Every time he is on there is always someone that has a problem in his party and hes handling it like a BOSS. He is always positive about everything some does and he always get a situation fixed in no time. Also no one can get things done like this man does he is a great guy and hard worker.

Reasoning why they deserve this - All I hear is good about this member, though I know little of him in actuality. Typically when i'm in a party with divisional leaders we go over the issues, complications and problems with the appropriate and respective divisions so as to improve them, not about the positives of individuals; that is a rare occurrence. From what I hear, he requires miniscule effort on the behalf of leadership over his squad and from experience, that's saying something about the efficiency of a General.

Reasoning why the deserve this: KSI Roman 7 has been a directer for almost or a year now. He has been a extraordinary directer. Every time someone has a problem or a situation. Ever since i joined his been a big encouragement to me and basically everyone in all the division his under. He even puts KSI in front of life like when something turned into a bad situation in one of his division he looked at the positive of it and turned it back.He knows almost everything in KSI to perfection.This man deserves more then a award of the month.

Reasoning why the deserve this: When i first joined Cole 7 invited me to a party with a Co-founder.My first impression of cole was that he was a very good leader the way he talks,acts and handles situations. I knew for a fact that i was joining the right division.He was a founder and had no co-div or Division leader just a directer. He thought me a lot of stuff about KSI Mentored me in a lot. He puts KSI infront of anything he has a passion for KSI and is an Extraordinary leader.I know he inspires a lot of members in TW by his leadership and understanding his lessons that he taught me in workshops or meetings will guide me through even real life situations. Tw is one of the best division to be under because of Cole and leaders.

Reasoning why the deserve this: When i first joined KSI Killjoy i meet this man and he was a 4th LT i was just a SGT a week later our General from Killjoy decided to leave KSI. We only had 3 officers in the squad with 36members and no General the 2 other officers were inactive so only Payton was hosting the meetings and fixing situtions and problems within the squad. 4 weeks later he became a General with only 2 officers in the squad and 1 was inactive so it was just 2 members runing a squad of 72 at that time which the two were KSI Payton and KSI Killaflow Now in Killjoy we have almost a full officer staff and 100 Members getting ready to split. KSI Payton has thought me leadership skills. Loads of information about KSI that other generals wouldn't. Any situation in the squad that comes up his already ahead of it. This man cares a lot about all of his members and respects leaders who are infront of him. Always in a positive way I've never seen him in a Negative format. One of the best generals i had reason im nominating him for general of the months. He Has Accomplished many things in a month then a normal general would.

Reasoning why the deserve this: When i first joined KSI i did a lot of recruiting and Cross recruiting for other squads this guy KSI Ditgitalnoob was the only officer in his squad that helped me out a lot as a sargent. He was a brand new officer to his squad too.He helped me out in becoming a better recruiter cause i was brand new to KSI and thought me tips about recruiting and training.Without this man i wouldnt be the Recruiter i am right now. Has a Lt his been interacting with his members a lot playing with them and teacher new officers stuff He will be a good general one day has a Lt he more then for-filled his duties and should be nominated.

Alright, more on this. This guy is by fr in my opinion the greatest Director ever. He has been a Director for alomst a year now!! He is always there for other people and helps out aanybody who asks for help. When the crap went on with DL he took charge of itand locked it down. He acted like a Founder, even though hes a Director. He is a great inspiration to me, and if it wasnt for him, idk if i would be were I am in KSI today. He deserves this award over anybody else. Truly the best Director ever.

Reasoning: Cole was the first person i met in KSI. he was active with me when i was a recruit. him me and KSI payton gave me the true 

KSI expirence, we all teamed up to beat HALO 4 on legendary difficulty  with out that expirence and activity with those 2 i would probably have left KSI when i joined. hes a great leader who me and everyone else in killjoy and probably the rest of TW look up to.

Reasoning: Killaflow. the guy who was recruited, then the next week recruited 20 members to killjoy. the guy who was recruited after me but became an officer 4 weeks before i did. he is the best officer I've ever met though. lately I've tried to model my officerness after him, but its hard. killaflow has put in so much work for this squad. wither it be recruiting, training  being active, telling us what were doing wrong, and praising us for what we do right. a couple weeks ago we had a minor disagreement  but hes the kind of officer that no matter how mad you get at him you still have tons of respect for him. hes going to be a fantastic general. i remember the jeliousy i had for him when i saw he became a 4th LT before I did. i'm still jelious of his rank. but just a couple days ago i realized that he undoubtedly is the best officer ive ever met. so he defiantly deserves captain of the year.

Reasons: Thor is a one of a kind when it comes to his dedication to his squads and Division. He is constantly active day in and day out, im always seeing this member online in parties with members of all ranks, from privates up. He is always asking about ways to better the Division over all and how to utilize members strengths. Reasons why he deserves this award:

Let me tell you about this beastly fellow. He makes sure that everything is going well with the divisions, like a director should, but he has a certain way of doing it. He not only messages the upper leadership of the divisions, but the Generals as well. So he can get a direct link to the division as in terms of health and stability. He recognizes security threats almost immediately, and smashes it into the ground before it even becomes a problem. He takes that extra time to get to know his people, and how they work. On top of that, he does the week-to-week L.E.A.D. classes for all of KSI. He sets the example, not just for the other directors, but for everyone that comes in contact with him. One other thing to add on with this, ever since he has acquired DL, he has been working closely and striving to save what remains of the division. By establishing himself as the authority over there, and setting the standard, he is doing everything he can to help those who have stayed and are enduring these trials at hand.

I can sit here and rant all day about how this guy has helped us from FN feel welcome at SH. With his help, my squad has been able to integrate themselves fairly well in terms of playing with other members, and getting to know the division as a whole. Whenever you need him, he tries his best to be there for you, whether it be personal problems, or questions pertaining about being a better person within KSI. He comes down to us, and makes sure that we are okay as a division, working with each squad individually to help set goals, standards, and to even have fun in the process of it. Sure, he has his ups and downs with activity, due to school and other things. Overall though, he is a positive and motivating force with our division, hands down.

Damn, this guy is the definition of hard work. In the past month, he has successfuly integrated FN with the division SH, in light of the merge. He has worked not only closely with the leadership here in SH, but closely with many members below him, to make sure that all aspects of the division are set to above and beyond the standard. He even has gone to the extent of reaching out to the Halo side of SH, to assist with training and game nights. I see him constantly in and out of parties, dealing with issues, in and outside of his direct jurisdiction. He has also been setting up matches/battles with other divisions, to improve relations, and for everyone to get to know new people within the community.
