He has tough me things i would have knew if i wouldn't have met him and took his classes.He is an all around good leader and i am proud to call him my director!

I am a witness for all of theses award. Roman has done everything for KSI and all of the members in his divisions. Every time he gets on he doesnt have the time to really play a game because he is always helping a member or doing a class. Now dont get me wrong he plays games but every time its game time for Roman its a game night for all KSI. This guy goes all the way for KSI no matter what. Hes a great leader and a amazing mentor.

If I ever have any questions that I am having a hard time finding an answer to I can always count on Roman to be there and guide me in the right direction. I have never had any complaints with him. He is just a born leader and will always be someone me and everyone else in this community can set as a role model.

ill be the first director to post lol well lets see here roman hmmm he has worked his ass off plain and simple. any leader without a doubt can agree that he has proven his leadership worth while and has done numerious things for DL,TW,EO, etc. hes even a leadership mentor running his own 101 classes and 201 classes for coming up leaders. that means something to this community and he has done it with great success i believe he deserves these awards because of his commitment for this community. might sound harse but the job of a div leader and director is a hell of a hard job that no regular member can accomplish. hes proven himself to be one of the greatest leaders in this community

It's kind of hard to follow the post of a Director, but I'll try.

 

Roman is not your average member. He doesn't set out to become a co-div, div leader, director. He sets out to genuinely take care of his members to the best of his abilities. To provide a service and to mold great leaders to help inspire others and govern KSI. I rarely have questions that I ask, but rather require cooperation to assist in what I do from time to time. Roman will drop everything that he's doing to address anything pertaining to KSI. Need a squad tag? 2 min or less, time it. That's a bit of an inside joke as he helped one of our newly promoted Gens recently. He's the impartial leadership our community needs to provide that good organization and a swift kick in the glutes from time to time. He knows the ins and outs of every division he covers. I know. I've picked his brain a few times on 3 different divisions under his charge when he got moved around. With rank comes responsibility and he certainly keeps himself and everyone else in check. He's been a mentor in the education dept for as long as I can remember and has pumped out some excellent quality leadership under his tutelage. This is one of those special members we have to look out for. The guys who are humble, and constantly on the grind doing their daily duties, excelling, and pushing others to do the same. Great member. Great leadership. I'm a witness to all awards he's nominated for.

I will respond on this post as well. Roman has always been there anytime day or night that I've needed assistance or just wanted another familiar face to play Halo with. He's my mentor and I has a large following behind him as well. All of which would say the samething. Roman is not your average gamer or member. He is a inspiring leader, a visionary, openminded, and a outstanding individual. Always willing to listen and give guidence when needed. Will always take your ideas and thoughts under consideration. Has helped with multiple division splits and countless squad splits. Bottomline he is helping to build a foundation for a stronger KSI. If needed I can get tons more to respond to this post.

My knowledge of KSI Roman 7's journey started when he approached me with a fire and a passion to help KSI in anyway possible.  He was a Cofo in LE and felt that due to the size and leadership there, he could be better utilized in a smaller division that needed help. At the time a lot of the leadership in TW had left to pursue other things.

 

I had transferred Roman in to TW worried about how he would fit in with the likes of people like Coden Blitzer, and Kiki, well much to my surprise the impact and adaptability was almost instant.  He then began a very successful journey throughout each rank assisting with many different things along the way, and even assisting in the splitting of TW to ET before he was promoted to Director a short time later.

 

Throughout his journey in Clan Ops, Roman has been faced with many hard choices.  Not always making the best one, but completely understanding what he could have done better and setting out to make sure no one makes the same mistakes he did.  Roman also completed both my FTLA 101 and 201 classes and inquired about becoming a Course Instructor.  Many of you know I am very picky on who instructs these classes because it does take someone with the right personality to do so.  Ever since I gave him the opportunity, he has taken full ownership of the role and instructed several of our current leaders today some even in the same position as he.

 

The moral of this story is... Roman is a fantastic leader because his focus is always on giving back to the community.  Whether it be gaming, education, or just a friendly ear for someone to talk to, he never backs down...never gives up... and most certainly never leaves a party with me without asking what he can do to become a better leader.

 

The modesty speaks for itself, for any leader who recognizes that good is never good enough and always strives for perfection is someone worthy of outstanding service, in my opinion.  Leading selflessly, and by example Roman has defied many odds and continues to put forth KSI's core values - Knowledge, Strength, and Integrity.

To have this man by my side makes me feel safe in my position. I love his hard work and dedication to keep things going in the right direction. He inspires me to keep doing what I do. He has gone much more difficulty than I have and he has gone through alot to get where he is and for that I respect him alot. 

Roman keep doing what you do. You inspire many here in KSI and your a leader that everyone should strive to be.

Just one more input in here. Roman does so much in KSI he barely has time to play games he does so much and I know tons of yall that looked at this know that just dont want to say anything. I dont know why they arent posting here for this guy but Mr. Roman has been my Cofo, Founder, Co div, Div Leader, and Director. So yes I know this man and he deserves alot more than just these awards trust me on that. He doesnt even ask for anything what so ever. Roman is a great Director. Awesome person. Even more a amazing friend. Love you man!!!!

If you need any more input I attest to all three.  Since I came back to KSI in May, Roman has done nothing but help me out.  He helped me get back into my old division which he was Div Leader at the time.  Once we split into my division Explosive Ordinance he has helped us out tremendously growing to 400 in 3 months.  He has placed leadership where it needs to be and placing Vicious in charge was the best decision.  He has helped me out in my squad by giving me advice on what i can do personally to better myself as a general and helping me to get members other than officers to recruit constantly.  As we speak we are preparing for another split.  Aside from that he has passed his knowledge on to the 7s of my division on how we can better it and make it the best div in KSI history.
