KSI Mentor: I'll let the witnesses speak for themselves, but I have seen the people around FadeZ that he has mentored along in their KSI careers. Outstanding Service Lvl. 1: As long as I can remember, FadeZ has been a highly contributing member to this division. He came into the division when we had been hit hard, and he has been a huge contributor to get this division up off the ground again. He still stands out, even in a division where we do have other great leaders as well. This man is going in the right direction, and I see nothing but greatness coming from him, but ill stop nagging and let the other witnesses do the talking. He had helped me learn the ropes and has widened my horizon on things I can do to make KSI better for everyone from recruits up to the highest of ranks. He helps me understand the process of which it works best to do things. When ever I have needed him he has always been there to assist in anyway he can possibly help. Even when he is offline he is a big contribute to KSI still answering my questions that I have. He is currently assisting me in the recovery of Nirvana. He truly has made a difference in this community which is why I believe Fadez shouldn't just be nominated but should be recognized and should receive the multi-Award. Fadez recruited me and since my recruitment has shown me the ropes as well as introduced me to everyone in KSI and I thank him for that. He had been a great officer to me in Rebirth and has remained a great General to me in Valkyrie. If anyone deserves this award, there's no doubt in my mind he's the one who deserves it most. Mentor: Even tho I have plenty of experience in gaming communities, FadeZ helped me adjust to KSI's rules, rank structure, etc. OS: FadeZ has been doing real well as general of Valkyrie. OS Lv1 KSI Fadez is a individual who kind of goes unheard, that is why i am glad to vouch for the nomination. Along with Voltage KSI Fadez defines the qualities of a good leader and a respectable guy outside of KSI, His sheer determination toward his squad has without a doubt caught the eyes of his peers and his Upperleadership in what he has done for the Division, There isn't a single meeting this guy hasnt attended, he doesnt cut corners on any of his tasks when dealing with Access Denieds and squad tags. I have personally seen as his General and Now Co founder he is there helping anyone 24/7 and can always be contacted Member Assistance Fade is always doing anything he can. So KSI you better be watching ot for Valkary DR because KSI FadeZ is there general he is a smart person and can always bring the best out in his members. Outstanding Service Lvl. 1: FadeZ is a very good general and future leader within KSI not just as a Co founder but even more for this guy.
