Reasoning why they deserve this - KSIxlyl is an awesome man. I know that if I ever have a problem that I can come to him for advice and help. A lot of my issues have been resolved because of him. He's has shown me a great deal in rectifying my mistakes and converting them into progress and than success. He is a great leader and has became one of my best friends in KSI. Once you get to know this man you will never forget him. I'm glad to call him a friend. He deserves this award for all of the accomplishments he has achieved.

Reasoning why they deserve this- wow, what can I say? Doc has been not only a great friend but a tremendous leader. He had proven that he deserves his rank through his actions and his willingness to help others. He has became friends with many of the members in KSI and has carved his path with his unique and exceptional reputation. He undoubtively deserves this award and would have no problem winning it.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Besides Chaos being as awesome as he always is, WHENEVER, you need this guy he's there. I have yet to see him NOT address an issue or help someone right on the spot quickly and effectively. The guy is a beast. So...when we lock on this cloning thing he'll be the first right? Running clan ops is generally an unforgiving highly visible job with many moving parts and he tackles this responsibility like a boss. Well... he is a boss, guess that explains things. Every division has their own Global Elite clans. I mean, there's not much else I can say that I haven't previously. He operates at a high level of productivity and efficiency consistently. As the backbone of Clan Ops, and always performing admirably, I do feel that this month specifically is his for OTM.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Cannot say enough about this guy. It's so hard to pick and choose which Director as they're ALL outstanding. What sets iLLuSii0N apart from the rest is a lot of what he does is visible to ALL of KSI. This is a tough job in itself. Guy is always in the spotlight whether he wants to be or not. Therefore he has to perform. He's constantly doing something with the Productions Team such as Spotlight of the week, weekly update, game filming/editing, but he never neglects his duties to his divisions. With the high demand upon the productions team on top of him pushing for greatness in that dept, he still runs his divisions smoothly. It's not an illusion. He's got skills. The guy is a beast of a member and a great Director. Ask around, ya might of heard of 'em.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Similar to what I've stated in the OTY nominations, Azrael is really pulling FI together in a BIG way. In Nov he held 3 tournaments (2 for name changes, 1 for fun) in efforts to spark healthy competition, activity, more KSI prefix'd GT's, and unit cohesion. Highly active and very much involved with everyone within the division from himself down to the recruit level. The division is his baby and he certainly is protective of it and takes care of it just the same. Mark my words, because of his determination, FI is seriously making a turn for the best after a lot of bad things kept it down for so long.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Granted Gens run squads and do what they need to for the job to get done it takes a particular set of balls to do what this guy did. Cleared the fluff from the squad tag + G14 including those who are in the squad but don't participate in KSI at all. Also restructured the officer staff after firing 2 officers. He's serious about bringing Velocity FI back up to it's former glory and to surpass it's founding squad Demise DL. Hosts regular game nights 4x's / week with a great turn out. He's earned the respect of his peers and they're really coming together as of late. Guy is doing an awesome job and has come a long ways particularly this month. Doing what he's done is not easy and takes guts which is why I believe him to be Gen OTM!

Reasoning why the deserve this - Few people know of this outstanding member for one particular reason. She's fully immersed with her squad. Everything that's going on with everyone, and I do mean everything down to specific and sometimes personal detail, she's in the know. Even w/o G14 access, has kept a running log of members and checks it with squad tag regularly as a Gen would do keeping 100% accountability. She actually helped train the current Gen of Nitro and gave him a full run down of the squad! Oracle can be found gaming with her members, in parties, or messaging members back & forth. She's sure to make a fantastic General when her time comes. I have zero doubt about that. I'm glad I came over to FI b/c seeing members like this inspires myself to push harder and have faith that solid contributing members are still coming through.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Awesome guy. I only have limited interactions with Riiot, but from each and every experience I have had he's proven to be a phenomenal member and forum mod. Rules with an iron fist, however, keeps an open mind as there are many debates/discussions on the forums and usually allows it to continue provided the respect is maintained on all sides. Has and will continue to help others with forum questions and required assistance. I was personally having technical issues posting my OTY awards recently which he aided my attempt and ultimately worked as a direct result of his help. He's done much for the community as Forum Staff especially as head of AAP staff. He's impartial. He's firm but fair. But best of all, he's a RiioT to be around. He rocks.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Reasoning why the deserve this - Muramasa is a HIGHLY active, very proficient member currently making his mark in Forced Induction. He's well versed in recruiting, training, and is constantly doing both on a regular basis. He trains not only recruits, but other sgts+ on how to BE an officer outlining the exact criteria leadership is looking for and puts his personal touch on it as well. Just 2 days ago he was promoted to Gen for good reason. He's an awesome member, well respected, and a positive influence. The kind of guy you're glad see come from time to time as his presence alone confirms that we still have solid members coming in. Muramasa is sure to do well as Gen as he rocked the house on Captain. He not only performed his Captain duties above expectations, ran the squad w/ an inactive Gen, but has also taken it upon himself to create and run Forced Induction's very own Global Elite Clan! He's one of those guys we wish we could clone and spread throughout the community, but unfortunately we can. So he's mine until he surpasses me

I believe Paratroop deserves this award because he is just a work horse plain and simple this man will sit at work and work sit at home and work and has made such big improvements to all four of the divisions he is over not to mention that he is the IA Co Head and is constantly protecting KSI and its members no matter who or what he has to do or talk to. I am so proud to say he is my director and really really cant stress how much Paratroop 7 deserves this award.

Ok sooo where do I start?? This man has been through it all and has had every bad,good,crazy type of predicament come at him and then some. He made a mistake and fixed it he worked and still works his butt off for his squad and our division he runs our Elite squad for BO2 and just is amazing with working with members he has built his once failing squad to one of the most strongest squads in CO and I am proud to say he is in my Division. Its an honor to work with him and he deserves this award.

Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI Paratroop 7 deserves this award because he has improved our division (Covert Ops) drastically, I can't speak for the other divisions, but from what I hear they're about just the same. He's taught me right from wrong on a few things. Other than his main job, he also protects KSI from any other Gaming Community that is a threat toward us. Without him, I don't know where CO. would be.

She has absolutely never gave up on me when I did something wrong. Chances after chances she has given me. Because of her, I never made the same mistakes twice. She made me into the General I am now. No one can say she didn't, not even herself. She has never gave up on CO. and has made it 10x stronger than it was ever before. I honestly, truly believe she deserves this award.

He always puts his members before himself. He tries everything he can with KSI, while maintaining a family. He has helped me a lot to re-shape my squad in the past, and has done quite a bit to make it to what it is now.

Reasoning why the deserve this - KSI KING TATE has been a fantastic help in rebuilding Hostile.. I had made the mistake of not making him my Major at first, but I'm glad to have promoted him at the second. For the past months, he's never gave up on KSI, Hostile, or it's members. He's been here sense the beginning recruitng, training, and etc. and I feel like not a lot of people recognize him for his work and dedication. He will make an amazing General for IONIC, better than me.

Reasoning - KSI xRasta has done an outstanding job as a general. We were at 20 members at a point and we are now at the verge of splitting. He is one of the.....wait HE IS THE HARDEST working member of KSI I know besides myself. Now we are about to split and I'm getting the new squad and another member is suppose to be taking over Hostile now and we have a controversy that he is not getting promoted to Co-Founder?????? :Shame On You:That is really messed up. He put is Blood,Sweat, and Tears into KSI, and now there is hesitation that he is not getting promoted. But if that's the case, he has a whole squad behind him. He has assisted me to rebuild Hostile back up and we have. But to get back to the point, He deserves to be GENERAL of the MONTH. There are numerous things he has done. We've had Special Forces, HeadHunters and more and that's a first for Hostile; and I've been in Hostile since day 1. So that is about it,he needs this award. I also would like the Major of the month award as well, but no self nominations.

Heero yuy is a great leader, who sets goals and gets them accomplished and then some . In the past month impulse has split to form invasion. In that time heero has led impulse frome about 40 members and 2 to now 96 or 97 active members and all but 2 officer spots open. And im proud to say that he has always picked the right man for the job. "If you cant do your job correctly ill just find someone who can."-heero yuy .
