Greg continues to mentor all members with a tone of voice that reminds us all that you can talk with an indoor voice and still get your point across. Almost revered as a mythical figure as i hear my members ask about the "father of DM", the man lives up to his reputation. Dragon makes sure to look at a situation from every angle. His sense of humor is well incorperated into the words of wisdom he provides making sure that people understand what they are being taught. Explicit is forming his new squad as a general as well as he did his job as a captain in Hellfire where he pushed to unite the squad, officers and members, to come together as a squad to grow and have fun. As he continues to look for ways to improve the department, Pred never acts condesending towards his fellow members, he always listens to the ideas of others. Pred adapts to the situation finding every possible approach to a situation to yeild the best results that benefit all of those seeking to enjoy the competitive aspect of KSI. This is because yes while Meta is an officer, he remains with the same love and enjoyment of KSI since he joined, a joy that i hope all members have. He has had rough times while he has been here, but he pushes past them to find a gaming experience that he travels daily to his friends house to enjoy. The man has a sense of fun that he hopes others will find as he offers fun games and help to his fellow members.

Greg is always there to encourage members, but he doesn't do it by telling them what their doing wrong or what they need to do better, it does it by conversation, pointing out the good things, being a leader by example, always being positive, and always keeps his word. I feel he deserves member of the month because above every other member in DM, Hazmatt has worked hard but remains humble no matter what. He never brags, never puts anyone down, and is always respectful. His empathy skills are admirable, and go far beyond expectations. He shows me all the time that there is no such thing as too nice.

Name/Gamertag: KSI HAVOC 7 Rank/Division (If applicable): Demonic Mayhem Co-Founder Time spend on the forums Daily: A few times a day or more depending on how much I have to do on here, I have the time to be on here more though. Experience in KSI: I joined Lethal DM last year, worked my way up to General of Lethal, and now am over Lethal, Menace, and Hellfire. I play both Call of Duty and Halo, so i have hosted DMs division meetings on both games, since being a Co-Fo I have attended every wednesday leaders meeting. I am actively involved in all my squads and enjoying being a part of KSI. Experience/Knowledge of the AAP: I regularly nominate members for of the month awards, i also received general of the month during my time as general. I have also given evidence to awards. Why you feel you should be picked to join the AAP: During my time with KSI, the AAP has been one of my favorite sections, it not only awards those of have worked hard but also motivates them as they see that their fellow members witness their hard work and dedication. I am able to be on the forums as much as needed and will be an active and dedicated member if accepted. I have been hoping to have a chance to further aid KSI and this is an oppertunity that fits well with my own attitude toward other members. Reason-/-Evidence: KSI Greg 7 has been a mentor to my division, to my squad, and to me. I say all three because the help and guidance Greg offered was diverse and broad, it encompassed many but also was unique for each member Greg encountered. As a division leader he spoke with authority, but not through harsh tone or inflammatory language, but through a respectful neutral tone. Greg set goals and challenges for members to accomplish. He showed support to squads by coming to meetings, talking in a lobby instead of a message, and by coming to activities. To the division, Greg united the squads, introduced officers, promoted unity, and showed us that we can accomplish more together. While initially saddened by Greg's deserving promotion to Director, i soon found that Greg still communicated with all of DM, he showed that even though his rank sets himself over us, he still looks at us on even ground.

At a time even where he felt hurt he showed that he can push himself to make the hard choices even when they are not beneficial to himself. Maturity, knowledge, strength, compassion, determination, respect, acceptance, friendly, kindness, understanding, and courage are only a few words on a long list about the almost indescribable KSI Kittens. She does everything that is asked of her and more. Most important of all is the fact that she never gives up, she never stops trying, and everyday she does so much to make Lethal, DM, and KSI a better place.

Being a division leader Greg is in charge of a good amount of people, something I can imagine can be hard to keep track of all the members in the division, but still one way or another at some time Greg manages to talk with most of us. His dedication to the constant running and improvement of custom game nights is remarkable, and a model of an active member and officer. I've seen Raijin grow since he joined KSI and from day one he has been involved. Raijin not only gets Lethal together for nights of fun but he makes sure he includes members of all ranks.
