He is very good at his job and he also makes sure all of us stay in line. Co-Division Leader Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSI WALLACE 7 of DL Reason Why They Deserve This: Wallace is a very entertaining and well-planted leader. He always helps out when people are in need. His aid and advice helped me allong the way (with this being said, I was never truly and formally trained by a general, as the general of my squad at the time had been AWOL and as such it was Camel, Genocidez, Bubblez and Paratroop who were in a way forced to train my a$$. They did so with honor and I respect them for that; Defcon wouldn't be the same without me and because they made me, it wouldn't be the same without them either). He has built his squad and foxtrot almost single handedly (from the recruiting perspective). His squad is very goal oriented in gameplay and otherwise and he has a relatonship that i havent seen many generals take on with theyre recruits. Its almost as if he acts like a real general in the army (but not as mean lol). he should be an inspiration to other generals and a role model. She will go out of her way and take the time out of her day to do something for a KSI member. She goes above and beyond of her rank and does things other people cannot do or will not do. She is one of the most well respected leaders in KSI. She has done so much for me in the time I've been in KSI. She has helped me with transfers, every type of situation you can think of she has always been there for me and all of KSI. I could go on and on about why she deserves this award! He is very friendly and makes KSI fun and feel like home. He does a fantastic job checking in on his squads and members in his squads. He even checks in on members that are not in his squad. EX: The division of CO has been on lock down for a while now do to poaching. I am not under him or in any of his squads and he is constantly checking in on me and making sure my party is on invite only and warning me about other clans. He is always sending out messages and letting people know if some event or something is going on. He's a tremendous leader and deserves this award! He is constantly checking on what is going on within the division. Making sure that things are going okay for us and to see if we need help with anything. He is willing to sit in on trainings and recruitings in ANY situation, no matter what the time or case. If we need something from him, he is there with much haste. He has helped train much of our up coming leadership, and has made sure that things are done correctly and to the standard with said trainings. I personally am inspired by him, to do my best when it comes to taking care of my squad and subordinates. I know that he has inspired others to do the same. I've learned a lot from him. He handles every situation with the utmost care and sympathy. And unlike other higher ups he even pep talks the lower ranking members which in my book is worthy of this award alone COFO- KSI LadyRukia 7 Ground Zero Reason for nomination- rukia is always willing to lend a helping hand in squads that need it and what I've noticed the most about her is that she even helps the squads she isnt in charge of General- KSI TWICE Pride GZ Reason for nomination- Twice has really stepped up these last few weeks really implanting stragedies that have really grown pride into a buzzing squad with a strong officer staff and ver active lower ranking members Captain- KSI Assassin 71 Pride GZ Reason for nomination- Not only does assassin train lowers till he's blue in the face but he also recruits extensively Lt- KSI PortClock37 Unity GZ Reason for nomination- port keeps things interesting as he is always interacting with members in unity including everyone in his games and randomly jumping in games looking for a good time he gets along with everyone and its that fact that makes members stay and want to move up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
