I again was about to Echo you, even if PapaShock left, does that not leave 9? Staff? I've gone to close nominations to only find 3 staff votes each time?

Yeah it was disappointing would have loved to see more participation in the staff voting... Im stoked for the OTY's tho its gonna be great :)

Scotland is on point as usual. We need you guys to work with us, we need to be able to trust you, and we need to know that if you can't get on and perform your duties you will let us know. With that said, some show consistency, which is good. Setting the standard is very important. This goes for all aspects of the program. And if we cannot show up and do our jobs, we can't really say anything about the lack of participation from the rest of the community. With this said, if we all take a moment to review our duties (aside from this topic http://www.ksiforums.org/topic/30762-staff-expectations-and-criteria-must-read-for-all-staff-members/ I'd think starting at looking at awards again, and if you find you're uncertain of how a specific award is handled, use the archive), I think we can all improve our performance here. :) And let us know if you have any questions or concerns about what we all should be doing :)

Agreed, Will do all i can to help improve our performance here from staff members & the community as a hole, i love aap, Its a great way to make people feel good & get recognized :ahappy:

Alright, guys, there are several nominations right now that are just sitting there waiting for staff to vote to close them. If everyone could go through them to check if they have voted or not, and rectify that if you haven't, both Scottie and I would greatly appreciate it.

Alright OTY Timeline;

Monday 28th November OTY Nominations will open - Highly detailed Instructions will be posted in the staff area, and public instructions will be posted also.

Monday 19th December OTY Nominations close. - Staff Voting Begins.

Saturday 24th December Staff Voting Finishes.

31st Winners to be finalised by Myself & BoD.

Date to be confirmed - Awards Show.

I will also be making the avatars this year... Dan is still to do last years :lol:

One last thing to add, we are going to be doing staff voting annonomously this year. 

This is to avoid pressures from others seeing your votes, and having eyes which can see our area not calling winners before they are announced. 

This will be included in our write up I will release on Monday, if you have any worries, issues or questions regarding it let me know.
