When Darkness SH dissolved into Outcast SH the general before never properly trained his members. As general of Outcast, xly has been personally training these 20 or so members to be fit in Outcast. I've seen great things from xly when he was a general in Warlords RP and it speaks for it's self in that squad and division. Without KSIxly that squad would not have been successful and in return the division would be in worst shape. KSIxly more than deserves this award and is a great person to have in Shadow Haven. He's certainly proven himself to be a great mentor and trainer over the course of his KSI career. Makes himself available for all to provide assistance when needed and doesn't mind getting his hands dirty training recruits to teach his officer staff exactly how to do it.
