Senior Leader KSI VeRiiTaS 7 @VeRiiTaS 7 Rita this year has just been dedicated to the security and future of this community. He handles issues regularly all throughout the community while still being that same guy who finds the time to be in parties talking to the members and playing games. He is involved hands on in alot of aspects specifically with assisting the Join moderators in the join section as one of the go betweens who really is essential on harder situations. He is a great assest to this community paving a way for those that follow. Division Leader KSI Gary 7 @KSI Gary 7 Gary this year was given command of DW being created off a merge of 2 Divisions not necessarily doing too hot. As div leader he lead DW , growing it and molding it into a powerhouse just bursting at the seems with activity and growth. The division climbing how it had in such a short time and excelling in every capacity would not have been possible without Gary's leadership and honestly his work shows. Co - Division Leader KSI HAVOC 7 @KSI Havoc 7 Havoc this year has climbed the ranks in DW after returning from a step away from the community for a time. The man hit the ground running returning to DW to help a new division build and grow and in that time he has been a determined force driving DW to being one of the biggest Divisions currently in KSI. He is always available for everyone regardless of your rank or position he personally mentors members throughout his div by helping them work on planning and finding the the things the Excell at. I've never seen a leader as hands on "down in the trenches" so to speak as this gentleman right here. Founder KSI AIRBORNE 7 @Airborne Airborne was Founder of FI for a time this year and in that time was a very hands on down to earth leader constantly invovled and boots on the ground with each squad. Even while doing multiple things in life and holding 2 jobs this guy still found time to always been on when needed and always be helpful to every member under him. He was truly an asset to that division at the time keeping it afloat. Co - Founder KSI xKing 77 @KSI xKing 77 King has been a very dedicated Co founder this year heavily assisting the building of DW and it's squads. He is always hands on in events and meetings and the operations of squads. He also worked as an acting gen rebuilding Samurai DW while being a cofo and his work there has allowed the squad to grow and the members in it Excell. As a co founder while this is expected it is not always done in a positive way but king truly knows how to effectively save things and has shown it with the squads under him. General KSI Hatter 7 @Hatter 7 Hatter has been such an amazing hands on General in LS this year. Her squad has shown such amazing activity across the community that you see them constantly in Weekend Warfare and doing cross divisional gamenights with members from all over especially places like ES and DW. The members of her squad truly feel appreciated and show that they are trained properly and effectively by hatter and that is in my opinion such a key thing for a squads success and a members ability to grow into their full potential. Hatter has given that leadership and guidance non stop. She also goes out of her way to make sure her people are recognized for what they do and that everything is tip top shape. Her dedication is insipring and truly an assest wherever she is. Captain KSI Harmony 7 @Nikki Cola Harmony this year has held ranks from Sgt all the way to Gen but she has excelled in her squad as a Captain. She is very dedicated to being there for the members constantly in parties when she is on holding gamenights, mentoring, and even just being a friend when it's needed. She helped build and mentor many people in her squad that have grown into officers and leaders themselves which is awesome. Her dedication is known and her drive shows in each member she mentors. Definitely in my opinion the best option for this award Lieutenant KSI xMinion @KSI xMinion Minion as a LT has been super dedicated to her squad always in parties and the discord talking and communicating with everyone while holding game nights and making sure everyone is involved and included. She goes out of her way to attend things and host things and be involved often sacrificing her sleep and sanity as she is a UK Based member in a US majority Based squad yet she still makes and runs events on US time truly showing her dedication. SGT/SSGT KSI Majesty @KSI Majesty Majesty is a very hands on officer and for a time before moving up to LT was the most dedicated SSGT I've seen in a long time. She is constantly holding game nights and workshops and helping members in her squad by making sure they are involved and recognized in every capacity. She is very down to earth and real in that aspect and her guidance is such a great assest. Member KSI Scotland 7 @Scotland Scotland is such a hands on member of this community and this year has shown it. He made strides with the departments as Chief Department Manager getting them all into tip top shape under his overall command and guidance. He has really molded how the departments operate and how department heads run their respective groups his work this year tremendously shows and it even earned him a spot on our board of directors Forums Staff KSI BadKitty 7 @KSI BadKitty 7 Kitty is always dedicated in her many jobs as forum staff, being a senior mod and a join mod she goes out of her way always with the safety of the site and the community. She is very hands on in every aspect of that. She is always on the forums making sure the standards are being upheld and continues to be a role model to her counter parts of exactly how you should be in those capacites. Department Head KSI December 77 @December 77 December has been a godsend to news without a doubt this year. He has completely changed how the department operates in such a better way that it's really blown up in a big way. With every event being covered strategically and alot more interaction with the community that news has been making you can't argue the progress of news especially with it's fledgling department of history Now HSI under his command as well on the rise. Everything is organzied and scheduled on a very personal and professional basis with this guys department that it's efficiency just continues to rise. Truly news would be a shell of what it is now without him leading it. Department Member KSI GreendayFox @KSI GreendayFoxGreendayFox History has been a small department under the news banner that has been trying to branch out and become a thing for quite some time now sadly it has not met it's full potential but this year the department has made strides becoming HSI and a huge factor of that has been Greenday and her drive and dedication. She has been on the ground doing alot of the footwork almost single handedly assisting in every capacity with each divisions histories and the new ways HSI does things. She is currently the editor and without her dedication and drive HSI would honestly not even exist in the capacity that it does right now.

I have personally witnessed minion go out of her way to be helpful to members in our squad and specifically myself with gamenights and getting people together to do things.

In those time frames I was recruited into DR in the squad Sacrifice. I changed my gamertag immediately and was transferred to Rebirth DR due to the squad recent going through a huge hit from J2H. While In that squad I personally recruited and mentored multiple members while assisting KSI VOLTAGE 7 (KSI BabyJesus at the time) build the squad from the ground up. I became first captain and helped split Rebirth. From that split I was promoted to General and given the split off squad named Valkyrie DR. In 3 months time with my staff I built Valkyrie into a power house squad which then split again into Rapture DR. For that second split I was promoted to the rank of Co founder. From those squads many notable leaders and sqaud splits came forth like Elysium DR and Aseir DR. I was awarded Co Founder of The month while holding the rank of Co founder in DR I also attained the awards member assistance , trainer, OS Level 1, KSI Mentor , LT of the month, and Squad Splitter when it became an award for the previous Splits in DR. I also alongside KSI AIRBORNE 7 and KSI EXODUS 7 Helped build an extremely active division with weekely events and meetings and growth. I will say this. I've been dealing with alot of things in my personal life lately and some of it has effected my experience in KSI but nebbi has been someone who has been reaching out to me when he sees it effecting me and being very supportive with that. He has gone out of his way to try to get me more involved and has been making sure I don't feel left behind or excluding which has been really awesome. Having a co founder go out of their way like that for a member in my opinion is super outstanding and honestly having a member around like that has been some of the motivation iv needed to keep it going here and for that I feel in my opinion he deserves this award. I've known pup since 2012 back in DR. One thing that has never changed is her dedication to this community. She goes out of her way for any member with anything they need help with. Forums help, clan ops help, gamenights, recruiting etc she goes above and beyond for the members even with personal issues she will be there for you in full capacity as long as you need her to be. She is a stellar officer and currently in productions as well as being the newest addition to the news team she is always looking for ways to get involved so she can progress and help. Her dedication is honestly inspiring and it's good to see the spark in a member who has been around or and off aslong as she has. I can't speak for anyone else but in my opinion I find her service outstanding.

I don't have as much of a personal or long experience with venum but I can say this. Since I've met this gentleman his dedication to KSI has been without question. Everytime I see him he is in parties assisting and involving members to the best of his ability. He goes out of his way to make sure your involved and that you know regardless if your a raw new recruit or someone who has been around for awhile that you matter. He assists his squads and generals aswell as his entire division without question or even an expectation of recognition. He just is KSI and at least in my opinion that is outstanding.

I will say this. I have seen Barbie go out of her way this last month as a cpt in FI in a squad that was being hit left and right and being poached I watched her rally the troops so to speak in her squad and hold it together. She has been very active in that role and now as the new Gen of her squad I see that growing and I see her being on top of whipping things back into ship shape this member has been very dedicated and seeing that during a time of strife is outstanding.

Our div has been getting hit hard lately with whats been going on and Deathren has been one of those guys helping keep the calm by reminding everyone to stay united. He stepped up and volunteered to represent his division in Spirit Week and has also taken intrest in trying to rise up in the ranks by trying to bring people together with helping members out and hosting a game night to celebrate spirit week. he is an awesome member and if he keeps on the path he is on he will go very far.

I can say this. With the current issues FI is facing this man hits them head on. With him being in charge of the division taking a hit is tough especially when those hits come from within and viciously from those who were once friends. Less sleep longer nights it comes from all of it and silence is definitely experiencing those. It's enough to drive anyone mad and he is no exception

WIth my personal experience with havoc i have always looked up to him and considered him one of my biggest mentors in KSI. I met havoc through head hunters and got to know him and see what type of person he was as a KSI member he was always open to helping people no matter what division they were in or rank they were and he is still like that to this day. Eventually i ended up in his division at one point under him and experienced how hands on he truly has always been he took me under his wing and showed me the ropes of being in his division and really guided and motivated me to becoming such a better KSI member and leader. Also when i was Co Head of Tournaments and Events havoc really stood out with his drive and dedication and ideas that it was refreshing to see. Some time later upon returning to the community he was head of T&E and i rejoined the department and was blown away by all the chsnges he made to it with getting events running smoothly on a schedule and efficiently it just showed his dedication and honestly has been an inspiration for me. With no doubt in my mind i feel this member deserves this award hands down as he has left a everlasting mark on this community its members and its future which he continues to help build in DW to this day

KSI FadeZ 7 Forced Induction. Whats your favorite part of spirit week?

I can claim negan as a mentor. Upon my return to the community negan welcomed me in with open arms and has assisted heavily in my process of re learning and becoming a leader again. He goes above and beyond for the members in his division and for me it has been no different and im very thankful for his Help.

I can witness for this as me and silence worked on creating this trial welcoming committee together and the role out by performance ops is based on some of our work with their add ins now starting to be implemented KSI wide
