There were a few active members when I first joined. It was around spirit week I'm pretty sure, so it was an exciting time :D

Divisional OTMs, what is expected from normal staff members.

- Pushing the DotMs to the divisional leadership with the divisions that they are assigned over.
-Ensuring that the division leaders know their topic passwords for the respective nomination topics.
-Conferring with their respective department head rep to come to a decision on the winners for that division.
-To participate in the voting of the regular OTMs when they come back up.
-If there are issues of Conflict of Interest, they need to be brought up to the Department Heads and they will evaluate said possible issues.
-Web Ops only members can PM the respective leaders on the website and deal with things that way if it is more convenient for them.

Dopey – Forced Induction
Static – Last Strike
InK. – Elite Forces
Kazekage – Divine Reign
Emmy – Immortal Outlaws
Fox – Harmonic Destruction
Predator – Ground Zero
Pantsir –Explosive Ordnance
Cole – Forgotten Gods
Mystique – Legendary Warriors
Doctor – Demonic Mayhem, Covert Ops
Mufasa – Eternal Souls, Wicked Intent

The divisional OTM process will go as follows:

1. The AAP Head or Co-Head will create the topics as needed for that month's nominations for the respective divisions.

2. The Heads will give out the passwords to each staff member, and then the staff will give out the passwords to the respective division leaders.

3. The divisional leadership, Co-Founder and up will nominate the members in their division SGT/SSGT - GEN.

4. When all divisional leadership has posted, or the deadline has been reached, staff will get with the department heads and confer on the nominations.

5. When all winners have been decided, a topic will go up in the REGULAR AAP area and winners will be awarded.

This is subject to change, due to a lot of the processes being new.

I just think that we need to stress to these leaders- (this is up to you staff members) that depending on HOW the leadership promotes their own DOTM winners, will decide weather KSI as a whole gets pumped about this. If a Div Leader during their meetings to the Gens is just like...yada yada yada oh yeah and also the winners are yada yada, its not going to mean anything to them. If they build it up, and show that it actually IS something special and to be revered, then it will succeed
