Throughout the course that I've been in KSI, I've noticed that there had been major amount of chaos in Covert Ops from the begining of when I was recruited. But, there was always that one General who never let anything bring him down & never gave up on his squad. I can honestly say that Shade 7 has done this job as described from recruiting, training, and mentoring as General of Defcon to Co-Founder.

Ever sense Shade 7 had became Co-Founder, I can honestly say that he has inspired me to do much better at my position, as General. As Co-Founder, he has never gave up on any squad he oversee's. In fact, every squad leader hears from him eight times out of a week or more, and 99.9% of the time it's always about how we can improve our leadership skills and as well our squad. I vouch for this member so that he can earn this award, I believe that he deserves this because, he has put in a great deal of effort for it. I am proud to say that KSI Shade 7 is Mentor.
