He is always there for the members in the division, going above and beyond on a day to day and week to week basis. From the moment I promoted him to CoFounder he has always done everything in his power to lead by example, help any member that asked and has played an extremely productive part in the growth of Last Strike. He is definitely one of the shining stars of this generation of KSI and anyone that talks to him can see he is destined for greatness in this community. It is an honor to nominate him for Founder of the Year and I wish him all the luck in his future positions in KSI. From a Captain position and forward into his General position he has been taking on the role of the leader of Trocity with ease. Although he would tell you different, jumping into the role of the head of a squad that is striving to succeed is no easy task at times. This fellow leader works diligently on a week to week basis to set a foundation on which his squad can grow and succeed into the future. He has opened lines of communication with members that had disappeared and had become inactive, he pushes and motivates his members to be the best that they can be. He has shown to be a mature, motivational, up and coming leader in what isnt an easy position and I wish him and his squad all the success and strength they require to build that bridge into the future. He has gone above and beyond not only in his squad but in KSI as a whole and has played one of the largest roles in the creation of a very successful Destiny squad. While there are still some bugs in the ways of how a Destiny squad runs, he has taken to the organization of it with ease. He is motivating and training the new and up coming leadership in that squad with little need of help. This man has restored my faith that old returning leaders are still as capable and motivated as new ones. Since his entry into Last Strike I have grown hopeful and believe he will be a big change in the divisions future. It is very rare to see someone that is as motivated as this individual. He is always there to help fellow members and takes enjoyment out of some of the smaller tasks that are taken on every week. From recruiting new and fresh faces to orientating and training new members, hosting multitudes of game lobbies weekly, linking new members to old and providing what is the best possible example that a leader can provide. It is an honor to nominate Akame for Lieutenant of the Year as I have seen more out of this member in a week than i have of some lieutenants in months. Keep up the great work buddy!

He works week to week to improve his squad in a variety of ways. Always optimistic and positive to the people around him and proving everyday why he is in his position, Both himself & kazekage (Desolute General) work together to take the initiative within our Division to improve everything that goes on weekly. Example Improving training, providing support and knowledge to all the people around them to better their KSI experience, providing new ideas and plans to improve there squads and reaching out to each others squads to make sure recruiting and training are improving and excelling to be the best that we can provide to lower ranking members including now taking on approving new recruits in each others Squads when the other is not available. I honestly have a hard time choosing between Kaze and Scotland who to vote for on General of the month as they both excel in there positions to make tomorrow better than today and are possibly some of the future Divisional Leaders of Last Strike. How ever after reading Scotlands nomination above it did something for me that i like to see from leaders. It motivated me to want to continue to strive to make the experience of our members and division the best that it can be. In moments of fatigue or tire we all sometimes need the appreciation of the people around us to lift us back on our feet or point us in the right direction again and scotland provides that to all our members. Taking every challenge on from workshops to training and to what is our core responsibilty in KSI to our members , providing a fun experience for all members around us. With daily doses of bad jokes and humour that will continue to make every gamenight, party & meeting a pleasure to be in its also a pleasure to nominate this top notch Captain for Captain of the month. I am the only other 7 other than KSI SERAPHIM 7 who nominated Kaze that currently works as a Leader in LS & even though i have only been in LS a short while i have seen him working with many individuals with in his squad and is currently working with a large number of up and coming members in order to strengthen his squad. His Squad has a huge amount of respect for him and listens well to everything he says in and out off Game Nights and Squad Meetings so yes i believe he deserves this award and i would witness to this if possible.

In the short time i have been in LS i have seen nothing but outstanding work from this General with Great activity on the forums and xbox. Making sure to keep on top of everything that a squad should be doing on a week to week basis including taking on the re-structure & re-training of members, officers and even himself . As like many of the people I've met in LS he has been open to new ideas and approached every task with a positive attitude. He thrives on making his squad packed with fun Game nights and a great atmosphere. Scotland has everything it takes to better himself, his squad , his Division and may play a role in the future of LS as a whole and is yet another individual that i have hopeful expectations of. Keep up the awesome work.

He is a great listener and always open to new ideas. Since coming to LS he has been open to everything that I have brought to the table and taken great steps to work on the improvements that we try to attain from week to week with in squads and Divisions and has been working diligently to attain the goals that have been set out and in the last week alone I have seen the improvements of what you would hope to see on a monthly basis coming to fruition. I hope to see that drive and potential take him to every goal he sets out in life and in KSI. Keep up the great work Kaze. Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI EVOx Captain Desolute (Last Strike) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/22707-ksi-evox/ Reasoning why they deserve this - This Captain was one of the first to welcome me to LS, going and playing some games with him and other members I was shown right off the bat of how he operates and interacts with his squad & how big of a part he plays in what was a squad severely under staffed for a squad of over 80 people and YET being under staffed this squad thrives , constantly recruiting and having Game Nights with full lobby's of active members have a great time and taking on the full experience of what it means to be a part of KSI. He is constantly working with the people around him to better his squad and to help point members in the right direction. Always happy to help in w/e way he can in his squad. He is and will hopefully continue to be one of the many people in Last Strike that I have hopeful expectations of and I hope to see him continue his climb through the ranks and achieve his own goals. Thank you Evo for being one of the many to give me such a great welcome to LS and thank you for being a part of what will move LS into our KSI future. He is constantly hosting game nights on two separate time lines as well as squad meetings. This member is always setting the example for members around him as well as taking on the role of two different positions due to the squad being understaffed at the time. Not only has Spaghetti proven himself as an outstanding officer but he goes out of his way to keep the mood of the squad cheerful with his 'terrible' jokes and overall attitude. He has been in a LTs position for nearly 4 months, not due to issues with himself but due to transfers and positions being available for him to move up. In all his time in LT he has stayed patient , consistent and motivated towards making the squads he was in a better place. This member has consistantly gone above & beyond to help the members around him and I'm proud to nominate him for this award.

I'd like to witness to this if possible, coming into KSI i had absolutely no intention of moving up through the ranks but due to the influence, positive reinforcement, dedication and patience of Impyyy i now sit as a leader within this amazing community. Through my year in KSI i have watched KSI Impyyy 7 Take on various positions Div Leader, Director and Senior Director always motivating, teaching and taking a lead on any situation that he was involved in. Without his leadership, guidance and hard work GZ would not be where it is today. Through all his hard work, patience and dedication not only to GZ but KSI as a whole he has earned my highest respects as a leader so i would without a second thought witness for this award.
