He is very active on the forums eager to help any member with forums questions and is open and friendly to everyone making many members feel welcomed. As a co-founder Laffy has been even more active and helpful with WI, helping guide many general's in running their respective squads. Not only is he active with WI, he is also active with numerous teams within KSI including the Tourneys & Events Staff and News Team. What's even more amazing is that he about 5 or 4 years younger than me and I look up to him as a mentor and so do many other members in WI. He IS a model officer in Wicked Intent and I have learned a lot from him.

He was my general, co-founder, founder, co div leader, and now div leader. Through all those ranks he has maintained a leader's attitude. He is calm and collective in any situation, never raises his voice, mentors many people in WI and mostly throughout KSI. Through his leadership Wicked Intent has been constantly above 400 members and pushing for 500. He plays with the members of Wicked Intent and is no stranger to the members in Venom or any squad in Wicked Intent. Like every good leader he is friendly and knows when to have fun and be serious. Learning from him, I have been able to control my anger with some rude members or when I am in stressful situations which caused me many problems in the past. Finally, the last thing I learned from Midget is to stay positive no matter what which I have had problems in the past with. At times he helped us with recruiting new members and simply played Halo with Venom members making them feel welcomed. He brought a positive and fun attitude to our game nights and meetings. Like Midget, he knew when to joke and be serious and was not afraid to put an officer in his/her place when they stepped out of line like myself a couple times, but was not cruel about it. On top of trying to help Venom rebuild, he also had to help Fury WI rebuild after their general went MIA. Plus he helped guide the new general of Crysis WI to maintain that extremely successful squad and along with Fierce WI. She knows how to keep the fun going and is always wanted around in her squad's game nights, xbox live parties, etc. She even attends Crysis team practices if they are a man or woman down. She is also not afraid to voice her opinion about an unfairness she sees from the 7s and does so in a professional and mature manner. Through her leadership, Crysis is the most successful Halo squad in Wicked Intent and is on the verge of yet another squad split. He cares a lot about Venom and is very sadden about the upcoming merge with Fury WI, but still maintains his outstanding positive attitude. When people are sad in the squad he tries his best to cheer them up. He is always there if you need to let out frustrations about your personal life and tries to help you coop with those problems. He tries his hardest at finding new members to join KSI though he hasn't had much success. He is constantly going out of his comfort zone with getting to know new people and making friends in KSI. He is constantly posting on the forums and making sure all the officers are doing the same. He makes sure everyone is trying the hardest and being the best they can be. Though I don't view him as a mentor, I still listen to his advice and use it to make me a better officer. Daddybags will make a fine general one day.

He never raises his voice when dealing with trouble makers and knows when to law down the law in the least cruel way. He gets respect from everyone in Wicked Intent and under his leadership Wicked Intent has grown by 2 squads those being Fury and Despair. He took immediate action when Venom was collapsing and now Venom is on the rise again. He is always open to new ideas either for single squads or Wicked Intent as a whole. He is always available to contact through kik and is someone that will listen to your personal problems if you wish to open up to him. He is one of the most polite people I have met either through xbox or real life. Congrats Midget hope your will continue your good work the further you go up the KSI ladder. He asked if he could be the new co-founder for Venom because he didn't want Venom to fall and since he took over, Venom has been on the rise with a brand new positive attitude. He is well respected by all the leaders on the Halo side of Wicked Intent and is someone you can go to for help no matter what. When you ask him to do something he does it ASAP and doesn't take forever. And the most importantly, he plays with the squads he over looks and gets to know the new members. You deserved this award bud, congrats. Under his leadership, Crysis IS the most active Halo squad in ALL of KSI. Crysis has about 8 fully active teams: Headhunters, Grifball, Regal, Race, Slayer/BTB, Forge, & Team Objective. He is day after day playing with his squad either on Halo 4 or other games such as WSOP or Colonial Marines. In my almost 3 years of experience in gaming communities. I have never witnessed a weekly squad meeting achieve 3 lobbies worth until I attended a Crysis meeting. It was amazing to see all these active members in one squad. I truly don't think Crysis has any fluff because of Direguard and his ability to get people motivated and active. Everyone in Crysis respects one another and works together. Crysis game nights are always at least 2 lobbies full of Crysis members. On the side he helps me with ideas on how to improve and grow Venom even when he has Crysis to worry about. Under his leadership Crysis split to make Fury WI for its first ever squad split. This award is long overdue for this member, congrats Direguard. She makes sure all members in Crysis are playing together and calls many of them by their first name and creates a truly FAMILY like atmosphere in Crysis which I believe makes many of Crysis's members stay in KSI and motivates them to be active with Crysis. She helps run multiple teams in Crysis and makes sure they are active. She is there to help with any problems and even invites Venom member like myself to participate in Crysis game nights and team practices which is awesome and something I haven't seen before. Along with Direguard & Grumpy, I try to model my leadership after her and hope one day very soon Venom will be a like Crysis. Hatter87 deserves this award hands down, no questions asked. He assists me in welcoming the new members and making sure they fit in, he is always open to ideas in improving himself as a leader in Venom and KSI. Always wants to learn more about KSI and is constantly asking questions. Because of him, a couple new members have decided to change there name to KSI and hope to be officers one day.
