KSI Havoc 7 DW Just Keep Driving

Back in 2014, Venom joined ES. Over the course of his time in that division, he worked his way up to General. Ultimately, after being in just position for a while, he decided to step down. For many people, going this far, and then stepping down, is the end of their career, and they don’t try to climb up the ranks again. However, this is not the case with Venom. He returned to KSI in late 2015 where he began to climb the ranks again, helping a squad in ES split. Ultimately, Venom would leave KSI after doing this. Thankfully, Venom made his return to KSI in 2017. Since the creation DW in January 2018, Venom has been one of the key components of its success. He takes advantage of every opportunity presented to him, whether it be LEAD classes or PO workshops, always working to better himself, and the community as a whole. While at the rank of captain, in Samurai DW, Venom approached me. He asked me what he needed to do to be a good leader, this is a day I will not forget, because this is the day I began to see Venom as a future leader of this division. It is easy to become complacent and comfortable when you are successful, but it takes a true leader to realize that there is always more to learn. To this day, Venom continues to go above and beyond, in everything he is involved in within KSI. His presence in the division has been vital to its success. Venom is a kind and compassionate leader, who always puts his members first. His outstanding service in DW, is something every leader can learn from.

Name: KSI Nebula 7 Link to Forums Account: @Nebula 7 Award-/-Achievement: Silver Outstanding Service (LVL 2) Reason-/-Evidence: This individual is the embodiment of perseverance, if someone told me about this individual and the many trials they have endured in KSI, I would have thought it was a fairy tale. A little over a year ago Nebula became a general in LW, from there he faced many obstacles including his upper leadership leaving for TSB and attempting to poach him. For many people this is a hard choice, to stay loyal to the community or the people who trained you, the friends you made, the connections you have created. Luckily for KSI, Nebula chose to stay with KSI. Since then he kept his squad Hannibal alive, through a divisional merge, the lose of several officer staffs, and much more. Still Nebula persevered, always training the next generation of officers. During this time he also assisted the community through our marketing department, helping DW immensely with activity in the various Div Cup events and activities. In July of this year, Nebula finally earned his 7 by getting co-head of marketing. Soon after Nebula was promoted to Co-Founder in DW. Since then he has contributed to the division in fantastic ways and even as the newest cofo he has taken over the DW welcoming committee. His service in KSI has gone above and beyond any expectations and requirements, and I'm confident he will be an important part of KSI's future.

As co-div leader in DW i can witness for this award, that nebula has trained more than 30 members

I can witness to this, as founder in DW and running the recruit club i have approved many of Pythons recruits.

When I rejoined KSI in January 2018 and was sent to DW on January 7th, Samurai was sitting at 24 members total with a General and very few officers, some that were inactive. By the next month (February), they had grown well past 40 members, hitting 40 by the start of the month and growing beyond that over the coarse of February . This can be verified by KSI Gary 7 and KSI Ronin 77. Officer staff included: KSI xKing 7 KSI GameCrazy 7 KSI Sanity VI (KSI VENUM 7) KSI StickyBomb KSI Kamikaze708 (KSI xKamikaze)

to quote myself from what i posted on KSI Harmony's nomination: around september of 2013 as a co-founder menace DM was merged into lethal DM to keep activity up, but as lethal was already at 80+ members, menace soon split back out with is original members (with some extra training). by october they were doing okay, however by the end of the month they lost their general, and dipped back down below 30 members. over the month of november menace was struggling to survive almost dipping below 20 members. as co-founder i worked with the few officers in the squad who wanted to see things improve. by the following month (december) the squad was unrecognizable, they had a new general, new officers, and the squad was pushing on 50 members. @KSI Jupiter 7 was leading the division around this time KSI Fear 7, known to me at the time as Meta was a SSGT and LT during the month of december when this occured as part of the officer staff.

When we talk about outstanding service we’re talking about those who go above and beyond what is required and this is what KSI Gary 7 does on a daily basis. Division leaders are expected to be patient, make tough decisions, be a role model for their division, uphold the code of conduct, be professional, exhibit positivity, being active with the div, and in general being a leader to all in the division, well Gary easily does all of that. So what does he do that’s outstanding? He has been the binding factor for this division since its birth from the merger of LW & DR, staying up late into the late hours of the night to deal with any issues that may arise. He has put his blood, sweat, and tears (many tears) into making sure this division keeps running smooth, and more importantly excelling. Divine Warriors as blown up since the turn of the year, growing almost +80 plus members, skyrocketing in Activity, and taking KSI by storm. All of this has been under the leadership and hard work of Gary. I have worked with many divisions in my time in KSI, and quite a few leaders, and Gary is the perfect role model of what I would hope for from every leader in KSI. He has built this division into a powerhouse, making sure to work with all other leaders to cultivate success around every corner. Simply put, Gary’s career is outstanding service.
