He has been through so much this year and has kept pushing forward. He is always there for his members and truly cares for them. He does whatever he can for his division and is always active and showing support to his guys. He is always pursuing different ways to further his knowledge and leadership abilities. He is a great member of my FTLA class and brings a unique personality to it, and everyone learns from his experience. Greg is a great man and a great leader. He makes sure that his members are in line yet not dealing with them in a way as to degrade them. He always has an uplifting spirit and it spreads to his members and is clearly evident when you talk to them. His enthusiasm for KSI is unparalleled. I definitely concur with Vicious about the Trainer award. He has trained 30+ members in each division he has been in and is always helping others within his squad/division learn how to train new members more efficiently.

I am section mod over multiple divisions. Why you feel you should be picked to join the AAP: I get to be involved with many members from multiple divisions and get to personally see the work being put in by the members. I am unbiased in all the decisions that i make. I thoroughly investigate any and all issues that are brought to me so that i can get the whole story and make a decision based upon facts not just opinions. I also wish to join the AAP so that i may contribute more to KSI.

Lazar is performing his duties exceptionally well and goes above and beyond what is required. He is always available to his members and helps them no matter what he is doing. He will give up his own leisure time to get on and help his members with any issue that presents itself. He does this at all hours of the night, and even in one situation he got called at 2 AM and got up to help his members with the situation they were dealing with. He is an outstanding leader that is always trying to better himself by taking classes and trying to learn from other leaders and then imparting this information to his members. His is always posting on the forums and is a very active member of IA. He is always helping his members avoid people who would want to harm them. He constantly holds meetings for his members so that they are always up to date on all of the happenings within KSI and is always trying to improve the methods of communication between himself and his members. Lazar is an outstanding member and is deserving of this award.

A values award? The member would have to be exemplifying KSI's values extremely so. Have a vast amount of knowledge regarding procedures and protocols within KSI. Have a great amount of strength because the member has gone through many hardships while in KSI and is still pushing through to better the community. And have integrity by doing what is right no matter the situation (morally that is)
