 Reasoning why they deserve this - Whether its running general meeting or making sure recruits get trained, Greg makes sure we are active, doing our jobs, and expanding our squads and division. Being a division leader Greg is in charge of a good amount of people, something I can imagine can be hard to keep track of all the members in the division, but still one way or another at some time Greg manages to talk with most of us.

 Reasoning why they deserve this - Maturity is something that can be hard to find especially in some younger people, but with Kittens, she shows maturity well beyond her years, something that i have come to highly respect in her. Being able to what is needed for your squad is something that Kittens accomplishes daily. As well as being an officer of Rage, she also makes sure that all members no matter the squad feel welcome.

 Reasoning why they deserve this - If you are in a Halo 4 squad on DM it is almost a guarantee that you have been to or heard of KSI Raijin and his custom game nights. His dedication to the constant running and improvement of custom game nights is remarkable, and a model of an active member and officer. I've seen Raijin grow since he joined KSI and from day one he has been involved. Raijin not only gets Lethal together for nights of fun but he makes sure he includes members of all ranks.

Reason why he deserves this award - Airborne deserves this award because he interacts with everyone regardless of rank and tells us things straight, not sugar coated. He gets his messages out as well as enforces the rules that we've been given. He does his job all the time and he does it great.

Reason why he deserves this award - Voltage no doubt deserves the "of the month" award. He's been an all around player working hard wherever it needs to be done including holding meetings for squads whose officers were absent and or were hung up with other things instead. He works hard while making sure to have fun, he's serious but has fun while doing it.

Reason why he deserves this award - Fadez has been working hard as a General, where I've seen captains in the first captain position because of "favoritism" , Fadez is having us work hard for it. He makes sure everyone is following the CoC and keeps us all in line.

Reason why he deserves this award - As a fellow Captain I have seen him not only doing his job as a captain but I've seen him take an initiative to recruit very quickly within a short amount of time. I think as far as this award goes, he deserves to be "Captain of the Month"

Reason- Airborne works his ass off for DR and always has. he has made such a difference in Dr and in the people in Dr. He does things without even being asked he puts forth the effort to go beyond his position and ran in KSI. Anytime of day someone needs something no matter what there rank he is there to help. Even in those EXTREMELY rare times that he doesn't have the answer he finds out right away. He is a great guy and is extremely helpful. I honestly believe 100% that AIRBORNE deserves this.

Reasoning why they deserve this - KSI EpicFail is a member of little words within the Community, yet his hardwork speaks for itself. Comming from a legacy of leaders ouf of Rebirth DR, EpicFail was able to squad split a failing squad and work his squad back up again to have it nearly ready for its third split in that squad's history, As far as i can see i couldn't ask for anything more then what i see out of him.

even when kittens was in fatality she was doing amazing and was one of the most active members in her squad. she always informs her squad and her division on who gets promoted and whats going on and is very mature for being one of our younger members (under 16) and i am positive that she will be an outstanding general.

He is definitely a leader and shows it at every turn. He is proper example of a leader and how to conduct oneself as a leader. He is a member of hard work and devotion which knows the system and how it works...he understands what needs to be done and does it. He also has no problems getting on the game and playing with members even though he is incredibly busy. He makes things easier for the rest of the squad to do their jobs by doing his job so proficiently.

He is the person you can go to for any questions you have and always willing to help. He is that person you can always invite to a party and he will always come and at least tell you he’s busy with something not just ignore your messages. He is the member that taught me and many others what KSI is all abou . This individual makes KSI a family for all and not just a game. He will do anything in his power to solve any issues brought to his attention. He has made KSI a second family for me.  This individual knows his division so well , he will help set you up with the people who you will most likely enjoy playing with and introduce you to people who play the same style and the same mentality as you. 33(which was about half fluff) to 80 members in his squad in a little over 3
weeks.  Now I know that seems really fast
and training would be the issue for him right? WRONG, Worm has his officers
trained and ready.  This guy is an unbelievable

Reasoning why they deserve this- Dear 'ol Samurai, there are so many things about him that I could say. I am nominating him because he is a leader who is one of those "In-Your-Face-But-On-Your-Side" people. He knows when to have fun and relax with his division and then he knows when it's time to be serious. He is a leader who shows great potential and wisdom when it comes not only to KSI, but to actual issues outside of xbox when members need it. Reasoning why they deserve this - Goodness.... Where do I even start with Jupiter? She has been a huge inspiration to me and has helped me find my way to becoming the best leader I can be. As a member who was under Jupiter back when she was in Menace, she has shown nothing but excellence. She has kept squad calm and running smoothly. Now, looking at her today, she has not changed in her ways. She still inspires many young leaders in all of the squads by showing them how to keep things running smoothly. She is definitely someone who deserves member of the month.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Savior is an excellent example of what Captains should be. Over the past month he has brought Fatality to the number needed for a squad split by recruiting and training his butt off. He also has helped instill the principles of KSI into all of his fellow squad-mates. He has the Knowledge to take on any situation with a leveled head, the Strength to lead the squad when I am not there, and the Integrity of a rising General. He has shown me that before things get better, they must become worse. He has stuck it out through all of Fatality's issues and has proved to me that he is ready to take on the new Squad and assume the position as General. I thank him for his support in not only Fatality, but from his days back in Menace as well.

He is willing to take on any task that Fatality requires. If we need someone to host a gamenight last minute, he's ready. If we need someone online to help train, M3RKzZ is there. Despite all that's going on at home for him, Azrael has remained a positive driving force behind the road to flagship.  Squashing the security issues quickly & discretely, and guiding others where to focus efforts.  Hands down, he's rocked this month for divisions.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Was a great and dependable General just 2.5 months ago and has already stepped up and has found his calling as a newly appointed 7.  As CoFounder he's fielded & mitigated expertly many issues that could've potentially left 2 different squads in jeopardy with squad/div transfers with regards to a particularly troubling issue.  Has guided and assisted the Generals and officers in obtaining the FLAGSHIP title for FI.  Shoot he even trained a couple recruits himself.  He's very professional, knowledgeable and can tell you the status of any one in his charge at any given time.  That's just what we needed at that position and he's the right man for the job, this month in particular he has really stepped up and showed just how great of an asset he is and it's great to have him on board.

Reasoning why they deserve this - After just squad splitting just a few weeks ago, is already looking at another split in the near future.  This member of ours is vital to the every day operations of FI.  She's a great facilitator, problem solver, and motivator.  I say this because she's the backbone of her powerhouse squad that has been crucial to FI's success and growth.  With growth comes many personalities and w/ so many means of communication there's bound to be a few issues, which she's handled perfectly.  A great motivator when it comes to getting down to business. She has and will continue to be that beam of reasoning why it is important to do anything in KSI.  Seriously, she'll make you feel like the greatest help to mankind if you but do these simple few tasks and you'll do them with a smile on your face.  Great job with your squad and thank you for all you do with FI.  You're a huge asset to us and upper leadership really appreciates what you do.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy has brought the edge back to FI with his competitiveness. Out of no where, Frutiger has rounded up some serious firepower and stacked them up in Velocity, FI.  I'm sure all of you have heard him asking for challenges on KSI Members FB page, in the forums, or via messages on xbox.  It's because he's got lions, tigers and bears to feed OH MY!  This guy is also crucial to our success because he brought the fire of competition back home and as been nothing but a positive influence on MANY others within the division.  His headhunters team is so explosive they're left undefeated 22-0 against squads outside of FI (and inside for that matter, but he doesn't count those wins as they're simply to foster healthy competitive gaming).  You have to love this guy.  Great recruiter.  His bio may not say much about how many, but I've been in many games and parties with him giving away recruits to his fellow Sgt's to give them the experience they need in recruiting so they'd be on his level.  He's a leader up & coming that I'm very excited about because he has a lot of potential.  Not only that, he's humble, shows humility when wrong.  He's the guy at the lower level grooming some great leaders to succeed him which will cast FI into it's golden age as I like to call it.  The man with the master plan, recruiter, and competitor...this guy is  beast!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Dude got 40+ recruits this month to spread across 3 different squads this month.  I mean really.... if you need a recruit right this second?  LET HIM KNOW!  Good gah this guy can really reel them in and by the bus load.  Very cool guy to rap with and awesome COD gaming skills.  Helps a lot of people out with the particulars of getting better and has been putting a lot of effort into FI and an integral piece to our success in reaching FLAGSHIP status.  He leads by doing and shows others how he does it.  It doesn't get much better than that.  This guy is great!

Reasoning why they deserve this - Runs FI Elite Clan Ops, officer training program, and is a mentor to many within FI.  This guy is a beast in himself.  He's that position on a football team with no name.  You just put him out on the field and expect a win.  He's that guy.  Great recruiter as well.  Many look up to this guy, and has many friends in FI.  Has had to make a couple tough decisions recently that proved that he's an impartial leader willing to promote/demote/recognize deserving individuals for their merits and not because of favortism.  He's a leader on the rise surely to be a division leader or better later down his KSI career.  This month, he's been the glue keeping folks together during this time of growth and transition into a FLAGSHIP.  Of the two new squads (Viper, Chrome) in FI, his squad created one of them and is ALREADY AT THE VERGE OF ANOTHER SPLIT!  Like.... RIGHT NOW! And he doesn't stop recruiting there, instead has gotten his squad to assist in the growth of the two new squads in the division as they proceed forward into another squad split.  This guy is a force to be reckoned with as he just flat out gets the job done.

Reasoning why they deserve this – Allright, Docness is an AMAZING leader and provides unmatched guidance and support to anyone who asks for anything. He goes out of his way to help out KSI is any way that he possibly can. Doc has also been a big help in FI getting it's flagship. Without the leadership of doc, FI would most likely not get flagship for a while To me personally, doc is always there whenever i need him, whether it be for personal reasons, or KSI reasons. He's active as anything in KSI as well, did clan ops with myself both days this weekend, along with last weekend a bit. Whenever I mess up, which is not much , doc knows how to enforce a lesson while not making you feel like you totally f****ed up, which is really a great trait for a leader to have.

Over the last month, DoC has demonstrated what it really means to be a founder. Even here in SH, his actions have been noticed as things that we want to imitate over here. The way he works with his lower leadership in terms of education, activity, and so many other things. He has even taken the time after his Leader's meeting, and participated in a squad battle with us. Even though he usually got off at the time, and was exhausted from the day's activities. He goes above an beyond his duties as a Founder, to make sure that his division is content and prospering.

Tempah, Tempah, Tempah. He has been doing work over in Phantom. Recruiting like crazy for the squad, hosting a gratuitous amount of game nights per week, and just has been an overall powerhouse for Phantom. This guy is always on his toes, constantly reminding people of members that need to be trained. Taking the time to make sure that all of the squad teams were functioning fine, and offering his assistance wherever needed. I've personally seen this guy pop out of parties to help recruit and train, no matter what he would be doing at the time. This member exemplifies what it means to be a Captain, and much more.

Reasons why this member deserves the award:

Jiggy has been a valuable assest to my squad ever since he re-joined last month. From taking the initiative to train new recruits, setting up and becoming the head of the Phoenix welcoming committee, as well as getting 10 recruits for the squad in the first 2 weeks. This man has been a powerhouse, and a motivator to many people in my squad. Not only that, but he has also been working to help get teams up and going in the squad. Also, no matter what he is doing. If you send him an invite, or ask him for help, he is there for you. His self-lessness goes beyond that of KSI, but on a personal level as well. From what I have seen over the last couple of weeks, he has truly shown what it means to be a member of KSI.
