Hello, mam. Sketch is a great fella. I used to play with him a ton on Destiny back late last year, and he continually showed that he is always willing to help members with their problems and answer their questions. An upstanding while also comical and respectful individual. Much wow.

He was with me back in late 2013 in FIERCE WI, i remember him.

He's going to get Founder someday...there's no doubt about it. For months, me and Izzy ran WI singlehandedly in the 7's Corps, and if it wasn't for him i don't know if i would have been able to do it. He respects everyone he meets, helps whenever he can, and is fully involved in every situation within his squads. He is open to helping any General who asks for help, whether or not they are his squads, if he can't answer a question, he'll find someone to answer. He is a very valuable asset to KSI, and WI, and we hope to have him here for a very long time. When it was just me and him running WI as 7's, he went above and beyond to help out, he was a Co-Founder, yes, but in the end it was like i was Division Leader and he was my Co-Div. We never did and still never do make decisions without consulting each other, and he has always tried his best to make the decision that will make everyone a winner. He truly deserves this award.

I can witness to this. He joined CRYSIS WI when i was the General in Fierce, remember him from back then.

I did not know a lot about him until after i became Join Area Moderator, but since i've become Join Area Mod, he's helped me a LOT with everything from how to handle join apps, to helping out with Clan Ops issues whenever necesarry. He always helps with G14 and Squad Tags in a timely manner, and he really appreciates the fact that he's able to help out. I never get the feeling when i bring things to him like i'm a burden, or i'm bothering him, he always helps as much as possible, and i'm happy that i can call him a friend. He knows what it means to run a division, how important it is, and he doesn it every day with only one other 7 backing him up, VampKing. I don't know Carnage very personally, only in passing, but the things i hear and see coming from him on a daily basis are always stellar, and never bad. He carries himself very respectably and honorably when attending Division Leaders Meetings, never interrupting the host, always provides very concise and meaningful div statistics, and if he asks questions, they are always legitimate and meaningful as well. A very good asset to KSI, i'm very happy that he is leading one of KSI's most respected divisions. We ran WI together, alone, for months, always making decisions together, through thick and thin. He's one of the most valued friends i have ever had, in and out of KSI, he's always been there to give me advice, and i give it to him in turn, not as Co-Founder and Founder, but almost in a Division Leader and Co-Division Leader sense. Izzy is a Co-Founder, but really, he's much more than that. He runs Vortex WI, with the help of Captain KSI BIG TANKER, and is a very valued advisor for his other squad, Anarchy. Even Decimate & Fierce (squads that were formerlly under his wing but are now under SlickRick 7's) can call upon him at ANY time for advice or counsel. He's one of the most singularly loyal members i have ever seen, truly understanding not just what KSI stands for as an organization, but what it stands for as an ideal, as a way of thinking. He's always posting in his squad chat, the division chat, as well as visiting other division area to become sort of a "WI Ambassador", he represents professionalism, and faith that one day EVERY KSI squad will see glory. He is the General of our Halo 4 squad, Crysis, which of course is a 3 year old game. Doesn't faze him. He knows that as long as he has the resolve, as long as he has the willpower to see himself to the end of the day, to do all he can in that day, he will MAKE his squad successful. The initiatives he has taken and plans to take are exemplary, putting forth effort more into consolidation, making what he has in his squad worth that much more. He is very level headed, and fair, making calls right out of a 7's playbook. I have no doubt that with the mindset he has, he will be a Co-Founder some day. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Britnner, 2CPT, Anarchy, Wicked Intent (WI). She has real-world experience with counseling, and puts that to work every day in her squad to make everyone the winner, as much as possible. She is very forgiving, but understands when the ban-hammer has to drop. taking into consideration all aspects of a situation, and all sides of every story. She is currently the highest-ranking Officer in Anarchy, a squad with no General sitting at 90 members. She is very timely with her KSI duties, always taking them seriously and carrying them out with awesome focus and determination. She takes advantage of her officers staff extremely well, using them as nimble tools and making her squad much better than it was internally, before she arrived within it. Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/24651-ksiwebby2000/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Webby lives in the UK, so he six hours ahead of me (Eastern Time) and is up to NINE hours ahead of our Pacific Coast members, but this does not deter him. Webby came to WI on a probationary period due to previous transgressions, and he had really come in to his own here in Wicked Intent. Serving his squad seems second nature, there is no hesitation, you ask him for help completing a task, and he will carry it out WITHOUT question. He has never been insubordinate, but has questioned directives if they seem untrue or misguided. He conforms to KSI as an ideal, and upholds it, but he is an INDIVIDUAL, a very fine line of distinction that can be hard for many members to tightrope, especially ones who are Lieutenants. We are happy to have him as an asset within WI, and i personally think he will have a very eventful and rewarding road ahead in his KSI Career, hopefully someday as a Captain, and then as a General. Always looking to improve upon the condition in her squad, and always willing to help, i have become very impressed by her willingness to contribute to her squad. One thing to note, many people who get a lot of recruits for their squads in a short period of time, consider themselves "entitled" to a promotion. I have seen no such behavior from Slipknot, she has the utmost respect for the rules and regulations concerning promotions, understanding them to a T. A very valuable asset, and a future officer for sure, we are very happy to have her in WI.
