bad luck, she managed to keep the squad together, later split it. Constantly communicates with her squad. She doesn't seem to care that she lives in such a different time zone, she always picks KSI over sleep. She always makes sure there is something for her members to do. Always reaches out to the members she doesnt see that often, and includes them in everyday squad activities. Without a thought, she is going to go through the ranks of KSI with the same commitment that she has shown since day one. Her over qualification is quite impressive.

He is always checking in with all the 7's constantly making sure that everything is getting ran properly and always offers his guidance. He always steps in to offer ideas or plans for the division which is really helpful. he helps us to stay motivated and always keeps a positive attitude and we really enjoy having him as director. He is a perfect example of what a great leader is in KSI.

Reasoning why they deserve this- Twice has been a great addition to GZ and always works his butt off for the division. he is very dependable and always makes sure everything is getting ran properly. he is constantly checking in with the Co Founders to make sure they are doing their jobs. He talks to all the squads and always encourages positivity. He has great leadership skills and he is a pleasure to work with. With each rank he has been at he always goes above and beyond and he is a very knowledgeable leader

Reasoning why the deserve this - Cannibal is an AMAZING leader in KSI. This member dedicates so much to KSI and goes above and beyond his co founder duties. He is constantly checking in with every general in the division and staying active with everyone not just his squads. He offers his help to everyone in ksi not only our division. He is a great pleasure to have in this division and I love his Postive mental Attitude ^.^ He is our motivator for the division .

Reasoning why the deserve this - Oni definitely deserves this award for many reasons, one being she is a great example of how all Generals should be in KSI. She goes above and beyond her rank duties and is very dedicated to her squad. Even when things got tough for her squad she managed to pull through. She is constantly making sure her squad has something to do and the activity is just wonderful. She has great leadership skills and has the potential to do great things for our division I really enjoy having her around.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Impy absolutely deserves this award, we've seen him working hard since Oni and I joined KSI. he spreads himself so thin between his divisions trying to help everyone and still keeps a clear head about things and always seems to come up with a good idea to solve everyone's problems efficiently. he's very motivating and is constantly looking to the future, trying to make the bet of every situation.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Twice has also been a hard worker and a great leader, always getting this done in a timely manner and the right way. Since I joined KSI he's always been there to answer any questions or point me in the right direction and I appreciate him being so patient with me over the months.
