Sending out messages and gentle reminders that all of KSI needs from time to time. I can see his true dedication to KSI and hopefully going to still be rising in the ranks among KSI and will be the next new and courageous leader in KSI. He is my ONLY cofounder and he has been helping my run the division and deserves a lot more credit than I do. I have not been in the best personal situations and feel he deserves this award more than all else because of his dedication and motivation. He Ran Shadow Haven while I was gone during the power outage and kept order among the ranks more often than i have. He is one of the most charismatic generals and his members show him the upmost respect because of it. I do feel he deserves this title more than all else. Not only does he do the regular requirements as a captain exceptionally but he goes above and beyond and helps a lot of people with their personal lives to try to keep the peace among the storm that often happens throughout most squads. He continues to go above and beyond and I hope to see him rise in SH and become a highly respected leader in SH. He is already highly respected by me as well as other members in his squad. He is even going out of his way to help his general get Halo 4 due to his money problem. His General did not ask him to do it, he simply did it out of the kindess of his heart. The charisma of this gentleman goes unmatched by anyone i know. Some people just dont know when to quit though lol. On top of his responsibility of being a director of LB, CO and DR im surprised the stress hasnt gave him a heart attack. I feel he deserves this award but the all of the forum staff I salute to keep us safe as well you all are amazing... i just think Luci is a bit more Writer Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - Sungazer's Wife (Not in KSI, Head of the News Team) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/index.php?/user/287-sungazers-wife/ Reasoning why the deserve this - She is the head of the news team and writes as much as possible and often struggles to keep order among her employees. On top of this she is now a member of the ASC staff helping other members out with their academic problems and continues to. She is now Co-head of the ASC and she works hard as a web ops staff member and she deserves this award 100%. She has become an unofficial mediator of Mist, helping out all situations trying to defuse them and keep order among the chaos. She tries her best and I see her as a future leader for sure. She is definitely the rising star of Mist. She is a true friend to all who meet her and a wonderful person and she puts so much dedication into KSI so I feel she deserves this award more than all else. This was due to my own unending dedication to my squad, but it would not have been possible without the technical work of a higher few. Paratroop was one of the leaders whom gave and applied advice to me that without, I would have gotten only so far. His work should be recognized as that of the highest performing of any at his given rank and I am present proof of said accomplishment. He introduced the ‘’MC Elite builders’’ to my squad under my supervision, created and has maintained his own SF team, is a valiant captain of my HH, an overzealous and charismatic role model upon my squad, but also the one man I may count on if I ever require someone to count on (Though rarely I do). I believe he far outperforms any and all at the given rank and deserves recognition for this as such. Charismatic, intelligent and above all, hardworking, he is truly the Captain I see in my eyes as worthy of recognition for his efforts. Division Leader KSI LAZAR 7 Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) -Division Leader of DL Link to forums account - Reasoning why the deserve this - LAZAR all i can say is this man has made so much effort into bringing DL where it is now if it was not for him it would not be as fun,safe,organized,and structured. he puts so much time into this that he has another family on here pretty much. he has taught me the KSI ways on leadership he has and allways be an important part of KSI, Examples: he is well spoken and openminded, he is not afraied to voice his opnion no matter the circumstance, he will allways put his rank on the line for others and answer for his and their mistakes which i dont see any so far lol he looks over everyone and is allways there for the issues in squads because they are his family. I have gone to him a few times just for extra guidance and training so I can be as knowledgable as I can be. He is very hands on with anyone who goes to him for advice and he helps find ways to make things efficient and fun. I think he should get this award because of the fact that now that he's back on for good, he will make things productive once again. Director Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSI ROMAN 7 DL, TW, EO Reason Why They Deserve This: Roman has always been there for us and his divisions. Everytime there was an issue, one way or another, he has always been able to fix it quickly & quietly. Roman in the past month has helped through alot of grief in DL and also managed to make us smile and forget about the stress. He is very good at his job and he also makes sure all of us stay in line. He is a good leader and a fun Director. Division Leader Gamertag (Rank & Division/Squad) - KSI Lazar 7 of DL Reason Why They Deserve This: Well, Lazar is basically the grandfather of DL lol. However, Lazar has grown in the past month. He has realized that yes, you need to make sure everything is done right and running well, but also you need to make sure you are alright and doing well. He is making better decisions and dealing with less stress. He still tries to make sure he is everywhere but he can only do what's humanly possible. He's turning into a better leader everyday and I'm glad that things are turning around. He has been an inspiration to me and alot of members in DL and we will continue to support him in DL. He is a fun and very reliable member and he not only sticks up for whats right but he also knows that for anything to be successful, communication between the members and leadership is key. I'm very proud to be working with him and glad that he is up to the challenge of recruiting on Halo Reach. He doesn't strive to be the best from what I've seen. He just does what his rank is supposed to do and has fun with it. Anyone wanting to be a good future leader could learn a lot from Prodigy. If I have to do some work for my squad or organization of squad events. You can bet this guy will be the one helping you. No matter how much you ask him to do, he does it with no questions asked. Forsaken has reminded me, with his actions, how much fun KSI really can be. A tornado hitting his house and taking out his internet would be no match for his determination to be an assistance. Lazar is performing his duties exceptionally well and goes above and beyond what is required. He is always available to his members and helps them no matter what he is doing. He will give up his own leisure time to get on and help his members with any issue that presents itself. He does this at all hours of the night, and even in one situation he got called at 2 AM and got up to help his members with the situation they were dealing with. He is an outstanding leader that is always trying to better himself by taking classes and trying to learn from other leaders and then imparting this information to his members. His is always posting on the forums and is a very active member of IA. He is always helping his members avoid people who would want to harm them. He constantly holds meetings for his members so that they are always up to date on all of the happenings within KSI and is always trying to improve the methods of communication between himself and his members.
