Not only is this guy the best Founder I've seen from three different Divisions I've been in during my tenure in KSI, plus, seeing and knowing some other Founders, he is outstanding! I am honored and privileged to call this guy not only a great friend, but a mentor to me as well. He will come in a party with just about anyone, and always play games with us, talk and chill out. He is one of the most laid back, nicest people I know. He is working and doing so much for SH, and finds the work to be fun, which is something that is so respectable about him. He goes out of his way, any time of the day, to look out for the entire Division, and he even cares about other Divisions, and helps out. He is on top of Division transfers, and helped me come back to my home Div; Shadow Haven. He deserves this award more than anyone else I know, because not only does he work so hard, but he cares so much about KSI overall. This guy is the best, all around!

Reasoning why the deserve this - Paratroop is a great Director because of the fact that he goes above and beyond what is necessary for his job. If you have an issue he has a solution. You rarely get the chance to even really meet your Director in my experience let alone one as dedicated to his job as Para. He is always willing to help and just all around goof off with his members. However this does not at all effect his work output. He balances work and play with near perfection. He is the just the kind of person that will search every possible side of things to find the right solution. Even if it might have just been easier to pick the fast one. He will not take the easy way if it is not the right way. Which is why i believe he has earned his rank, and this award.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Ares is no nonsense. You have an issue? He is already fixing it. Your thinking about asking him a question? He has already sent a message with the answer. The only thing that exceeds this guys love for his Division is the efficiency that he works in it. I have meet plenty of leaders in KSI in my time, watched them come and go. Now this guy has earned my respect time and time again. How do you earn someones respect more than once? I couldn't tell you. Ask Ares... Actually he is already sending you a message. Nuff said.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Anatomy has been through a whole lot with LS. Its ups and its downs. He has seen leadership come and go and has always stayed positive. You really couldn't ask for a better Co-Founder.
His commitment to LS is borderline romantic. He is always on the ball. If you need info or guidance, your staring Anatomy in the face. He works closely with all of his squads and makes sure that everyone's needs are met and overcame. He has been a Co-Founder for a long time and has not lost his interest or commitment now i believe that is truly impressive. In my opinion this kid deserves more than this award. He deserves a promotion.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ragnarok is an exceptionally devoted general. He cares and is always finding ways to better the squad. He promotes growth and activity to the point where there is always something to do. Additionally, Rags makes sure that all new members feel welcomed, as well as making sure they are perfectly trained and have the means to progress in the squad/KSI. Under Ragnarok everyone feels at home and important.

He has also helped out probably every squad in this division Multiple times!

Reasoning why the deserve this - Greg has been with DM from the begining, offering help in any ways possible. Now as the division leader for DM he continues to give DM the best leadership it has ever seen. Greg takes time out of his day to help even the most minute members out with problems while still upholding the chain of command. I have learned most of what I know about KSI from Greg, not only by his words but his actions when dealing with situations.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Right away, he welcomed me into KSI and showed me the basics. He was very nice and helpful. Nowadays, he's going above and beyond to make sure the division is running smoothly (along with everyone else of course). He tries to keep in touch with everyone, always be a friend but also knows when we take things seriously. He's dealt with and solved many situations within each squad. Even with his recent moving of houses, he still finds time to solve any issue he's confronted with and he still does as well as he did when he was on Xbox all the time. I really think he deserves it.

Reasoning why they deserve this - I joined Fatality when it was close to failing. We had barely any activity, somewhat of an officer staff, and a lazy general (who has now left KSI). When I started talking with her, she was just around realizing that Halo 4 wasn't as good as she thought and wanted to switch to a CoD squad. As soon as she came, she was 2CPT and she did an amazing job. Then when our general left, she took it over and now we're close to a squad split, our activity is insane, so many people are showing up to meetings, and she has molded a great officer staff. I think she deserves this award because she not only brought up a dying squad, but kept it up for quite some time now.

Reasoning why the deserve this – Romans. What can I say about this guy. As a founder he was the only person keeping SH afloat through hard times. Even when he was a Co-Fo he was the true leader of the division. I'm sure not many people know him or not but when you can stand up to adversity and you're the only person to do so, that's not easy by all means. This man deserve recongnition for all his hard work and dedication.

Reasoning why the deserve this – My new favorite Co-Fo! Never knew to much about FROZEN before FN merged into SH. All I can say is he is the only person to really bring back the COD side of SH and man he knows exactly what he's doing. He will go above and beyond to even help Halo squads. A true Co-Founder.

Reasoning why the deserve this – I've known Subj3ct for 7-8 months. To be honest this man is the only person I have truly connected with in SH for such a long time. His squad is finally coming together and now I have a sister squad that can actually stand up to Phantom. He deserves to be general of the month over anyone else because of his patients and the passion he has for his squad.

reasons he deserves this - Ragnarok is an effective general who knows his stuff. he makes sure everything runs smoothly and helps the officer staff fix every little flaw we come accross like a mythical surgeon. since becomeing general over echo activity has gone up. we finally have custom nights and matchmakeing nights completely set up and our meetings have actual turnouts since the midnight darkages. hes acheived all this in mere weeks if that isnt general of the month material i missed the requirements section.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Anatomy has been honestly the only Co-Founder I've ever had my entire (Short) career between LS Echo and LS Threat.  And I couldn't imagine having anyone better as a Co-Founder.  After moving up the ranks and hearing other KSI Members.  I would hear stories of past Co-Founders who were just horrible.  After I meet Anatomy and talked to him I realized how lucky I was to have someone like him.  Reliable, Honorable, Cooler than the other side of the pillow, and can be there on a moments notice no matter how fast ANY member would need him.

Reasoning why they deserve this - The ultimate reason I chose for Ragnarok is simply because Ragnarok cares.  Ragnarok has always been there no matter the position of any member who calls him.  No matter his position at any time in a squad Rag will give his absolute all to make every member proud to be around him.  Rag challenges all the members throughout the squad to be better than they think they can, should they fail he motivates them to get back up and succeed next time.  Rags is a strong believer of getting back what you in, he isn't scared to show gratitude to members who push themselves for the better of KSI, and rewards those who deserve it. He's a dedicated General, trusting member, an awesome person, and above all a good friend.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Kaiser was left with a MESS created by two former generals. Her squad was in dis array, her officers were incompetent (top say the least), and she has risen to the challenge. Accepting help and advice, and persevering through the mess. She is a strong chick with a very bright passion for KSI. She is one to watch out for. Once she turns Rapture around, she'll do many more great things.

Reasoning why the deserve this - FORSAKEN is one of a kind. He was there when we were at 95 members and on the top of the world, and he was there when it all crashed and we fell to just under 30. But the whole time, he fought. He fought for KSI, he fought for my squad. He is one hell of a Captain, and one hell of a member. If ever I find myself in a rough situation, and FORSAKEN isn't there by my side, I think I might be in trouble. From a General's perspective, I refuse to go to war without FORSAKEN behind me.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Haha, Swishier, Swishier, Swishier. This guy is a fighter from hell. After a brief Leave of Absence Swishier returned to Void when we were still rebuilding, and IMMEDIATELY got to work helping us rebuild. With his help, training went faster, recruiting boomed from all members, everyone became inspired. He is truly a shining example of what every KSI member should be. He asks for NO reward for his hard work. He asks no recognition. All he wants is to improve our squad. He is literally one of my best friends, and though I may be his mentor, Swishier has taught me quite a few things.

Sinister is a -great- leader, he is always stepping up with our squad members; having workshop, training our objective teams, helping with meetings, going to l.e.a.d classes etc. Our whole squad knows and respects him and he has put 100% into his position, not for himself or for rewards or ranks but to make sure everyone is happy, involved and feeling accepted. I Can't think of anyone who deserves this more than him. You are all welcome to try to call this favoritism because he is my husband, but I'm sure everyone in our squad can vouch for what I'm saying, no doubt about it. If I need witnesses I will provide them, I just wasn't sure our members knew their way around this section too well

Cappy, was promoted from sgt to 3LT and has really proven himself to be a good leader. he's active and makes sure the other squad members are involved and happy. he's always willing to step up and lend a hand no matter what the situation is. Out of all our LT's he's definitely the one I would say shows potential to be a future leader and I know we can count on him (not saying our other LT's aren't good but Cappy is the one that stand out most)

Reasoning why the deserve this - During the craziness, that is DL leaders leaving KSI to for KOS, Apoc played an integral role in mitigating security issues surrounding their access to information, spread of propaganda, issuing security threat warnings and collecting intel to back the decision to blacklist some previously high profile and once loved members who left. His decisive actions and proficiency as the Head of IA proved to be of immense help to the community as a whole particularly in regards to security protection. We all want good clean competitive online fun gaming and he made it happen this month exercising his full authority and talents in collaboration with others who tackled the situation from different angles. Reasoning why the deserve this - Through all the events that occured this month, Roman kept his cool and dealt with the KOS situation objectively.  He's currently helping DL with management and member retention & training among many other issues there. Going from a few hundred members to barely 100+ practically overnight. This sparks a need for direct and immediate action and he did just that. He locked down DL and assumed a position of leadership to manage the squads mirroring the Founder's position.He has fully emersed himself in ALL things DL and has smoothed out lingering issues. There's a ton of restructuring and rebuilding that lies ahead for DL and he's spearheading this from the start. I'm very impressed with his leadership style and dedication to his members and KSI. He has demonstrated time and time again why he's a solid director but this month he shows why he's the man. Awesome job Sir!

Reasoning why the deserve this - Once upon a time there was a division was born and was composed of a handful of active members and a TON of fluff. After several months of civil unrest due to poaching, deceit, mass exodus, and lack of motivation with little hope of a positive gaming environment, KSI Azrael 7 pieces together an excellent General staff, advised & assisted with the composition of squad officers, instituted Sgt's training via delegation and oversight. blah blah blah right? In the past month, with the motivation and positive reinforcement, FI has shot up to 322 members with 13 on the recruit tag. FI has become a completely active and flourishing division just approximately 1-3 weeks away from Flag Ship status. Azrael exudes confidence and makes others WANT to work harder for him. He's fair and will do the jobs he tasks others to do. Leading by example, he's always been the example.Generously rewarding members,funding tournaments, and hosting name changing competitions, Azrael has hit home to each member of FI. Due to his outstanding leadership, fairness & firmness, compassion, benevolence, and drive, Az certainly warrants Division Leader of the month for Jan 2013.

Reasoning why the deserve this - She's always been operating at a General's position since the day she got in. She has rightfully earned her position recently and in the span of just a few months picked up some momentum for her members to feed off of to cause Forced Induction's FIRST SQUAD SPLIT! Yes, it may not be a big deal in other divs, but this was FI's first squad split since it's creation about 8 months ago. She's a positive influence to all those who knows her. Great fun to be around and play with. Her attitude is infectious and the members eat it up. Her squad's cohesion is spot on, exactly how you'd want it to be in all squads in KSI. Her pro-activeness and willingness to help everyone is a quality we need more of, but are in no short supply in her. She's done a magnificent job with Nitro and the squad split to create Chrome. Through rewarding her members with MSPs, holding MSP name changing tourneys... she's just all over the place making big moves and her squad is moving with her every step of the way. This is what you want to see in other squads/divs. Great shining example of what it takes and how to effectively run a squad. She has this down pact, and as she progresses, and she will no doubt, she'll make a great impact for the season. I wish you the best of luck in all you do girl. Great job!

Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy has that gravitational personality. He's the center of attention even when not doing anything. He's got that magnetic pull to him that makes others want to play better, work harder, do right by everyone. Leading by example, he's recruited quite a few people, but quickly stopped doing it all himself and started getting others to recruit the people he talked to so they can share in the experience of recruiting properly. He's a great teacher and mentor to junior members and an outstanding showcase of what KSI can look forward to in future leaders. He spearheads programs, battles, and meetings proactively. Exercises intrusive leadership and really knows & cares about all his members and others he speaks to. Very humble guy I'd like to keep an eye on b/c he'll make a great Div Leader some day if not higher. The majority of Velocity can thank KSI BroFrutiger for being there b/c he had a hand in some way shape or form in getting them in there during the recruit/training process. He's all over this, and they too will be squad splitting soon as they're at 74 members (highest in that particular squad's history).

Reasoning why the deserve this - Katie has busted her ass off to show everyone how to really put it down. She's pulled in >15 recruits in the last 3 weeks herself! After she reached her personal goal of recruits and schooling her junior ppl in her squad, she decided to start letting them recruit the ppl she got interested in KSI. I love this process b/c everyone is playing a vital role and gaining much needed experience in a particularly important task to keep KSI growing. She holds recruiting seminars, quickie training sessions, and helps everyone who asks her whether they're in her squad or not. Good spirited and hearted girl. If she can keep this motivation and momentum going, she'll certainly make a HUGE impact down the line in her career here in KSI. Watch out for this one b/c she literally came out of no where and just started taking over! I love it and she's doing an absolutely amazing job.

Works quickly and efficiently in keeping the forums well governed and has a talent for picking up great prospects suitable to hire for the forum moderator position, KSI The Doctor, who're already doing a great job in that position. Reasoning why the deserve this - This guy is a GREAT General. He's such a low maintenance member that requires little to no supervision. He completes tasks in a timely manner and has the foresight to tackle on future projects or mitigate potential issues to come. He takes care of his squad like no other and has created such a pleasant fun gaming atmosphere for his squad. They're content and loving their KSI experience. I get nothing but great reviews from him and he's such a class act it's hard to NOT nominate him. There's stiff competition and I call 'em like I see 'em, but this is a damn fine General. Humble, benevolent, proficient, and inspires his junior members to make a positive impact in KSI. Due to the great cohesion he's created within his squad, they're looking at a squad split in approx 3 weeks. Great job man.

Since the merge of FN to SH he has been on it. everything from going to game nights to organizing workshops he has been doing it. and even before the merge when he was a Founder in FN. he was doing incredible things. This man Hedgie is easily one of the best Generals ive ever seen. when he got to be a General of Phantom i never expected it to come back and be the best damn squad in shadow Haven for a 22nd Time. he brought this squad from failing and near close to zero activity, to having 73 members, two teams up and running, and have a 1 and a half lobby every sunday at his meeting. he MORE than deserves the of the month for General if not the entire year.
