However, both Scotland and me as well as upper leadership would love to see an even better turnout (numbers mentioned have been 60-100)! With this in mind, let's keep pushing and spreading the word these last five days and let's make this the best OTY so far! It is great seeing nominations trickle in little by little, but it is too bad that it is mainly your divisions participating. We'll have to do our best to reach out, and maybe brainstorm later on to see if there are things we can change up for coming years to improve participation across the community. I moved it forwards to 5am my time on the 18th (Midnight for east coast). If anyone complains please explain they have had 6 weeks to complete them.
