He has worked his ass off and has gotten at least 110 recruits. He's always helping squads and after he got his squad at tip top shape he worked on the other squads getting them members and assisting with leadership. I have watched him recruit and train and build his squad from basically nothing he helps all squads and is definitely a very valuable assett to our division.
