As Far as awards being issued on this site compared to the awards held on the other site most will not be rolled over. Bringing 700 peoples awards from one site to another would be borderline insane even for Luci (lol). What will be rolled over is Division Creator any MoTM/Y Out standing awards will all be looked into and taken into consideration and re evaluated (Example FuzzyMeep has Bronze out standing award, but he will be reevaluated to either keep Bronze or move up to silver) Frequently Occuring Situations and Questions: You cannot self nominate for Of The Month You cannot self nominate for Outstanding Service The only ones who can post nominations for FTLA graduates are the teachers that hosted the class or the Head of FTLA You cannot self nominate for Pink List Squad/Division topics and general chats do NOT count towards Hot Topic, Gossip, or Ice Breaker. Ice Breaker does not fall under the same guidelines as Hot Topic. It is a general topic that made it over 1 page (that is not spam like a forum game). There has to be evidence of conversation in the topic Donor can only be confirmed by the person holding the sites paypal information Donor of the month can only be posted by the person holding the the paypal information or the head/co-head of the aap (if they had asked him). Spazbit ^.^ 4 Posted October 27, 2011 Report Share Posted October 27, 2011 Things to Discuss: 1. Are the of the month recipients going to be majority nomination? Or Debate by AAP of most qualified? This has been something that we've gone back and forth about in the past we need to get the choice set in stone. IMO - I think that of course majority of niminations should have some precidence but that the AAP should come together and discuss in this section after the nominations have been closed.. Give us like.. 2 days to discuss, anyone that does not may hold their peace and be on time to discuss next month. I would also say that for the new members making sure people understand that they cannot be like "Chaos because I like to laugh at him, or becuase I said so" They need to give a valid reason as to why they are nominating that person. Majority does get people here, but it also gives precidence to larger divisions. I think numbers have a good deal to do with it - but when the end result comes and we have.. 3 people within a vote of each other its something the AAP should decide. for instance.. Dusky, Luci, and Prophet all get 6 votes.. or one gets 7 and the other two 6.. obviously it can be discussed.. but if someone gets like.. 10 more than anyone else for a category.. obviously they will win it without debate.
