Reasoning why they deserve this: She deserves this award because of her excellent leadership skills, the way she handles diverse situations in the squad/KSI, and how she has made Atomic what it is today, with many active members, and holds many tourneys to give away MSP for GT changes. She is active with her squad, always there for them, in parties and games. She took on the task of rebuilding their HH team from nothing, and turning it into an active functioning team. She works with her members on becoming officers in the squad, and productive members of KSI. I have personally witnessed each of these events, and know she is deserving of this award.

He is a very active member in the squad and on forums as well. He is doing everything that a General should do an more. He wants the best for his members and are always putting members needs in front of his own. He did win this last month as well, however, I see him as the general of the month again. Reasoning why the deserve this - Wow. Where can I even start with this. A personal recruit of mine, has been in before long time ago, but his leadership skills and ways to communicate to members is ridiculously amazing. He has been in for a few weeks now and he is doing anything and everything he can to make the squad more active, to get more recruits, to help members in all situations. He is absolutely outstanding, and I can't wait to one day see what he is going to accomplish for SH. He is hosting game night and filling up lobbies, he is simply awesome and has me speechless. He deserves this 100%.

When there's a problem, he gets down to the bottom of it and tries to keep everything at peace. He looks at things from every angle and doesn't make decisions on the spot.

   - Havok is the epitome of, what I see as, the perfect captain. He is the sweetest guy you'll ever know and he gets along with everyone. I believe there is not a single person that doesn't like Havok. But taking his sweet side for granted will truly let you see how he is. No matter what the situation is, he attacks it and handles it with a completely level head. Enforcing the rules is definitely his specialty, but he also knows how to just relax and make people laugh. He boosts squad activity and make sure there are no problems, much like Lionheart does. I look up to him, as I'm sure many others do as well.

Reasoning why the deserve this - xVICIOUSx 7 deserves this award because he is an amazing asset to this community. His knowledge of KSI and how it operates and more importantly how to keep it operating smoothly is incredible. He is currently hosting a 101 Leadership Course and is director of divisions that are growing not just in numbers but in knowledge of operation. He is an outstanding member and is a role model for anyone in KSI that wants to better themselves and inevitably their clan.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Ske Tempah is an amazing GEN. He is my general but he more than just a general he is like a brother to me. This guy is always there when i need him and always has an answer for my question and/or concerns. He is a very active member in the squad and on forums as well. He does everything a general should do and he goes the extra mile. He is an amazing member in this community and is always there encouraging and uplifting our squad. Phantom wouldn't be the amazing squad it is without him.

Reasoning why the deserve this - JBattle has gone above and beyond the rank of LT. I’m not in Rupture EO but I have seen how active he is with squad and how he has tried to bond the squad and gel them as a whole. He has shown that he can handle the responsibility that he has received as Headhunters Captain of Rupture EO. He has gone above and beyond with Forge in Halo 4 and has created an entire playlist of KSI PRO map variants and gametypes that I currently have integrated into our Phantom SH’s HH. He knows more about the systematics of Halo 4 than any other player I know.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Tension is a great SSGT. He runs the swat team is is doing a good job with practices and setting up scrimmages. He goes above and beyond what it means to be a SSGT. He is also a member of the Headhunters team in Phantom and has shown up to every practice. He is on as much as I am, if not more. He is always available to answer question for the new RCTs and has a way to solve the problems that should be dealt with by the SSGTs and SGTs.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Without Doctor, this department would not run as smoothly as it does. I have learned a lot of what I know about the forums and how to operate them from Doc. How he has the time to be an amazing general and be as active as he is with the forums and AAP is beyond my understanding. He is always there when I need help or just need someone to talk to. He is a very hard worker and he gets anything done that he puts his mind to.

Reasoning- I don't even know where to begin... When I first met Bane, I didn't like him. In my mind he had taken my Gen spot and I was mad. But then, he began to do what he needed to do. He  has taken Rage DM, one of the most fluffed inactive squads and turned it into a really active squad thats in the process of cleaning out its fluff. He has taken his gen role to heart and deserves this award for his hardwork and leadership in the past few weeks.

Reasoning- I can't even begin to fathom my reasoning here. In my year and a  half or so of KSI, I have never seen such a shining prodigy. Havok is constantly helping people in need, joining parties of members who may be alone and has been taking a leaders stance on many many things. He is also very selfless in his deeds. Many times has he offered to leave parties or games so other can join, not minding that he'll be alone, because as long as hes making someone happy, he's happy. These are my reasons as to why KSI Havok VL, 1st captain Lethal DM, should be captain of the month without a single doubt in my mind.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Impy is one of the most hard working people I've seen in KSI (I'm not saying other people don't work hard too) he tries to do everything he can to better the divs he is over and makes it look so easy! I know it's not an easy job and for the most part he's always had a level head and handled everything to the best of his abilities. Reasoning why the deserve this - When I first joined KSI, Twice was my general and has thus far been the best he could be in every rank I've seen him in. Whenever I have an issue and can't get a hold of a cofo he's always happy to help and has always been very patient with me. he's always had a cool temperament and although he was a bit quiet at first, after getting to know him I've discovered he's really fun to talk to and very humble. he's a good leader and has the potential to go far in his KSI career.

Reasoning why the deserve this - He is probably the greatest General I have EVER met, He is Incredibly active and does all of his required duties above and beyond what is expected of him as a General, He is HIGHLY active on his squad tag sending many informative messages every single day. He is very kind, knowledgeable in all of KSI and he is very humble, though he is indeed a General with an officer staff he has no problem working and helping with low ranking member. Even if they are not in his squad. He loves his squad and he loves KSI and it shows in how dedicated he is to both of those. He deserves this award.

Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI Jiggy 7!!! Where to begin! He is the one who re-recruited me into KSI. He helped me coming back in and he helped me getting reaclimated to KSI. KSI Jiggy 7 is so kind and generous it's nuts. He will give up anything and everything he can to help others. Jiggy 7 is very active, loves his squad and is very knowledgeable in all KSI procedure being that he is a former KSI Director. You would never know that though if you just met him. He wouldnt tell you because he is very humble. Though he was a Director he is very proud to be our 1st LT. His level of Kindness, Humility, and Generosity is above and beyond anyone I know. Jiggy 7 deserves this award and so so so much more. He is my mentor, my LT, and my friend.

Trough the hard times that TM has fallen into, VENUM has not given up on anything. He is strong, dedicated, and hardworking. One of the few members i know that has remained loyal to KSI TM after all its been trough, never had any complaints about him.He is very understandable and knows how to follow instructions completely. Definitely carries knowledge within him and deserves the spot where he is now and an award.

Ive been in KSI for a really long time and met many captains along the way, But this one is definetly the best captain ive met, Since he joined KSI, he immediately began helping out with the rebuilding of the squad, he brought in an amazing amount of recruits that basically brought the dead squad back to life!  Knows how to communicate with the members very well, never leaves anyone behind, has the knowledge and and great leadership, a great future leader. Reasoning why the deserve this - Tempah is one of the Generals of SH that is running this Division. He's part of that rare kind of member  that cares for every single member he's over. He even cares so much to help the other two squads in SH. He actively goes out and recruits. He learned from someone a long time ago that "Leading by Example" is one of the most important roles a leader can do in his or her time as a General. He has to be one of the top three best Generals in KSI. All I can say is he's General of the best squad in SH but he's not alone. I'm extermely proud of Tempah (Krispy Kream). Reasoning why the deserve this - Enforcer is and has been a ready General for quite sometime now. I mean ever since I recruited him into Phantom he has gone above and beyond his duties to the max! Without him, Phantom and her teams would suffer. I can't really say much for him, he's truely been an awesome member to Phantom... No he's been Shadow Havens most active and caring member. I just have such a hard time not seeing him as the best Captain Shadow Haven has to offer. Bar none.

I can't even describe how much he has helped me and I know I'm not alone. I just don't see the AAP without him. Actually I don't see KSI without him period.
