After you guys are done editing it pm it back to me or just tell me in our skype chat. This message was designed to make the years goals. like years past i will shoot you a list of things to focus on and things done good and bad in the past. the only trouble is that last years goals where so unbelievably surpassed i am not sure how to set them for 2013. Last year a quite the transition year for us, situating and establishing our selves as the best damn Community on Xbox. through sweat blood and tears we surpassed everyone who said we couldnt, we revamped the education to fit the needs and establish excellent leaders, Weekend warfare has not skipped a beat. and Clan ops really flourished Last year i asked for 4k members you got five, i wanted education expanded and jess brought it in to the next generation. i wanted leaders you gave me the top of the line. the point is what i say you will out do, so how about we dont set goals, but generate future prediction of this day next year. A whole new fleet of directors and seniors Clan ops to be Running as is, with a slight more focus on chain of command and training All L.E.A.D and ACS programs running with no bumps in the road The Forums still here, worst still sane Weekend Warfare running as it is now, but hopefully with a little more money in the piggy bank The KSI Trip to TN all situated and finalized (to most it can be) Members Following the Chain of Command..90% of problems would be solved by this Productions is still putting out those amazing vids (thanks illusion) Finally, KSI Still a family, if we never lose sight of that problems get avoided. So what do you think, achievable as all hell. it will just take some TLC from the leaders and dedication from the members, learning that there is no rush to the top, so enjoy the ride. Play with the members, start lobbies and invite all other ksi friends in there. remember we are all human and lastly the word "Drama" is so stupid dont say it. Next year, we'll have: A whole new fleet of Directors and Senior Directors. Clan Ops to be running as it is now, with emphasis on training and the Chain of Command. All L.E.A.D and ACS programs running without issue. The forums active, with healthy forum staff. Weekend Warfare running as it is now, with more money in the bank. The KSI trip to TN all situated and finalized. Members following the Chain of Command, issues getting taken care of at appropriate levels. Productions still creating amazing videos. Finally, KSI, still a family. If we never lose sight of that, most problems will be avoided. So, what do you think? Achievable as all hell. It will take some time, and dedication and hard work by everyone, but it can be done. There is no need rushing to the top, stay a while, and enjoy the ride. Play with the members, start lobbies and invite other KSI friends in there. Remember: We're all human, and gamers, KSI is a family. “Drama†is a stupid word, don't say it. They say it's hard to be humble when you're perfect in every way... but, you know what? We may not be perfect now.. or ever, but we're pretty damn close.
